@@BoneTactical in CA and other restricted states it might not fly as medical equipment. The J shape is almost there on your war club.

Shouldn't need a reason to have a force multiplier on me. Shouldn't matter what kind of force multiplier it is.

Unfortunately, not everyone recognizes the natural right to keep items for self preservation… or just because they’re cool.

Sooooo many people have no idea about this! Also just FYI: you said “Bone Thumper Tire Thumper” when holding both wooden pieces, when I think you meant to say “Bone Tactical Tire Thumper”? Just wanted to make the distinction since having your self-defense device known as a “Bone Thumper”, just isn’t a good idea, but “Tire Thumper” is merely a tool

Wait till you put a edge in that wood like Germanic barbarians did. Super simple but makes skulls explode their crown off.

I’m sure I’ve taught many lawyers some of the ins and outs of self-defense law as well. Remember that a title doesn’t mean knowledge or experience young man.

@@BoneTactical I agree with you. Still, would be cool to see you do a collaboration with @usscaofficial or someone like @CLRBruceRivers or anyone else who has a law degree (AND experience in dealing with self-defense cases) to know their perspective :) would love to see you do more collabs with other experts kinda like what @ShawnRyanShowOfficial does.

Awwe, that's cute, I remember being afraid of enhancement from misdemeanor to MY first felony too...I've lived to 40 and lived thru and seen some awful shit in the joint and on the street in Illinois, south of Chicago, but close enough to St. Louis, Mo, and East St. Louis, IL by living just 15 min across from the arch on the il side, made me change my stance on faith. Long as court can't show you had a reason to want to hurt a person, and planned ahead for (premeditated), anything else is self defense, and couldn't hurt to store it in a milk crate with jumper cables, emergency jack, tire iron space blanket;v joshfa5526 been

Some evidence of it having been there for a while, dents or dings, maybe a chipped off piece of jack enamel stuck to it or rubbed onto it from general driving.. I recall when I was younger I still had most of my family left both of my uncles were truck drivers and you could tell anything that have been in the shop for a long time because it had this strange vibrated round ring around it at its highest point where ever contacted where it was stored..... Store it where you would actually need it for checking tire pressure, and don't be afraid of a beauty mark or two worn onto it, could save your ass if you had no choice and had to defend yourself, you'll look a LOT better if it looks like it's just an edc & convince tool for stubborn trailer hitches etc ..
And before anybody says that'll never happen to me because I don't get pulled over and I don't break the law, all I can tell you is with an unprepared mindset and head in the clouds, yer gonna be REALLY surprised when you learn it if you ain't on your feet you ain't going to eat, and that you better be willing to fight and assert your dominance about your meals, Never push the button and say you didn't get your tray. They go through and count trays everyone's eating and then the cop start hassling every guy with an extra tray that they may have made a deal for, now you're a trick and everybody's going to beat your ass for telling. Let him know Greg....

The average law abiding americans are more wary of the legalities of self defense.. than curbing the violence itself with reasonable force...

@@yathercantillano3874 I’m not sure what video you’re asking about friend, but if you also still don’t understand why a collapsible baton is a bad idea just think about what a prosecutor will say to a jury after you had to use it to defend yourself… now think about that same situation defending yourself with a tire thumper! With a tire thumper you might not even get arrested… it’s not about the written law it’s about the practiced law (written law vs. practiced law videos). Police will arrest you if they think they can convict you… regardless of right or wrong, innocent or guilty. You carrying a weapon means you have to be able ti explain yourself 💡
