Since you missed seeing them in the UK you can get a glimpse of the London show. It’s called “Home Free - Live in London. They let everyone watch the first couple of songs and then sold “virtual tickets” to watch the rest of the live stream show. That way anywhere in the world people could watch the rest of the show. You might enjoy seeing them react to the crowd and be their crazy selves. Skip the first 8 minutes or so. I think they were waiting for the broadcast to get hooked up before they got out on stage. Hope you enjoy.
The concert started pretty much on time, their concerts always do. As someone who was there it's fun to watch the live stream, but it doesn't show the energy and the audience participation or interaction, and the sound, while amazing, doesn't reflect the amazing blend of their voices experienced when in place. Still, it's great!

The Sea Shanty recorded the full sound live making it one sound stream that was then slightly cleaned up in post production while the live stream had the individual mics connected directly into the stream making it five different sound streams. The latter creates a less coherent sound where we don't get the additional notes and tones created when our ears pick them up as a whole. It makes a very big difference. I was at the London concert and it's a very, very different sound from the live stream compared to being there in person. Don't get me wrong, it's still freaking amazing, and it's really cool to hear all their individual voices in this way, but it's not as good as being there in person.
This video was filmed at the Christmas concert in December, 2022 in Mankato,Minnesota, birthplace of Home Free. My granddaughter and I were in the front row having a great time,singing and dancing. They sang it twice so the videographers could get all the shots they needed. It was the last song of the concert. 5,000+ fans having a fantastic time!
I was there as well with my family. We didn't quite make the video, but the fact that this was at the very end of the show, goes to show the level of excitement us Home Fries got from it.
Just caught this and had to comment - I love your reaction - I'll say this, I've had the joy of seeing these guys three times (4th coming up in December) and the key take away is that in all of the shows I've seen - and there have been a shedload over the years- whether in huge stadiums or dive bars it's never felt more like being at a party with friends than at a HF show.. Tim will cheerfully (and well intentionally) rip the absolute piss out of anyone who doesn't look like they are having a good time to get them on their feet. --and teh crowd is just friendly (the only other show that I've been to that had the same good natured 'we're in this together' vibe was Linkin Park at the O2) - glad you guys stumbled on the amazing rabbit-hole that is HF! You said that about middleaged dads..... There is a group in a town in the north of Sweden called Skelleftea. The group of dads are called Dad Harmonie and they are an acapella group. They are 5 dads who started singing when they were home with their kids. They started meeting up, started singing and now they have made a record. Really good.
I’m going to quote something Tim says at the concerts “ This isn’t a concert it’s a party “ 😂 Chance is known to people take peoples phones that are recording and do selfies from the stage before giving them their phone back 😊 When they were in Munich (I believe) Tim bought a bunch of coasters the guys signed them and frisbees them to the audience 😊

Great reaction if you want to get to know what the guys are like in their free time check out their playlist home away from Home were they share with fans what they are like a little outside of making there music videos my fave home away from home is southern in the snow but they also show others like vetfest that tim and austin do yearly now to help raise money to help at risk vets. They have a live video of stargazer lilies that austin wrote if you have not seen the stargazer trilogy check those out.

I’m suggesting some of my favorites to you- “End of the Road “, Gospel Rob takes the main lead. I love hearing Rob cut loose. “I Can’t Outrun You “-this is Chance’s baby. We get Chance’s warm and velvety lower register, it’s 5 part harmony, hauntingly beautiful, and Chance directed the video. Christmas is getting close, so I’m adding “Do You Hear What I Hear?”. I never cared for this song until HF did their upgrade. Adam Rupp did the arrangement, and it’s outstanding!( this one is pre Chance). Another gorgeous Christmas song is “Angels We Have Heard On High”. We hear Angelic Rob on this, it’s 5 part harmony , and the arrangement is quite sophisticated. I saw that someone suggested Tim’s composition “Champagne Taste ( on a beer budget)”. I concur, it’s hilarious. I could keep going , but I guess this is enough for now.

This one was professionally done but even given the audio/video deficiencies of some fancam devices, the energy of the performance & the enthusiasm of the audience more than makes up for them. This is the biggest concerts they do, in Mankato. It's always a Christmas concert. It's been Adam's and Home Free's (fairly) regular homecoming concerts that take place most years. There's a video from their Mankato concert in December 2014, the evening before the Sing Off finale aired, at the Hosanna church. They had known they won for quite some time, but the audience didn't know yet. It's worth watching on your free time because it's too long to react to. Obviously it's Chris and not Chance back then.

gee. I think the group started like 2000 with 3 different teenager guys. The released their first album in 2007, Chris and Adam Rupp started the group, Chris left the group 2016 with good wishes s he started a career in Gospel music and has formed a Gospel A cappella group, Rob Lundquist joined the group in 2008 ( he is the teddy bear with the beard and is a Tenor. Tim Foust joined in January 2012 as their Bass. Austin Brown Joined in January 2013 and Adam Chance who goes by Chance joined in 2013 as a Baritone/bass.

These guys are incredible live! We got to see this live back in February!! It was so much fun! They are excellent at engaging the crowd through the whole show!
I've seen them live and it really is a party, Tim's bass goes right through you! It's a shame you didn't find out about them until recently, because they just did a tour of Europe, ending in the UK. They actually did a live stream of their Oct. 1 show in London, and they did put the first part on UA-cam for free. Look it up if you want to see more of them live.
If it hasn't been mentioned yet, you should really put Mayday up at the top of your "to watch list." Most times fans tell reactors to wait until they've done at least 10 HF songs before watching...it's that good. For me, it's one the best songs they've ever done. Although Helplessly Hoping is very close.

Tim Foust joined in January 2012 as their Bass. Austin Brown Joined in January 2013 and Adam Chance who goes by Chance joined in 2013 as a Baritone/bass.

I've seen them live and it really is a party, Tim's bass goes right through you! It's a shame you didn't find out about them until recently, because they just did a tour of Europe, ending in the UK. They actually did a live stream of their Oct. 1 show in London, and they did put the first part on UA-cam for free. Look it up if you want to see more of them live.

If it hasn't been mentioned yet, you should really put Mayday up at the top of your "to watch list." Most times fans tell reactors to wait until they've done at least 10 HF songs before watching...it's that good. For me, it's one the best songs they've ever done. Although Helplessly Hoping is very close.

I saw them in Manchester the night before this was filmed, when they came out Tim said this isn’t a concert it’s a party and didn’t we have a great time, can’t wait for them coming back.
