    @sUiSid3 I work out 5-6 days a week. Yes you can't just workout to get like this. You need to explore and push your body to it's ultimate limits with natural and functional movements as you master the basic calisthenics exercises . So that means moving and using your muscles like they are not used to moving.

    @SFNevermorre A good stretch is always the still leg toe touch. For a deeper stretch , hang on to something with some weight and bring it down like a stiff-legged dead-lift and hold the bottom position for a few seconds.

    Yo been doing calisthenics for about 4 months now, making great improvement but currently taking a rest because opening a bottle hurts really bad. I respect your passion for your dietary life choice, even though I myself do eat meat "on a admittedly shamefully common basis" and am immensely impressed by your physique.

      TheBrownGuy17 Calisthenics does not mean upperbody training, it means bodyweight training. Bodyweight can be used to work the legs. Pistol squats and other variations.
