@@MisterPuggles You know, I do too, because of anxiety. But the signs are definitely different in context. I wouldn't be nervous about the actual case because I'd know I was innocent, but I'd be anxious just talking to a police officer and sitting in an interrogation room lol. Any experienced interrogator would know the difference. (Also, this channel isn't super deep on the analysis so I wouldn't take that too seriously tbh, not everything is a red flag.)

Also, the technique will not brain wash you into confessing to a crime you didn't commit. My advice, if concerned, is to exercise your 5th amendment and 6th amendment. Be quiet, get a lawyer. It will increase suspicion and evidence gathering surrounding you but if you are innocent, that should not bother you at all.

I have a cousin who went prison for driving the car of his gang, which, that night, killed another gang member. That cousin had just gotten out of prison, after close to 25 years. I don't feel any sorry for the cousin; when you run around with killers, you should be punished, when your pals kill other human beings, gangs or not.
So, again, this brother of the killer getting 3 years of probation for working so hard to hide his brother's heinous murdering of a stranger who just happened to want to do some extra work for her children... it's outrageous.

@@SuperTruthful Many people think that asking for a lawyer will make them look guilty, same with remaining silent. They think they can lie or talk their way out of suspicion. They often don't realize that the interrogator knows *much* more than they are letting on, and even if they do they don't know exactly what the interrogator knows.
I've been interviewed a handful of times for investigations concerning coworkers, and had the privilege of seeing some of the behind the scenes stuff after the cases were resolved. A lot of people think that an interrogation is a poker game. It really isn't; the deck is stacked, and the interrogator already knows what's in your hand.

Let's say I robbed a store after hours, thinking I had successfully sneaked in unseen, and took the surveillance camera with me. If I got arrested and interrogated (assuming I was dumb enough to talk without a lawyer present) , and the detective asked "What would you say if I told you there's a witness that can place you at the scene at the time of the robbery?".

If I did attempt to speak, I was interrupted or slapped and I've found that speaking to people even now in my 40s is extremely difficult. To me helping cover up a murder is participation after the fact. You know a murder has been committed, you know who did it, and you not only don’t report it, but you try to hide it?! Probation?!! Really?!! 5-10 years IN prison. And I’m a prison abolitionist. I just watched a doc about a teenager who shot his father dead as he was trying to break into his room. Among other things, it turned out that the kid had been kidnapped from his biological mom at age 6, she in turn had been abused as a child and married an abuser, her mother, same thing; and the great-grandmother married a pedophile who abused her daughter, and whom she divorced when she found out. There’s four generations right there, and I’ll take bets on what happened in the 5th and 6th. Kid never got in any trouble previously. They wanted to charge him with 2nd degree murder. He doesn’t belong near any jail. The brother who helped cover up should have gotten 5-10.

Indeed! This is obviously someone who isn't associated personally or socially with the heinousness of profiling as well.
The last vacation I was able to scrape together to afford was to Jamaica 20 yrs ago when my partner was working a roofing gig that lasted a couple months so I went to visit for a week with 3 of our friends. One was an old burnout guy bald with long hair and the other female was a punk with platinum messy dreads. I had pigtails and a vintage sundress thinking that I looked totally normal and not punk or alternative at all. Leaving Minneapolis was just fine but trying to leave was a fucking terrifying *nightmare*.
They picked us off and separated us the second we attempted to board. I was forced to go to a room with 2 female officers that weighed about 600 lbs between them who were armed to the teeth. Once segregated and with Zero explaining I was demanded to lift that same sundress up and part my legs so that they could stare at the crotch of my underwear in silence for at least 5 dead silent minutes as I stood there trembling. I couldn't believe it and I had no idea what was happening.
They held up the entire plane on the scorching tarmac for over an hour and when they finally let us board they had changed our seats so that we were against the wall at the very back and were subjected to the angry stares and abusive comments of the entire airplane. At that point all I knew is that I'd been detained for suspicions of possible illegal possession but had been cleared after my bag and body was intrusively scrutinized.
Boy, did I have no idea how much worse it could have been-which is likely responsible for the holdup, but what we had to look forward to back in Minneapolis. The gal we were with had taken this trip on several occasions as a friend of the construction company owner whose rented portion of the Jamaican family's house we'd stayed with in Negril, yet she somehow failed to tell me that the last time she attempted to fly home that not only did they Actually Cavity check her (and I apologize for the nastiness of this part, truly) but they tore apart her used maxipad in the process!! Those two mammoth guards were contemplating violating me Internally because I didn't look like the doughy Sweds and Nords that dominated the Midwest bound flight.
Getting home we were detained again but at least in public. The person going through my private belongings took everything I'd found on the beach and was livid that I didn't admit to getting high while I was there. My brain has a way of blindsiding me with turbo anxiety and depressed thoughts when I smoke so I avoid it but wanting to focus on paradise in December wasn't a good enough reason for going to Jamaica for that genius. Meanwhile... Doncha know... Trailer mamma looking ladies whose body weight screamed crank beats coffee for breakfast every day laden with diaper bags ready to explode are walking off the plane with every other Actual viable suspect from the trip.
And yes, we were all white just so the OP understands that race is just One of the excuses used.
This was also well before 911 allowed for TSA's "security theater", which is what it is legally classified as but has the insane and asinine ability to ruin people's lives without breaking laws thanks to fear compliance, the people I dealt with were Real and scary-especially in Jamaica.
Innocent until proven guilty is just another bullshit tagline we've been indoctrinated with but if you listen to the way narrators if these shows speak, planting biases against the suspects while pretending to be balanced and technical in their observations- it's obvious that within another nasty disaster or two we'll be rid of that right for our own safety and the "greater good".

Turns out, my ex (who had filed for divorce and was trying to seize my house and kids) secretly sent messages to my narcissistic attorney pleading with him to save my life from alcoholism🙄🍷🙄🍻🙄🍺. He and the judge did her a solid...
Of course, eventually I uncovered it all and sued. But the courts had my case thrown out (illegally) to protect the lawyer and judge.
