I love "herds" to refer to guinea pigs, usually when it's a group of small animals or rodents it's "colony" etc but herds is way more fun for them 🥺

I had a solo guinea pig and I played a sound clip of a guinea pig on my computer and he started going bananas. So I got a second guinea pig.

As a teacher, my school has Tuesday soup days where the teachers take turns bringing in a soup every week and all the teachers hang out in the staff room and eat soup together. No soup for the kids, but maybe we should start using it as a reward system where one kid gets to join us while we talk smack about the other kids and eat soup together.

A friend wanted to post (Instagram) some footage of one of our cats being really cute playing on her tiny cat pool table (I know that sounds made up but 🤷♀️). She was looking for a fun friendly song to use as the footage background music. I suggested the pod’s theme song [“My Life (is Better with You)” - Montaigne], and she went with that. Random, but you can now imagine a kitten playing when hearing the theme. 😊
