Another great video Terri and Lol. Terri, you should create a book of all your recipes, (food and medicine), and crafts. Such a peaceful feeling washes over me when I watch your Sunday films. Thanks for the inspirations. Have a blessed week, and a comfortable transition through the season. 🍁
Wonderful! As always Terri and Lol. And of course Broc and Jazz who I adore, both of them. Yes, homemade is the best. You can’t beat it. Homemade gifts are always made with love, passion, satisfaction. It’s a wonderful feeling when giving homemade gifts and of course when receiving. Unfortunately not everybody appreciates them. Hence don’t have friends, because we are living different lives. I hate all that “plastic “ world. Rubbish! Nothing compares to a homemade loaf of bread, or a cake or biscuits, or some dried herbs in a jar, or a small tin of homemade salve or lip balm, anything that is made with love and given from the heart. As I said before, we need more people like you Terri to spread this love of homemaking things by teaching, showing us how to do it, as it’s not taught in schools. So, thank you Terri for another inspirational video! ❤️
I love your ideas, so thank you for sharing them. Making my own Christmas wreath using foraged plants is one of my favourite things to do at this time of year and I do adore your hydrangeas showcased like that ❤
A beautiful way to celebrate the holiday season. Homemade gifts are rare, but worth SO much more than from the store! We celebrate Solstice as well, but really chuckled when the big "Christmas" party we attend is being held on Solstice. The best of BOTH worlds! Your creations are beautiful and healthful, thank you Terri and Lol!
⚠️⚠️⚠️Terri, please be aware that xylitol is deadly poisonous to many animals, including cats and dogs. Those who make/eat these biscuits mustn’t be tempted to give their pets a nibble. ‼️
Sending the love back over to you and Lol Terri.Homemade gifts just rock don’t they! The best gifts are homemade.Much more personal and caring to the recipient x
Linda, please stop spreading misinformation: Xylitol is derived from plants. Too much causes accute GI track discomfort and loose bowels in mamals. Xylitol is not dangerous. Aspartame, however, slowly kills your kidneys, and by federal law in the US, companies like 'sweet n' low' are required to declare that on every box they sell. Do your research.
You make my Sundays extra special. We are certainly sisters of the heart even if I am across the pond. Watching you makes my soul yearn for the home of my forefathers. ❤❤
What a joy to spend Sunday mornings with you. Thank you for the You Tube video link. Indeed, much to think about and ponder. What an inspiration this gentleman is.
So much can be done with Nature ... and anybody getting a gift with a natural resource should be mighty impressed and appreciative. Essential oils, tinctures, tonics, liquers, creams, lotions and potions, berries, jams, jellies, all-fruits, dried leaves and spices, ...
Thank you again for a lovely video. The biscuits seem very simple but look delicious. I was thinking about how lovely it is to receive a homemade gift. It does make me feel loved to think that someone has put in the time and thought to make something for me. It does mean so much! Similarly, when you make time to craft or prepare a gift for someone you love , it just seems so therapeutic 😌 i still have every mothers Day, Christmas and birthday craft and card that my four children have done over the years ( my oldest son is 32, so i have quite a few!😄) ❤️
You are so welcome. I have lots of stuff that my children made. Every now and again I come across it and it takes me back to when they were small enough to cuddle and sit on my knee. They still don't mind a cuddle but too big for the old knees😂 I agree with you re crafting and putting love into it xx
Love the video Terri, as always. I also love giving homemade gifts, unfortunately most people do not appreciate them. I was once accused of being cheap after making an infinity scarf for someone. I spent €60 on the yarn, weeks crocheting it (it's difficult with fibromyalgia) and picked the nicest wrapping paper. The person that received it didn't want it and the scarf ended up in the bin! My best friend is the only one that gets gifts from me now - I make him a cheese hamper each year, with nice crackers, a bottle of wine and my homemade preserves. He loves them. My boyfriend and I agreed to not to exchange gifts at all. We both have what we need so we prefer to spend quality time together with a nice, home cooked meal and a chat.
How upsetting and disappointing for you. That sort of person doesn't know how to appreciate anything. What a shameful waste. I think though that they are in a minority. xx
I love how you present nformation Terri. So human ...clear, calm, inspiring. . No pretentiousness! That stuff's everywhere ! Im going to dig my raspberries out of the freezer & aim for one of those infused bottles of delight ! 🥰
Hello Terri, I feel so happy now when your notification pops up on my screen; I really enjoy your videos so much :) These are some really lovely ideas for Christmas gifts; the infused oils are easy but make a lovely gift and the biscuits look delicious!
I can easily see why so many Irish who moved away come back to Ireland to retire. I can't believe how many flowers you still have at the end of November!:)
Hello 😊 I like making lovely crafts and anything like that, yours are really nice ones, especially from the garden, I am looking forward to making these, this has really cheered me up too, have a lovely week, 😊x
I always give my parents a basket full of homemade jam, chutney, biscuits and bread for Christmas. Those biscuits look delicious so I will definitely give those a go! x
Hello Terri , you put me right there in the spirit for the upcoming season! Thank you very much for this beautiful video. In the spring we will be moving and I will have a big garden, where I hope to have a lot of beautiful plants to work with! Much love from a Belgian girl in France.
Loved the biscuits, they looked so savory. Please show more of your recipes using herbs and garden goodness! Much positive energy from northeast Pennsylvania!
I really enjoyed this! Its so wonderful to see how we can use items in and around our homes to share with others! Thank you so much!! Please take care!
I love Ivy too and learned something this year Terri re a little song from my childhood. 'Maisey dotes and Dozy dotes and liddle lamzy divey, a kiddly divey too...wouldn't you!' My Mother came in dreamstate and sang this to me recently. This inspired me to trace the origins of the song to understand why I had received this. I was having big problems at that time with inflammation of the eyes. I know the benefits of oats... but did not know that British ivy made into a tea is a good anti inflammatory especially for the eyes. My Mother passed 43 years back...she is still looking after her bairn Terri! 😂🤣💞
We know that song - we were just talking about it a couple of weeks back. My husbands grandmother used to sing it. How wonderful that your mother still gets in touch with you . You are still her precious child xx
My mom used to sing that to me too, I always heard/remembered it as "Mares eat oats and does eat oats, and little lambs eat ivy- a kid'll eat ivy too, wouldn't you?" 😊
A happy Sunday dear Terri and Lol and the furry kids. This was another lovely visit with you filled with ideas. Gifts like you've shown are my favourites to give or receive ! I'm certainly going to add the herbal oil and those biscuits this year. Do you know a video from you is the most perfect way to begin a day ? Seasonal Blessings 🎄

You are truly a blessing! Thank you for sharing these wonderful sustainable gift ideas. Gift-giving is so heavily commercialized now and comes with endless plastic waste! Your gift ideas are sustainable and items that truly benefit the receiver. Thank you!
Home made gifts from nature mean far more to me than anything bought. My friend has made the most amazing willow basket and has even made a dining chair using only hand tools, he's very talented. Thank you for the video, I will have a go at those biscuits as they look delicious.
Thank you for sharing these wonderful ideas for a natural, non-commercial Solstice and Christmas celebrations! Love your channel and all your wonderful healthy and body-friendly recipes!
Don't worry about teaching Grandma to suck eggs, I need to see these sorts of things to get your wonderful ideas. The wreaths are stunning and so natural. xx
thank you so much Terri once again, I'm always enjoying your videos..thank you for the recipts, all blessing for you and family and people around the world..big hugs to Broc and Jazz and cats who looks like so cute and loved.🥰🥰🥰
Hi Terri such lovely ideas for Christmas gifts. Hand made with love is always such a thoughtful gift. When I have made sloe gin in the past I have removed the stones from the sloes (quite laborious but well worth it) then melted dark chocolate and added the fruit. Poured the melted chocolate onto baking paper to set and then broken it up into bite sized pieces. Delicious! Blessings and thank you for all your inspiring films. Naomi
Wonderful as always. It became my Sunday morning tradition to watch your new video while sipping my tea. Thank you for sharing Terri I will be making the biscuits today❤
I just love you, so much! I could watch videos, just like this one, for hours! It's a pity Lol cannot join you on camera. However, you couldn't have found a better videographer! His work is spectacular! I still want to be just like you, when I grow up! You are living a wonderful, blessed life. My heart is full for you! Sending my love, from SE Tx!
Lovely wreaths, your Hydrangea bush is beautiful, great color as they age ❤ biscuits look yummy. It's so nice that you just go into your yard to harvest what you need for gifting. Thanks 👍🌹
@DanusIrishHerbGarden yes, I am already making hair oils with rosemary & horsetail and skin salves with comfrey, yarrow & lavender that I grow myself. I want to make flower water aura sprays as well to give as well. Love your videos, and so glad you are feeling better!! 🌾🌺🎄🎁
Thank you that was very inspiring, I love making things especially for Xmas. I'm knitting gifts at the moment. But I will certainly try some of those. ❤
Love your videos....so calming, and you live in such a beautiful area. I really like seeing your dogs, cats, and chickens...and the horses. Homemade natural gifts are the best. Thank you so much! I am watching from Texas ❤🐶🐱❤🤠❤
I love your idea of using laundry clips to hold the cloth on the measuring cup! How clever! I have tried an elastic band that did not work well. I’m going to try the clips next time. I love your videos, I always learn something new and helpful. Thank you 🙏🏻 blessings
Love your ideas. Just what I needed. A few of us decided to make gifts instead of buying. The biscuits look great to go with herbal teas. Maybe you should consider gathering home remedies from the community and putting them all together in a book. I would buy one or more!😁Have a great day Terri.
Thank you Terri, so charming. I am also arty and love making gifts for friends. Am also busy decanting wine , tinctures, kombucha, and sewing nik naks. Your wreath is very quick, I have used some recycled wire in the past, which can takes ages to fashion, but willow strands looks quicker. Have a wonderful week lotsa luv n light to you precious Broc and girlie xx

I love Ivy too and learned something this year Terri re a little song from my childhood. 'Maisey dotes and Dozy dotes and liddle lamzy divey, a kiddly divey too...wouldn't you!' Thanks Liz xx
Love your videos....so calming, and you live in such a beautiful area. I really like seeing your dogs, cats, and chickens...and the horses. Homemade natural gifts are the best. Thank you so much! I am watching from Texas ❤🐶🐱❤🤠❤
Glad you like them! Homemade and natural is the best for me too xx
I love your idea of using laundry clips to hold the cloth on the measuring cup! How clever! I have tried an elastic band that did not work well. I’m going to try the clips next time. I love your videos, I always learn something new and helpful. Thank you 🙏🏻 blessings
Well it was actually someone commenting here ages ago who gave me the idea. xx
Love your ideas. Just what I needed. A few of us decided to make gifts instead of buying. The biscuits look great to go with herbal teas. Maybe you should consider gathering home remedies from the community and putting them all together in a book. I would buy one or more!😁Have a great day Terri.
From this community? That would be a great idea - one day when I have the time. xx Have a lovely day too xx
Lovely videos I just love to take time out to watch. Thank you Terri 😊
Thanks so much - so glad you enjoy them xx
Thank you Terri, so charming. I am also arty and love making gifts for friends. Am also busy decanting wine , tinctures, kombucha, and sewing nik naks. Your wreath is very quick, I have used some recycled wire in the past, which can takes ages to fashion, but willow strands looks quicker. Have a wonderful week lotsa luv n light to you precious Broc and girlie xx
Love to you too. I would take more care weaving usually but this was just a quick demo. You have a great week too xx
