Does it mean, which one of the curry and setting meal is the fastest to make?
    Also there was: クリーニングはいつできますか
Does it mean: when is the cleaning done ? Cause the answer was Tuesday so it seems a bit long lol

I have a question about the potentiel form... Is it exactly the same of ことができます ? I mean, is かんじが読むことができます。 and かんじが読めます。both mean exactly the same "I can read kanjis" or is there a difference (for example one is more polite, etc etc...) ?

If you google for it, you will see that japanese people almost always refer to it as Fujisan. Fujiyama seems to have been adopted by foreigners given that the final kanji in the word Fujisan can be read as Yama when standing alone (and perhaps, also, because there was also the "word" (compound word?) Fuji no Yama.
