These videos are SO well made! - No distracting music - No dramatization - Very well edited - minimal voiceover/captions that precisely highlight important clues - explains crucial info i.e. interrogation techniques or background info Thank you
Her talking about how much she loves acting and then being absolutely terrible at it is just so oddly fitting. Listening to her wail to the police while they were at the house was absolutely painful
"When someone is lying they feel more anxiety about whether they will be believed or not." Brother, it's when I'm telling the truth that I feel that anxiety the most.
That moment when you grew up never being believed and always having your friends/siblings/teachers believed before they ever believed you (this is me, at least lol)
It's the same thing with the "the suspect may make compelling statements" thing. I grew up in a household where I had to justify everything I've done or prove everything I didn't do to a point where I still subconsciously do that even with small things like "who forgot to throw their trash in the bin?"
Same here. Cause you know they wont believe you. I just quit talking to folks unless it's surface level conversation. I mean I'm still helpful, I still care about folks and will listen to them, offer assistance whatever. But idk, the older I get, the more I like to be alone.
Yes, growing up in abusive environment where you used to get all the accusations on things you didn't do and no one believed you..i ended up being very nervous whenever i have to tell truth.😢
It would be interesting to see a video of the questioning of an innocent spouse in a murder/kidnapping case to underline how out of the ordinary the guilty ones are
There is one, and I am 99% sure it's on this channel. I would search up something like "police interrogation of an innocent suspect" or "police interrogation of guilty vs innocent suspect". It should come up on UA-cam
I’m honestly so impressed with how detectives keep their composure for so long. I could barely watch her ramble and talk in circles as a third party viewer without skipping, Jesus
@@Comelyman2 what vivid answers is he giving to the police and friends! only babbling! trying to cover his track! he is NOT asking one thing one questions about where his babies are and his wife! ....take a step down buddy! and re-read my comment!
It's definitely weird that she doesn't seem concerned for her missing husband from the beginning, but to not worry about her children even while being interrogated is very alarming.
She's a nasty piece of work....doesn't take care of her kids, cheating with multiple guys....hope she enjoys prison! Guys, stay away from these skanks!
I think the detective snapping on her was SO well done. He read her perfectly, knew there was enough evidence, and knew it was the perfect moment to do it. He did really good the entire interrogation.
He did that because he knew she was going to stop talking and evoke her right to remain silent. So he had to do that to really break her down and get her to talk. It was a good job though.
What if she wasn’t acting, maybe because she knew her husband was dead. Maybe she meant it as like a question did you find my husband yet? Almost like a game?
Love this comment! I swear when you are being put under the microscope of the law, Anything you do is a " red flag". If you make a movement at a certain question it's a red flag, that you are experiencing some reaction to the question, which might indicate guilt. If you are not moving a muscle, you are " locked down" to avoid giving the impression of nervousness. If you continue to not move for 2 hours ( like the infamous Stephen McDaniel) they'll just keep trying to break you. ( which is why one suspect had actually died during interrogation without ever getting help, and another suspect had been shot in the eye and was bleeding into his brain and they didn't believe him!!!!!). If a suspect pretends to have been shot, it can be a red flag that they are trying to avoid questioning
She's a terrific actress. She acted her way right into a prison cell. Plus, the squeaky, high pitched, cracking voice is a dead giveaway. She even asked if they were accusing her. 🤣
Oh that voice is soo annoying since we know its fake 🙄 Hell I get annoyed with my own self whenever I have a reason for it like a bad cold and can't talk normally...lol!
She's a soulless, psychotic, boarderline disordered killer. My heart really goes to the the kids who will inevitably learn the exact details of their fathers' death .... and attempt to not have a effed up life.
she looked annoyed that the officers didn't let her fully perform her part the way she had scripted and rehearsed. she's actually a pretty considerate story teller to break character in order to act out the alleged perpetrators' parts with voice and tone changes while in her supposed emotional shock and grief
The most frustrating part is that you just know she's in Jail and tells literally everybody how her husband ruined her life. She is incapable of remorse and pity.
@@akshay9602 At least those who matter know the truth thankfully. People can think whatever they want of her, but truth is stronger than their opinions here.
@@boogersaregood not hard when she has the IQ of a subhuman. She never asked about her kids, but instead ask to see the officers gun. She was caught talking to other men and justified it by accusing her husband of cheating. She said she dialed the first number. This was 2015 and smart phones are everywhere, so I assume she has one. You can dial 911 by hitting emergency on your lock screen. No need to unlock your phone. Her face froze and jaw dropped. If you seen any woke progressive person being called out, it's the same face of shock when they have no meaningful response. Texting people involved to delete messages. Digital footprint, who doesn't know that? Random people she met at the hospital? She's not the brightest bulb.
When she said " Samantha" with a squeak at the end when they asked her name after she was just speaking in a man voice attempting to impersonate the killer, made me so mad ,it's like ok love we can tell that's fake and Ur a shit actress 😂
the puppers were nervous and getting away of her. They knew something was off, her energy wouldnt fool them. They are anxopus about their original guardian.. the poor husband that was murdered.
The fact that the investigator started calling bullshit the SECOND he got to the house… what an amazing set of a great mind and mad instincts he has. Edit: I don't know why a lot of people are answering this comment as if I said the detectivehe has superpowers and no one else could have done the same. I'm just saying he is competent that's all.
Criminals tend to be lower intelligence and what they think is a full proof plan soon falls apart. These videos shows us how a lot of that happens, but for some one like a investigator they tend to see a lot more details than one lets on. The problem is you can't charge without hard proof and the best proof of a murder is a body and weapon. So he needed to get those two things.
Oh my God, you can see how much she is in love with this fake story she's telling, like she's a victim or a heroine in a home invasion thriller. She's totally getting off on it. It's so utterly sickening.
Thats what I thought the moment she started to talk... She sounds like LARPers or D&D players talking about game they had last weekend... Except instead talking about killing Dragons or ransacking goblins hideout she talks about supposedly OWN HOME INVASION It makes me sick...
The law in every state says..no convicted murderer can NEVER profit from their offense!! That b***h is to stoooopid to draw a picture must less write a book! 🤬
Yeah, especially with the hair cutting part. She says a group of guys break into her home, pistol whip her husband, strip her, and then say something poetic like "here, as a wife you should have a piece of your husband" before cutting off a few locks of hair. That sounds like something a teenage girl would write in her fan fiction. I'm not saying no man would ever, ever say that because drugs make anything possible, but that doesn't sound like something a guy would do in the middle of beating a husband in front of his wife. They allegedly wanted money from HIM, but this gesture was entirely to intimidate HER in a particularly feminine and dramatic way. A violent male would be more likely to instead threaten to break fingers or stab someone to get the husband to cooperate, assuming they weren't willing to actually torture her in front of him. She didn't realize that in her made-up narrative she was a means to an end, not the primary target. She really seemed to think that'd help sell her story but it further broke any suspension of disbelief I might have had.
What’s killing me is that you can still hear her telling that ridiculous story as the officers are searching the house. Like girl, stop talking they already know you’re involved
@@tacituskilgore3246 no. its that she got her husband murder and shes trying so hard to convince them as if shes in an Audition, they asked her 1 or 2 questions and shes making her own questions with her fake answers
We didn't get any context at all for that scenario. They may have been asking her what kind of gun the kidnappers had and she was having trouble making up a story for what features the gun had. Makes sense. "Officer, it's hard for me to describe...oh, would you look at that? Their gun looked a lot like yours! Maybe it was the same! Can I get a closer look?"
@@BornIn1500 hard to believe that since it seems like the officer wasnt as engaging in that convo after the question, nor wasn’t taking any notes down! They knew she was suspicious from the start!!
For her to be texting her accomplice when the police are literally investigating everything right next to her is the smartest move I've ever heard of! 😂
You have to feel for those five kids of hers. Innocents little lives, and once you consider them in the picture, you'll truly then realize how narcissistic and evil Samantha really is.
Women who kill seem to always attack the character of the deceased. It’s just a pattern I’ve noticed. Reputation destruction and gossip against those who can’t defend themselves is pretty evil.
11:28 Imagine coming up with this entire plot and scheme only for the detective, who isn't even in the house yet, to immediately go "yeah, might have been her". lol
Sounds like she is escalating a pattern of behavior, they probably had reason to think she was suspicious last time when she claimed they broke in and threatened him.
yeahh.. now that you mention it; they probably thot she was rehearsing another scene for one of movie parts rather than having a true emotional breakdown 🤔
Yup my dogs would first of all be barking at the police and secondly making sure I’m ok and stand right in front of me guarding me 😂 they are small but they don’t play lol
So cute how they turned their heads to listen when the cops radio was going off though. Hope they and those kids ended up with someone who can actually take care of them
She attempts to maintain that emotional, affected crying voice for far too long. No one, even people who may have just gone through a crazy traumatic experience, keeps speaking like this that long; eventually your muscles have to relax and your breathing has to slow down, your speaking returns to normal even as you talk about what just happened. This episode rocks.
That was my first thought to! The officer probably wanted to pull a Sean Connery on her and slap that annoying voice out of her! 😂 (and I’m NOT condoning violence!! 🤣) 👍🏼☮️
Notice she only does it when she's pressed on something or is asked a question she doesn't have a ready answer for. It's a tactic to buy time or get the other person to lay off. It's learned behavior.
if I was an officer on scene and saw the 2 dogs not even coming close to her would've been a major red flag for me. Dogs know things, and they were not comforting her to have just gone through such an attack. Tail tucked and sniffing !!
The 1st red flag to me was that the children slept through the entirety of a violent break in, a violent home invasion, and subsequent kidnapping. The 2nd red flag was her entire demeanor during the 911 call and attitude towards the responding officers. Truly a case study on how not to orchestrate and/or commit a violent crime.
I was in a house robbery and my friends were tied up in a separate room. Luckily, no one was hurt but many things were stolen so we called police. We were all questioned as a group. They asked about the guns used and we tried our best to describe them but we could barely recall so they literally showed us their gun as reference and we all looked away and said we didn’t know. My one friend even started crying. So for this woman to literally ASK to see a gun after such a traumatic experience is wild.
I’m so sorry to hear that y’all went through something so traumatizing :(( that is a good point though and i wish you all the best in healing and moving past the incident
@@lolgirliguess i’m so sorry about what happened :( i hope you’re doing better and i wish the best for you and your friends. im glad you’re all okay :)
Exactly what I was thinking, they are terrible at mimicking human trauma responses and just think crying is what someone would look like had they been in this situation. When I was assaulted and the police came I stood deadpan, eyes wide open, knees shaking and my responses were a whispered hush - terrified the guys were going to come back for me any given moment (even though that wasn't logical). AND my kids were staying out of town that weekend and I definitely asked for them and asked about their well-being repeatedly. These people are so infuriating to watch!
@@meganwilson2742 its awful how others will use the pain people like you have had to endure and make a weapon out of it for their own disgusting desire.
Lmao RIGHT? They could be in there just asking me to confirm my name or the color of the sky, and my anxiety would have the narrator going “she laughed uncomfortably and was so anxious about being perceived guilty that she threw up… also, she took a breath for 5 Mississippi’s instead of 4. Those are all red flags that could imply she’s guilty” 😭🥲
Notice how she did the cry voice without crying the whole time... until the detective made it clear that she was a suspect, then all of the sudden the tears were real.
I don’t consider someone being guilty if they don’t cry. Cause when traumatic things happen in my life like a close family member dies or something for some reason I cannot cry. I cry to stupid stuff like something sad on a tv show but if something traumatic happens in my life I can’t cry
@@kimberlygenell8970Not everyone cries over the same 'conventional' things, and some have a habit of not crying at all. This is especially true during times of trauma or grief. So I agree that the sole presence of absence of crying isn't a direct indicator of innocence or guilt. However, when someone has been in the 'crying stage' (i.e. sniffling, high-pitched & wobbly voice, uncontrolled emotions, etc.) for as long as she was, but hasn't produced a single tear or broken down completely, it's highly suggestive of fake crying. Rule of thumb is this: everyone's flood gate capacity varies by individual; but once they open, they tend to open wide.
I’M LITERALLY CRINGING!!!!! LIKE WHY IS SHE SO BAD AT BEING BAD???? I started CACKLING when the detectives mentioned they would search her phone and she started to visibly panic like GIRL you’re DONE for… YOU JUST GAVE YOURSELF AWAY LMAO
I just feel bad for those poor puppies at 9:50 -- they don't know what's going on, but they know they one of their owners is missing, there's been some sort of violent disturbance, and there are now strangers in the house. And they're both sitting on the coach right next to each other, for support, and they keep cocking their heads, trying to figure out what's going on. Breaks my heart.
@@american_cosmicOmg gobto sleep u making a story in your head there tails are wagging 😂they are nodding there heads at the sounds coming off the radio.
I just couldn't believe it when we learned "they cut her shirt off" *but the shirt didnt have any cuts.* Why would you tell a lie that is so instantly, certifiably disprovable? 🤯
the funny part is when she was describing them cutting the shirt from the top down, instead of starting down going up, I thought it was suspicious, I just thought she actually did it herself and never took into account how a second person would do it. and not that she didn't even bother to do it. why it's sus: it's easier to cut your shirt yourself from the top going down to apply the force of the blade opposite to you and against the fabric, but to cut it on another person is easier to start from the bottom to apply the force of the blade towards you and against the fabric with an extended arm, if you cut from the top you have to put extra strength because you have to contort your wrist.
thats why you never speak up just say idk or i want a loyers never give police interviews it will later be used agaisnt you so if u keep quit you will be fine i think
The worst part is she could have done it better by texting a "concerned friend" saying "police are here now, they said they are gonna ping his phone and locate him so hopefully they people were dumb enough to leave it on"
They need a warrant to get your phone.its easy to say that's sloppy but if everything else is tight they'll never be seeing it(clearly in this case it wasn't though lol) And obviously never offer anything that would incriminate yourself. But its not always as huge of a thing as it seems. The real mistake was them not getting rid of the dudes phone immediately.she should not have even had to text them that in the first place.it's more like the people she hired were incompetent. I would have destroyed his phone and left it there at the scene lolololol.
the person who described the children as infants was her aunt Ginger, not the actual suspect. Also, it's common for older southern Americans to call kids that, even if you wouldn't consider it the right word to use.
Yea this is a forgivable mistake. The distinction between a infant toddler child are easy to mess up. I'm more concerned about her absolute disgusting crime that not only killed her husband but also tried to pin a crime on someone else. Imagine if they thought she was telling the truth and the person was convicted.
When my son gone missing during school hours and they told me. I couldnt breathe and i couldnt think much less talk. I left my computer at work unlocked and just said to my manager i have to go my son is missing. My mind was foggy. Her reaction to someone she loves missing is not normal.
Asking the cop to take out his gun so she can see it is frightening. She wasn’t upset anymore, was not worried about her 5 kids, & was more interested in his gun than finding her husband.
Especially frightening considering that she has supposedly just experienced such a traumatic event involving a gun. I think she does this because it's at this point when she realizes her plan is falling apart
She clearly lives in her own world. In her world, she deserves fame and stardom… when she randomly pointed out to the police officers how peculiar it was that she dialed the phone with her nose when they first arrived, it was like she was already imaging recounting the situation in an interview where she would be seen as a courageous, quick thinking victim
lol. Just rewatched and noticed what you're referring to. Yeah, it is cute. Dogs do that as they're confused as it's a strange noise (the muffled voices and static).
1:04:49 When she writes on the whiteboard, “Have you found my husband?” then stares at the camera and shrugs, that was the bone chilling moment of the whole story… So creepy and demented in hindsight!
The BIGGEST red flag to me is how calm she is when they are telling her she tied herself up and she’s completely involved.. If you were innocent you would be PISSED
This lady is a psychopath or narcissist, but you must be careful as you can get false flags of that from a traumatized person whose reactions are weird and inappropriate.
If you're a narcissist, others are lucky if you care about them ONLY AFTER you've cared about yourself, doesn't matter if they're your children or not. They were just not her top priority.
I’m originally from this area. All the histrionic narcs from this region talk and sound just like her tbh. Overdramatic, and talk way too much. Can’t take a pause for a second. She couldn’t even stand there without asking the cop if she could see the glock. They also have a way of acting like they know more then they really do. She was trying to help the cops do the investigation for them lol.
41:54 - oh damn, it's rare to see a detective just go in on someone like that, calling her a liar when she's supposedly the poor victim missing her husband haha. Love it!
@@ChrisCarlin-is8wv dude what ? isn't this video about how shes getting convicted for murder ??? the murder that she horribly tried to cover up ? i wouldn't say intelligent
I’ve known about this case for quite a while, but the footage is new and unexpectedly entertaining. It’s hilarious that she thought she was so smart while the cops clearly thought it was bullshit from the outset and barely tried to hide it
It’s also the “I used my nose to call” thing which, ok fine, let’s say it’s a high stress situation but 1) she called her mom, instead of the police 2) how would the hitmen not notice a girl slamming her face on the floor? 3) where was the phone? Was it just lying on the ground? 4) if the phone was on the ground, how did you manage to position it close to your face/position yourself to have your face in fron of it? 5) you really want people to believe that you are in a confined room with hitmen that are so close to you they can rip off your shirt with a knife and somehow managed to get your phone to the ground, use your nose to turn it on, call your mom and by some MIRACLE the hitmen didn’t see the light of the phone or hear you whispering?
Yeah she’ll never be an actor. She can’t portray emotions, has no control of her voice, improvises terribly, and can’t even read what mood her scene partner is in
Anyone who’s ever had their place invaded or even an attempt understands how absolutely violated you feel! And the fact she doesn’t even act concerned about her CHILDREN is a huge 🚩 for me! She focuses so much on her ability to Act, she forgets that her story is flawed almost as much as she is. She wants center stage and she got it!!
Nah, obviously the intruders were just real conscientious of the poor lil kids and puppies! I mean, they even knew they need their sleep, so they kept real quiet, when they e.g. yelled in Samantha's face to get dressed more quickly, you know? (On a more serious note, sorry to hear you had to go through that.)
best thing i like about this is the fact that she lied with emphasis that the hitmen she hired were physically / sexually attracted to her but didnt claim they assaulted her "just stripped her naked" making the situation seem like they were glorifying her body lmao probs felt good abt herself with that fantasy
For real. Some parts of her story straight up just sounded satire/out of a cheesy law and order episode or mobster movie. On a brighter note the dogs reacting to the officer's radio was kinda cute.
@@DePeaceHunter no kidding. Thankfully she was nowhere near as smart as she thought she was. She probably spent hours rehearsing that fib and broke the continuity the second she opened her mouth.
Also the fact that her face lacks any sign of crying if she had been crying she'd have marks around her eyes from where she would had been wiping them away
I'm surprised the narrator didn't point out that she specifically said one of the attackers was named Luke when first interrogated, but then when she started giving out suspects names in the interrogation room, she didn't name a single Luke. It's crazy how she loses herself in details; she's clearly rehearsed her story so many times she feels obligated to relay all of it to make sure she doesn't forget anything, but that's just not how someone traumatized and worried for her husband would talk.
She didn’t realize either that in those kinds of situations if one person is killed, the killer typically isn’t going to leave a potential witness behind especially with no significant injuries. When someone survives something like that it’s usually because they somehow escaped or more likely, the killer thought they were dead/tried to kill them but the person somehow survives. The wife being relatively unharmed told detectives something wasn’t adding up right off the bat.
This is *especially* true if they had intent to murder to begin with, and one of them accidentally used real names. Once she said that one of them called out “Luke”, but still left her alive for no apparent reason, the seams were already beginning to unravel.
This is true, though there are very stupid ppl who commit crimes or ppl who maybe were involved with him and therefore didn't originally plan to kill him and it happened later for another reason. But yea in general.
I remember as a kid being caught in a lie about how I hurt my arm. The dread I felt as I knew my story was being dissected was terrible. I had to admit my lie, and apologize to alot of people. Including my whole class. I can't imagine being caught in a lie of this magnitude. Lady you are screwed.

The real skill of the detective is not getting outrageously annoyed by people like this. Even if she was telling the truth she's absolutely insufferable. She sounds like a 6 year old fake crying.
Yeah, for a woman that has just “been through a traumatic” event, she sure has a lot to say about nothing important and certainly doesn’t worry about her husband.
Realistically, someone in her position through this "break in", who really witnessed stuff like she explained, would be terribly shaken up, they'd be a mental mess, likely crying uncontrollably. Many years ago I had my motorcycle stolen from in front of my apts. A month later its found a couple hundred miles away. The people that were found with it, apparently gave a convincing story to the police that I had sold the bike to them and then reported it stolen. This was odd being that I still had the keys, I had insurance on the bike and was paying payments to the bank for it. Before I knew anything about that story I was asked by the investigator in my city to come in and give another statement about what had happened the night it was stolen. I didn't think much of it at the time. The officer takes the statement and has it notarized. He takes me into an interrogation room and proceeds to call me a liar. Telling me about how I sold my bike and reported it stolen and Im also under suspicion of being part of some bike stealing ring going on in the area. And I needed to come clean or they were about to come down hard on me. To say the least, I was speechless. I thought this had to be a bad joke. I'm the victim here, what the hell is happening?! Here's the point of this story. I immediately stopped talking and asked if I was under arrest. He said not at this time but I would likely be arrested in the next few days. I said I want to leave and went straight to a lawyer. This is something that Samantha would likely do if she had been innocent of these crimes. Guilty people will be hesitant to ask for a lawyer because they feel it would be suspicious to do so. I was never arrested and the investigation was eventually dropped when they realized the only evidence they really had was the statements by the people who stole my bike. There was no happy ending though. My bike had been sitting in impound for months while this went on. It would have cost more than the bike was worth to get it out of impound. After paying for the lawyer, I couldn't afford to get it out either way. I never got my bike back. I still had to pay the bank for it though. (it was a personal loan I got to buy it.) I was pretty young at the time and I just wanted to be done with the whole thing. Now that I'm older and more wise, I should've went into the police hard for their baseless accusations with zero evidence. The police should've paid the impound fees. Or they should've given me one of the many bikes that they have impounded from drug dealers and what not. I should've gotten a brand new nice bike for the bullshit they put me thru. All I got was an apology.
@@pinkpriss They couldn't justify it at all. And I can't tell you how much I regret not having the knowledge or the wherewithal to have done something about it at the time. I know a girl who claimed her husband hit her. Turned out she was hitting him in the chest repeatedly & when he tried to push her off he got her in the cheek. The next day she was trying to give me the "I didn't deserve it" story. She acted out what she was doing before he "hit" her by doing it "lightly" to me. I remember thinking that kinda hurt even though she claimed she wasn't doing it very hard on me. I don't believe men should hit women but if a women gets into a physical altercation with a man & the only way he can get her off is to do it forcefully such as a push, shove, or slap then I don't blame the guy, as long as he doesn't continue after he's gotten her off him. She left the guy & started telling everyone how he hit her, leaving out the part about her hitting him. It also became evident in other things she did that she was a bit of a narsacist. Women like this are the reason truthful women are scrutinize so much & doubted when they claim abuse.
The lady Lacona was an incredible contrast of what an innocent or victim person looks like in the situation. She could barely get a word out, was crying uncontrollably, and was all over the place in confusion. It's so clear even as a side comparison how unusual Samantha's behavior was.

Love this comment! I swear when you are being put under the microscope of the law, Anything you do is a " red flag". These videos shows us how a lot of that happens, but for some one like a investigator they tend to see a lot more details than one lets on. She really seemed to think that'd help sell her story but it further broke any suspension of disbelief I might have had.

if I was an officer on scene and saw the 2 dogs not even coming close to her would've been a major red flag for me.

It's so easy to tell when someone is faking crying. It's ridiculous that some people still don't get it.
However, when someone has been in the 'crying stage' (i.e. sniffling, high-pitched & wobbly voice, uncontrolled emotions, etc.) for as long as she was, but hasn't produced a single tear or broken down completely, it's highly suggestive of fake crying. why it's sus: it's easier to cut your shirt yourself from the top going down to apply the force of the blade opposite to you and against the fabric, but to cut it on another person is easier to start from the bottom to apply the force of the blade towards you and against the fabric with an extended arm, if you cut from the top you have to put extra strength because you have to contort your wrist.

Especially frightening considering that she has supposedly just experienced such a traumatic event involving a gun. I think she does this because it's at this point when she realizes her plan is falling apart

It’s also the “I used my nose to call” thing which, ok fine, let’s say it’s a high stress situation but
1) she called her mom, instead of the police
2) how would the hitmen not notice a girl slamming her face on the floor?
3) where was the phone? Was it just lying on the ground?
4) if the phone was on the ground, how did you manage to position it close to your face/position yourself to have your face in fron of it?
5) you really want people to believe that you are in a confined room with hitmen that are so close to you they can rip off your shirt with a knife and somehow managed to get your phone to the ground, use your nose to turn it on, call your mom and by some MIRACLE the hitmen didn’t see the light of the phone or hear you whispering?

The wife being relatively unharmed told detectives something wasn’t adding up right off the bat.
exactly why would they leave a living healthy witness fully capable of giving a testiment to the police after they show their face and everything
Yeah it would have been red flag number 1

Yeah, for a woman that has just “been through a traumatic” event, she sure has a lot to say about nothing important and certainly doesn’t worry about her husband.
Or being so stupid to text her accomplices to "kill the phone" while the cops are right there.
The lines should exactly be, "Random dudes kidnapped my husband, my kids and I are fine, how can I help you to hurry up and find him?"
That effing six! That is not right at all! How the phuc could they justify that!?
@@pinkpriss They couldn't justify it at all. And I can't tell you how much I regret not having the knowledge or the wherewithal to have done something about it at the time. It seems so obvious now, that I would've had everything I needed to do it. But back then, I was young, and even though the police screwed up, "attacking" the police still seemed like a very unwise decision. It just wasn't that common back then, at least compared to today where you have so many more options in bringing injustices to the light. Social media, the net, and it's easier to get the news media to take up a story like that these days.
If you got an apology in writing, that's evidence.
An apology is an admission of guilt.
@@spankyjeffro5320 Unfortunately it wasn't in writing. It was a face to face meeting we had with the investigators and it was pretty much a half assed apology anyways.
