- This warm up for Figure Skaters is a classic exercise for developing better flow, confidence and symmetry through our turns.
This tutorial assumes some prior experience with Forward Inside 3 turns, focusing on the initial stages of refinement and improving alignment.
This tutorial is great! The movements looks beautiful and I have to admit to untrained eyes, I didn't realize so many alignments needs to be done precisely
@averycutecat1852 thanks 🙂
We’re sharing so many inside 3 turn secrets today 😂
Cool, you are back with more videos!☺️ I'll try this one next time I'm on ice.
It’s good to be back 😎
Thanks for tuning in and let us know how you get on with the 3 step ⛸️
@@IceSkatingLondon all right, will let you know how it went. I finally got good with most basic moves, combos like this is what I'm trying now most of the time. Working on twizzles now, uh they are hard😂, this will be a good distraction in between tries when I get annoyed of failure 😂😂
@@khachaturnajaryan2856 variety in training keeps us motivated when we have a tough new move on our wish list. Twizzles certainly qualify!
@@IceSkatingLondona bit late but an update 😊: it's a great warm up, I also use it as a cool down at the end of the skate. Very helpful to improve the inside 3 turn, I was able to make get 3 turn into an almost automatic movement now. The only part I found was a bit hard was the angular momentum when entering the forward crossover, as it would sometimes 'throw' me away😂. I'm using the inside 3 turn entrance now to do my 1st toe loop jump. Wish me luck
@@khachaturnajaryan2856 good luck 🍀
Another great tutorial! :)
Fantastic detail as always. Very good suggestions. I love the off ice exercise and the graphics you use to demonstrate lines. Can you do something similar with the same level of detail for forward outside 3 turns please?
been working on this thanks
