Using your own personal cell phone to text the people you hired while the police are literally investigating the area. 10,000 IQ
You’d think she’d at least know about burner phones if she was going to call a fucking hit on him lmao
Truly big brain time
The worst part is she could have done it better by texting a "concerned friend" saying "police are here now, they said they are gonna ping his phone and locate him so hopefully they people were dumb enough to leave it on"
Lmao. Right. Geniuses out here today.
They need a warrant to get your phone.its easy to say that's sloppy but if everything else is tight they'll never be seeing it(clearly in this case it wasn't though lol) And obviously never offer anything that would incriminate yourself.
But its not always as huge of a thing as it seems. The real mistake was them not getting rid of the dudes phone immediately.she should not have even had to text them that in the first place.it's more like the people she hired were incompetent. I would have destroyed his phone and left it there at the scene lolololol.
"she portrays herself as a stay at home mom but her homemaking skills seem to be lacking based on the condition of her house" SHADE!! 😂😂😂
It's rough in there. I don't see how people function in that chaos.

😂😂😂 the narrator is low key a catty bitch...😂😂😂
Her attempt at becoming a criminal mastermind would be laughable if it wasn't for the fact that a young father lost his life.
And 5 children losing their parents in a way that will always be sensationalized by the people surrounding them
It’s beyond comprehension that she was texting the hitmen and didn’t think the police would check her phone for texts.
Right!
it could be because she was deleting the messages as she sent them, and the ones we're seeing were retrieved messages. i could be wrong though, i haven't finished the vid yet 😂
Some ppl are really that stupid. Let's all be happy that we aren't lol!
@@ara7249 That's kinda the point. She didn't know the cops could retrieve deleted messages. Not exactly a criminal mastermind.

Ikr! So cringe like who does that? She tellin it like shes telling a funny story to her friends

I almost stopped watching the video 💀 I cringed
Those little puppies sitting on the couch at the beginning looked so sweet and innocent and cute.
The head tilts when the radio comes on 🥹
The irony of her glorifying acting and how much she loves acting, and then being THAT bad of an actress during her interviews. 😳
I know I start feeling terribly embarrassed for her during this
Lol! Right?!?
Yeah it's incredibly embarrassing to say the least lol.
I mean... Amber Heard gave a performance on an equal level.
That’s why she never made it far especially her UA-cam.
Her talking about how much she loves acting and then being absolutely terrible at it is just so oddly fitting. Listening to her wail to the police while they were at the house was absolutely painful
Like nails on a chalkboard 😩
Yeah watching her expressions is so eery because of how disconnected they are from that terrible screechy voice shes trying to pull off.
The wailings only when she wanted to make herself look good but clears up when she needs to say something clearly for the interrogator. Hard to miss.
She might start an acting group in prison. Shame for all that talent to go to waste 😂
Her acting is a crime itself. Throw the book at her.
Nothing says *"criminal mastermind"* quite like sending out incriminating texts from your phone while the law enforcement officers are on the scene
If those puppies could talk, they would say she's a liar.
Those puppies are adorable.

You can tell they witnessed what happened. Poor puppies. They can also be traumatized by such fakeory.
The way she wrote “have you found my husband” on the whiteboard then gestures to the camera got me☠️
lmaooo frr like girl what u tryna accomplish 💀
What if she wasn’t acting, maybe because she knew her husband was dead. Maybe she meant it as like a question did you find my husband yet? Almost like a game?
I’m surprised she didn’t smile at it
so fucking entitled and for what
That and when she was asking the cop what kind of gun he had and if she could see it
It's definitely weird that she doesn't seem concerned for her missing husband from the beginning, but to not worry about her children even while being interrogated is very alarming.
That struck me too....
She's a nasty piece of work....doesn't take care of her kids, cheating with multiple guys....hope she enjoys prison! Guys, stay away from these skanks!

She “ratted” on her husband about his abuse, and then she ratted on these guys for committing the crime.
@@User-rka_zykx76 I do not believe the husband was abusive in any way. It’s just her trying to fabricate a story to get sympathy and a ”reason” for murder
That's what made her suspect #1.
When I was younger 3 men broke into my parents home and our roommate was stabbed in the head. My older brother was in a youth treatment place and would come home before school at around 5:30-6am. When our roommate heard the knock at the door he figured it was my brother and opened the door. At that point I was sleeping on the living room floor. I had a guy point a gun at me and said don't get up while the other two stabbed our roommate. At that point my dogs came running downstairs which spooked the guys as they took off running.
My dogs chased them out the door but I suspect they jumped in a waiting car. I was so scared in the moment (I was 13) I could see our roommate in a puddle of blood. (He was my parents friend in his 30s). I heard him ask me for help but I didn't get up right away I wanted to make sure they were gone so I waited 3 min maybe but it felt like a year. I ran up to my parents room and said some guys broke in and steave was in a puddle of blood and my dogs were gone.
The only details of the guys I seen was
#1 they all had ski masks on.
#2. I heard them say "where where where"
#3. One had a gun pointed at me. I couldn't tell if it was semi auto or a revolver I seen the barrel and a black glove on his hand.
That's all I knew or seen. The cops drilled me and accused me or knowing these people. He kept saying we sold drugs out of the house which was false. We did live in a middle class neighborhood and the home next to us was a dealers house.
Fortunately our roommate lived. He had to get 9 staples in his head, and had multiple stab wounds in his stomach and chest. Our dogs were later found at a city pound. And the 3 that broke in were never caught. But they thought they knew who the people were due to them bragging about it to a ci. Since they had masks neither of us could pick the guys in a photo line up. And when they played their voices I couldn't be sure which it was and I didn't want someone who was innocent to get in trouble so I didn't pick anyone.
Anyways this is 100% truth. Now you can compare a innocent person dealing with a home invasion vs this girls.
A real Einstein.

Exactly what I was thinking, they are terrible at mimicking human trauma responses and just think crying is what someone would look like had they been in this situation. Why is there always someone living in a tent in the garden involved? Is that common in the US?
If you're young or you've had some kind of financial crisis (e.g.: high medical bills), without any help, it can be hard to access affordable housing. Or if you're stuck in poverty. Definitely not uncommon, though people living out of their cars is a lot more common.

The 1st red flag to me was that the children slept through the entirety of a violent break in, a violent home invasion, and subsequent kidnapping. The 2nd red flag was her entire demeanor during the 911 call and attitude towards the responding officers. Truly a case study on how not to orchestrate and/or commit a violent crime.

Criminals tend to be lower intelligence and what they think is a full proof plan soon falls apart. These videos shows us how a lot of that happens, but for some one like a investigator they tend to see a lot more details than one lets on. The problem is you can't charge without hard proof and the best proof of a murder is a body and weapon. So he needed to get those two things.
Watching her was like watching a bad movie, it was over acting. Trying to hard to display the emotion, without actually truly feeling it.

She attempts to maintain that emotional, affected crying voice for far too long. No one, even people who may have just gone through a crazy traumatic experience, keeps speaking like this that long; eventually your muscles have to relax and your breathing has to slow down, your speaking returns to normal even as you talk about what just happened. Yeah, especially with the hair cutting part. She says a group of guys break into her home, pistol whip her husband, strip her, and then say something poetic like "here, as a wife you should have a piece of your husband" before cutting off a few locks of hair. That sounds like something a teenage girl would write in her fan fiction. I'm not saying no man would ever, ever say that because drugs make anything possible, but that doesn't sound like something a guy would do in the middle of beating a husband in front of his wife. They allegedly wanted money from HIM, but this gesture was entirely to intimidate HER in a particularly feminine and dramatic way. A violent male would be more likely to instead threaten to break fingers or stab someone to get the husband to cooperate, assuming they weren't willing to actually torture her in front of him. She didn't realize that in her made-up narrative she was a means to an end, not the primary target. She really seemed to think that'd help sell her story but it further broke any suspension of disbelief I might have had.

the funny part is when she was describing them cutting the shirt from the top down, instead of starting down going up, I thought it was suspicious, I just thought she actually did it herself and never took into account how a second person would do it. and not that she didn't even bother to do it.
why it's sus: it's easier to cut your shirt yourself from the top going down to apply the force of the blade opposite to you and against the fabric, but to cut it on another person is easier to start from the bottom to apply the force of the blade towards you and against the fabric with an extended arm, if you cut from the top you have to put extra strength because you have to contort your wrist.
unsure if this is TOO sus, cuz if I was to cut anything infront of me, I'd go top down without much thought@@silvsevie
Asking the cop to take out his gun so she can see it is frightening. She wasn’t upset anymore, was not worried about her 5 kids, & was more interested in his gun than finding her husband.
Especially frightening considering that she has supposedly just experienced such a traumatic event involving a gun. I think she does this because it's at this point when she realizes her plan is falling apart
She probably wanted to lunge for it. And use it.
I don't even think she was interested at all, she probably just assumed that would be normal cop talk. In lamens terms, she dumb.
Well she never was worried about her kids lol

Did this show them confronting her about the "ditch it" text? i was waiting for that to come up
Even Samantha's dogs were not coming close to her, they can feel negative energy from her.
It is utterly horrific what this woman did to her husband and the fact that she doesn't even know that a 7 year old is not an infant
the person who described the children as infants was her aunt Ginger, not the actual suspect. Also, it's common for older southern Americans to call kids that, even if you wouldn't consider it the right word to use.
Wow almondy looks your the do-do!
who can’t follow and comprehend a story
It's a southern thing, ages 0 to 12 are called "babies" the only time we're called "children" is 1-25 by elderly people

Yea this is a forgivable mistake. The distinction between a infant toddler child are easy to mess up. I'm more concerned about her absolute disgusting crime that not only killed her husband but also tried to pin a crime on someone else. Imagine if they thought she was telling the truth and the person was convicted.
The way she changed her voice to tell the police what the “intruders” were saying 😭 I knew right then that she was telling a lie 🤦🏻♀️
Yeah that was ultra cringe
@@JohnnyCage4Real Definitely! 😂
Wasn't that the worst???
I looked up from my project when she did that 😂

I’m glad they recommend people to request counsel at least
I’m sorry but the thing where she wrote “have you found my husband yet?” On the whiteboard and made that stupid face would of been enough for me to say she did it
I was in a house robbery and my friends were tied up in a separate room. Luckily, no one was hurt but many things were stolen so we called police. We were all questioned as a group. They asked about the guns used and we tried our best to describe them but we could barely recall so they literally showed us their gun as reference and we all looked away and said we didn’t know. My one friend even started crying. So for this woman to literally ASK to see a gun after such a traumatic experience is wild.
I’m so sorry to hear that y’all went through something so traumatizing :(( that is a good point though and i wish you all the best in healing and moving past the incident
@@swinteroo thank you! I wish you all the love and healing in whatever you need as well.
Thank you for sharing your experience and I agree, after such a crime I couldn’t look at any firearms without shaking after a mugging.
@@lolgirliguess i’m so sorry about what happened :( i hope you’re doing better and i wish the best for you and your friends. im glad you’re all okay :)
Dude some people like guns lol
The BIGGEST red flag to me is how calm she is when they are telling her she tied herself up and she’s completely involved.. If you were innocent you would be PISSED
I'm confused how someone would or could tie themselves up tight enough to not get out?
@@themasterspiece965 That's not hard to do but no one saw her tied up. Her Aunt told 911 she was untying her before the police were there.
This lady is a psychopath or narcissist, but you must be careful as you can get false flags of that from a traumatized person whose reactions are weird and inappropriate.
true but then interrogators will say you're being overly defensive for something you didn't do 🙄
The “Big guy” ? Biden?
Never ever take a polygraph test. You can be telling the truth and still be labelled a liar.
Its like a lose lose situation isnt it? Pass it and its not admissible in court. Fail it, even if its because youre nervous and your life is about to be a nightmare.
@@noway1880 yeah tbh knowing that it's all recorded if I were being interrogated for something I didn't do, I would constantly accuse the cops of trying to frame me or make a fall-guy, remind them that they have no concern for public safety and only for putting /someone/ behind bars, and accuse them of planting or fabricating evidence and using bogus polygraph tests
Curious as to why Tay got 93 years when the other 2 got 50, considering they don’t know who pulled the trigger.
Me too, I tried to even look this case up to find out more and I found nothing about why Tay got more time. It's not making sense. How was this ok?
Same here trying to understand,,
He didn't take a plea deal. He decided to go to trial and lost. The other two took a plea deal.

“Let’s just get on with it” 😂😂😂 I love when the cop finally had enough of her bs and called her out!

This video robbed us of the great moment where Samantha realizes it's over and she's put under arrest.
For shame.

She’s too hot and intelligent to go to jail.
@@ChrisCarlin-is8wv dude what ? isn't this video about how shes getting convicted for murder ??? the murder that she horribly tried to cover up ? i wouldn't say intelligent
Lying on the floor is a dead giveaway. So is putting head or face on the table or falling asleep. An innocent person would act as though everything in the room was electrified and be very alarmed to be confined there. They would not embrace the room like that and get so
physically intimate with it and so comfortable. That guilty people do so is a tell that they feel they belong there. I heard one detective call it "the guilty sleep" on "The First 48".
Idk how ewu did it but i want to watch everyone of these videos each one crazy
I never understand how parents could kill the other parent and leave their kids orphans. It’s disgusting.
They don't plan on getting caught hunty

I noticed this immediately, they’re very wary of her and any loud noises going on around them.
When she said “are you accusing me” I didn’t even feel like he was?!?! Like she totally gave up any ounce of anything she had left in that moment
I’ve got to say as a person who took Ambien and it definitely made me sleep walk, sleep drive, sleep cook, sleep eat, I never woke up from it not remembering waking up. I just don’t remember any of the sleep things that I did. My family told me! It got so bad that my daughter would sleep in the living room to make sure I didn’t leave and sleep drive or cook!!!( both very dangerous)
Finally,I was taken off of it because it did make me do things that I didn’t remember while I was sleeping, but never upon waking up! A little groggy yes, but I do remember things upon waking up! I have no idea of where I drove to or what I did, but I do know that twice I drove, only because my family told me. If you have that type of reaction to Ambien get off it because you don’t know what could happen while you are sleep- moving(I.M). But, once you wake up, you remember waking up!
She started telling story on a 911 Call. Anyone could see how weird that is. I knew she was off first time I heard about her and watching this video makes me realize how amazing intuition is.
@garyallen8824 couldn't agree more! I can't say for certain that Patsy killed Jon Bennet on purpose...but I'm almost sure that she did it!
Right!
Yeah...my dad had a heart attack half a year ago and when I called 911 I didn't say much and couldn't remember if my dad was taking asprin or if we had any in the house. The adrenaline hit and I calmed right down. I'm usually an overexplaining babbler. 😅
I love how no one believes her, even when responding to the initial call.
I mean...I don't blame them. Her acting is certainly something. Not good, but something.

I’m originally from this area. All the histrionic narcs from this region talk and sound just like her tbh. Overdramatic, and talk way too much. Can’t take a pause for a second. She couldn’t even stand there without asking the cop if she could see the glock. They also have a way of acting like they know more then they really do. She was trying to help the cops do the investigation for them lol.

Okay, but those puppies listening to the police radio with her tilts was so stinking cute.
