For people that it does not work and it says that they have purchased it through Apple: go to settings > Your Name > Media and purchases > Subscriptions and cancel it there

Microsoft is trapping and forcing people to subscribe because no feature to cancel subscription and access payment to your linked account linked to your payment method. So frustrating and disgusting.

Was finally able to cancel it. For me, Weirdly, I had to go on my Google account's subscriptions, and it was right there. I was able to cancel it there. 😅

I keep getting MS email warning I will be Billed $99 for 365 . I cancelled Last year and the year before. Are they gaslighting me. When I go thru your steps not getting Manage for 365. Get "Try Microsoft 365 for free" Canellation below only list Xbox cancels. HELP
There is no option to cancel subscription. the email goes to the same ms email every time.
I went to account "payment and billing" and Removed my Paypal just in case. Now watch MS send warning emails and try to re-bill with "Late Payment FEE"

Check standing instructions on your card. It'll show you all standing instructions. Then cancel Microsoft from there
Same for me. I cannot follow the instructions from the video because I do not know which account the subscription is on. My bank could not block MS so I hade to block my credit card and get a new one.
@@paddlaistockholm : I finally got a person from my credit card company that understood my frustration and I was informed that even though my CC was changed- the person did not remove the code ( forgot the actual term ) they put in on accts to keep it billing to new Card. Microsoft said i was paying for an old Xbox acct!!

Log in to your account>>view account>>My Account drop down arrow on Left upper corner>> My Apps>>Admin>>Subscription>> Tick box on the sub you want to cancel>> hover over it to see X>> select X.

It really depends on when you bought it. If it's recent, then yes BUT if you've had it a while and used it then, no.
I got charged yesterday for my subscription (didn’t realise it was set on recurring billing) I tried what you have shown yesterday and it just displays I can’t cancel until October 2023. Very annoying as I can’t seem to be able to get this cancelled and refunded. I also wasn’t aware it was set on recurring billing so I did turn this off yesterday.

I had a 365 subscription but couldn't access it because Microsoft had blocked it. What i had to do was to have the relevant card cancelled that stopped Microsoft taking any more payments. Result 🤣🤣
Literally crazy the way they hide the cancelation, have some faith in the product for goodness sakes.
It should be illegal to make it this hard to unsubscribe.
People need to report these complaints to the FTC. The Federal Trade Commission. I’ve had to do it in the past for some thing else. But that is it’s purpose. To look into complaints like these regarding businesses, who are misleading and mis-serving the public, taking our money. So people keep that in mind and learn to do something instead of just complaining.

cancel anytime is false advertising Microsoft 365 you never be able to cancel or delete your card this the truth keep away from this fraud. I have being there done that.
