I make a super bomb chicken “curry” like situation I just threw seasonings together and marinated it in Greek yogurt and cooked it up and made a sauce happen with it and rice. It’s soooooo good
I don't know who told you if you add cold water to your pasta it wouldn't allow your sauce to stick to it. But they lied to you. If you add oil or butter in your pasta or pasta water it won't allow the sauce to stick to it. But plain cold water will do nothing but cool it down & stop it from cooking & getting mushy. Hope that helps.
