You hit the nail on its head. I love this app and I used it to track cal and exercise. I lost 25 pounds and got rid of diabetic medication. Went on very low fat but high carb whole plant based food. Which is very easy with Indian food. Contrary to low carb high fat diet.

I’d like to give one simple solution. Eat good and exercise. Avoid junk food and fat. Eating healthy food will keep you healthy. It’s as simple as that.

@Dr Pal. Is milk really necessary or just a marketing tactics used by the milk industry. I have the same doubt with protein intake as well. My recent diet didn't even have traces of vegetable protein as well but there was no difference in my muscle mass nor skin, nails or hair. Is protein intake just an exaggeration by the protein companies.

94 waist,female,38,three meals,light exercise,doing IF from 1 yr,weight stuck,height 5'1,weight 67 kgs,only one tsp sugar with morning coffee,no sugar at all.IF helped me reverse diabetes but weight loss stuck.please help.very motivating and informative video

நாம் சாப்பிடும் உணவை தனியாக எடுத்து வைத்து எடை பார்க்க வேண்டுமா. வீட்டில் மொத்தமாக சமைத்து சாப்பிடும்போது அவரவர் எடுத்து சாப்பிடும்போது அளவு தெரியாதே.
என் waist அளவு 105. இரண்டு மாதங்களுக்கு முன் எடை 80 கிலோ. இரண்டு மாதங்களாக 12 மணிநேர விரத இடைவெளி fasting windowகடைப்பிடித்தேன். உணவு இடைவெளி காலை 8.30 முதல் இரவு 8.30 வரை. தற்போது எடை 77.1 கிலோ. என் வயது 59. Sedentary category.

Decrease 1 hour from dinner time and follow for 6 weeks. Gradually, you can adjust to ideal eating time 10 am to 6 pm

I suggest not to take paleo keto diet. Understand what is diet. It should provide us all nutrition. Thus we must take whole some meal to get all nutrients including carbohydrates fats minerals vitamins and protein. Paleo suggest only protein. As far as my knowledge, it is not good. Have wholesome home cooked balanced diet
