@@jaspercrumpton1077WeMod is nice and free for single player mod trainers ( Trainer being a Mod Menu )
the Premium version is for Hotkeys/Permanent On/Off which can be nice but ehh you can also change the keys to anything you want with Free version

you can build a portal. if you build one, you can teleport to any place you choose. if you build the second one (on one side from the camp), it allows you to teleport to the other one
