Chili with beans and ground turkey is a great budget friendly meal that preps lunches all week!
Some stuff to do for budget friendly is grow your own garlic and herbs.. garlic is easy around nov just take apart a head of garlic and a put it in a pot of dirt and then leave it till April or may and you have garlic.. just look on UA-cam and find videos.. I agree things are getting insane pricey

I love your meal preps! It’s how I’ve always cooked, prep everything on a Sunday and have it ready for the week to finish off for easy dinners! Especially helpful after my son got his first job and he and my husband were on different schedules and my son still had baseball! Made our lives much easier and eliminated the “there’s nothing quick to eat so takeout it is” moments! I have been on a healthier lifestyle since December, I quit drinking soda and started eating healthier so I appreciate the healthier recipes you come up with!

Your shrimp will still steam and get soggy in the sieve, but if you lay them out on a cool sheet pan or a couple of plates they’ll stop cooking and stay crispy 😊

Wonder if it's feasible to add Creatine Monohydrate to this; if you added enough,you'd build muscle noticeably faster. This is a naturally occurring 'metabolite', not something more familiar such as a protien, vitamin, mineral etc. It's naturally found in lots of different food sources but in very small amounts. Creatine was well known amongst everyone from high school athelites to bodybuilders in the 80s and used by everybody who was anybody but I don't think it's nearly as well known nowadays. Probably cause the science behind what metabolites are takes some explaining unlike protien or carb powders, vitamins etc.
