The only way that this bike has a 103 CI in it is a kit. 96 CI were standard until 2011 1/2.
Not true, police bikes had the 103 with the 6 speed tranny and oil cooler as I have the same bike.
Edward is right, Harley offered the police bikes with the 103 starting in 2006 I believe, might have been 2007. Additionally the CVO models had it as far back as 2003
