Sir mera left leg Avn grade 3 ka surgery hoova hain. 2 month hoove... Doctor ne precaution lene ko kaha...... Main sports me interest hain. Surgery ke baad khel sakta hoon sir... Righ leg ka abhi grade 2 pe hain. Right ka abhi surgery nahi ki abhi. 9 month ke baad surgery karne kaha

Hello sir, I need your help .I got L4 and L5 really small disc bulge but my right hand side backside hip, give me a pain .when I start driving .my pain, get a shift on the left hand side and give me a stiffness pins and needles that my MRI report showed no problem in the hip. Hello doctor..same problem iam facing..AVN 3 rd stage in left leg 2 nd stage in 1st leg..iam doing excercises and cycling also but from one month on wards iam facing groin and tigh pains.. couldn't able to walk..I do these excercises also ..but can u guide me diet plan for bone strenth and muscle strength..tell in English plz

Dr I have pain in my hip (not in groin or front side but on back side of hip) , when I walk I feel numbness in foot and calf my calf also pain some time can it be avn or sciatica
Also I can't bend forward on forward bending I feel pain on my left hip... And while lying down I feel pain when pull my left leg upward... Also when I rise my right leg I feel pain in left side
