- I open the plugin for the first time and check out the immense tones inside Archetype Gojira from Neural DSP!

Once again @NeuralDSP have smashed it with the suite of beastly tones from @gojira - I really enjoy the way this plugin sounds so much like the Gojira guitar tones.
But you can infinitely shape the sound around your own style just as easily!

Is this all finger picking? I dont ever see you pick one up after using your mouse but your hand looks like your holding a pick, now im wondering if im finger picking wrong lol

I live at only a few kilometers from the village they come from, in France. I'm so fucking proud seeing this. And to be honest, it's a great occasion to see english-speaking peoples on UA-cam pronouncing Duplantier and L'Enfant Sauvage. It's my revenge from every time I had to pronounce "Thornhill", "Thy Art is Murder", "Time, The Valuator" and "Loathe".

I'm always looking for an octave that actually sounds GOOD, heavy without being really artificial or synth-sounding. This is the best-sounding octave I think I've found so far.

It's amazing, tried is yesterday. The whole plug-in is sick. But with a downtuned guitar the clean channel and the octaver you can play nice basslines too :D
I don't even usually use these types of fx pedals, but the octave and wah in this really make me want to.

Hello guys. You can just use the "sustain pedal" from your usb/midi keyboard to control the pitch shifter. It works perfect.
Rabea you should consider expanding 19:58-20:40 into a full song. That whole section sounds so nice!

Thank you Rabea for doing a demo with it open straight away with default settings! Some people would spend hours tweaking everything to get it perfect and then put that as the demo but I think it's really important to see both end because a lot of us are not tone gods who would know how to make anything sound good xD

Yeah, if they're doin sound like on Andertons again they should really consider incorporating plugins and trying out several interface and speaker setups.
No joke, this plug-in has be selling some pedals to buy an Audio Interface, DAW, and this plug-in....
@@MikeExplosivo70 i sold my mooer ge250 and i get an scarlett 2i2 3rd gen, the plugin and i upgrade my pc with an ssd+presonus eris 3.5, now i sound sooooo much better, maybe next i get an nerual quad cortex to play live with this plugnis

Amazing Plug In
Last night I sat with this plugin for a quick demo, ended up writing a song with the "Dynamic Water" Preset on the Clean Amp with some custom tweeks. I will be buying this!
Bought this on Monday along with archetype nolly; absolutely superb plugins. Hopefully we’ll get an archetype Bea some day!!

So many thoughts through my brain in the first 20 seconds of the video. Only saw Gojira in the title, clicked, stepped briefly away while the commercials where playing and started hearing the music playing without any introduction. First thought, “wow Gojira changed sounds”. Second thought, “Maybe they are doing a VH homage”. Looks. “Wait this is Rabea! I’m so confused....

I tried it and it does pretty much fucking everything, it’s crazy. It even does djenty tones with sth like a precision drive in front of it like crazy. Probably my favorite amp sim so far and I’m probably gonna have to yoink it
Same here.
I use a Roland DP-6 for sustain and expression through an Audiofront Midi expression USB adapter. It's simple and works well, plus the pedal has an amazingly comfortable action that makes it easy to play rhythmically
My ml3 pro modern will be here tomorrow. I'll be ordering this to go along with it.

The Line 6 fbv express mk2 its a great midi foot controler with a expression pedal + it has a wah/volume toggle button on the bottom of the pedal. ;)
Helix is going on eBay today after hearing some of the neural stuff recently. It’s epic. And that octave is amazing. Quad cortex is definitely getting ordered

when an amp sim does this, you know its amazing. i had the same range of emotions the first time i tried it and even my friends that played it teared up their first time. this amp has some killer tones that you kind of cant get without alot nueral dsp or at least alot of effort on other plugins
Yo Bea! Love your videos man. Quick question. You said you can use an expression pedal but is there a floor midi unit to control the on/off of the effects?
Behringer has quite a good one. Just don't stomp it like you would on a pedalboard.

MIDI FOOTPEDAL RECOMMENDATION: Behringer FCB 1010.
I use it with plugins and AxeFX3. It never let me down so far.
And it's not that expansive for the features it comes with.
fcb1010 behringer is the bomb ..period...

I use the hot one expression pedal with all of my plug ins and the meloaudio commander for my controller ...they work great with all plug ins
I'm brand new to the plugin world. I saw this comment. Do you still recommend the meloaudio commander? I basically play plugins in stand alone mode and just need something to switch between presets, etc.

I've looked and there isn't really standalone MIDI expression pedals out there. But you can use your usual expression pedals and run them through your MIDI keyboard or MIDI effects switcher (GigRig or Helix, etc)
I might ask for that plugin for Christmas... Depending on the price lol. I have Bias FX Standard which I still like and Positive grid has some sick other stuff aswell. Man there are a bunch of good guitar plugins now, not like amplitube and guitar rig which I thought were ok and are old now. I might have to beak out my iPod Touch and iRig and jam somewere outside (not disturbing people really and not in rain or when it's snowing) with my boss katana or headphones for some inspiration somedays. That dry/wet clean mix with the reverb and ovtaver was really nice.
