Thanks for the great videos! Do you recommend treating the belts with a conditioner to extend their life or leave them alone?

I would not recommend doing anything to your belts. Thanks for watching!

So the blue if you are using gas with ethanol in it? If you have to use gas with ethanol in it does it make sense to use the 93 or 94 octane?

Yes the blue is better for ethanol fuel. We run 91 octane in all our machines. 93 or 94 is probably a little overkill, but we don't have those around here.

What about oil changes? I disagree with your oil change comments. My reasoning is that the oil once contaminated by blow by particles and is dirty there are corrosive acids that are in the engine. Putting fresh oil in gives the engine better situation for storage. IMHO.

As you said, as soon as the oil is put in and the engine runs, it is contaminated and starts to break down. So during storage, the oil is still breaking down. There can also be condensation inside of an engine during storage which can cause issues as well. Yes, it would be great to change oil before storage, but then it should also be changed again before the cart is put back into service. Most people are not going to do two oil changes. That is why we encourage people to do them before putting the cart back in service.
