i definitiely have a swollen foot. The problems you explain are not as bad but I was so stupid to not be careful with it and now I have it very badly since 5 weeks and it doesn't go away.
@@alibezz1 hallo, to both of you, I'm in a similar position, but since my doctor's appointment is way in the future, I'm trying to self diagnose, so I don't know how to tell the difference between onset of hallux valgus and sesamoiditis?
This is a helpful video, but everything I see focuses on an injury that is not severe. I have had the problem for over two and a half years. The pain is continuous though it varies in intensity if I attempt to stand on my feet and walk. I even have pain at night in bed. Ice packs only dull the pain whilst in use. Orthotics have made my feet feel like they are in a vice. I have had no pain treatment from my doctor, just lots of tests. The effect on my life has meant that I could not go anywhere until recently when I bought an electric wheelchair. My weight gain has been incredible because of inactivity and lack of advice. Physio state that nothing will improve it without specific medical attention. I am currently awaiting a new assessment. Despite all the above, I suggest that you push for action and never lose hope.
@@ruthlesslamb6986 i get diagnosed with sesamoid stress fracture from.soccer before 3 months, i dont have pain under my big toe ball, its feel like i have some strange pain in my big toe joint when i bend my big toe "little to much". i have feel like my sesamoid bonr fracture is fixed but it seems like its something with my big toe joint what you think ? and do you play soccer
Hi. I think I have sesamoiditis, that's what two doctors said. But two other doctors said it's something else. No one truly knows. It's been two years. My pain is usually like a sharp nerve like shock when I stretch my plantar. Is that what you feel?
Thanks for this. I am in a training block now with race day just over a month out and stressing about the injury.

Any way to strengthen the Sesamoid bone since it feels tender? Any recommendations for flip flop: slippers and sneakers to alleviate the pain?
Definitely very red and swollen in my case
When you use ice my feet cramp up so bad. Can't do it.
