    Hello Sir,
How are you and your family?
I am Valli from Thoothukudi, Tamilnadu.
I am the mom of 2 children.
I have been following this rule for 20 days. I took moderate food with balance. I went for a walk every day. In the early days I crossed 2000 steps. A week later 5000 steps and now 10000 steps. I lost 87.2 to 83.8kgs. I never eat after 7.00 and will eat at 9.00 the next morning. Thank you very much sir. All credits to you sir. I will follow this forever.

Avoid stressful conversation before one hour we go to sleep …And then to avoid phone ..Both are strong points ..As I have noticed it makes one restless rest of the night ..

Thank you so so much Dr. Pal. I can't be more grateful. From the core of my heart, I thank you so much for this video and your repetitive counsel of maintaining the 8-12 hr eating window for weight loss. This really works. Needless to say, you have a funny bone. You could have been a great stand-up comedian as well. Thanks for everything. Love you.

Awesome sir. Anytime i sleep, i wake at 6:00-6:15 in the morning to get my son ready to school. But i feel fatigue and not slept properly. Eventhough we know these reasons before, we couldn't get others off their phones . My hubby watch mobile at night (vetti news bla bla) but he will sleep, but it disturbs me a lot 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️.

Good afternoon Dr Pal. Your wt loss videos have really helped me a lot in losing my wt. I try my best to stick to your regime of 12hrs fasting. I sleep roughly around 5 to 6 hrs. Inspite of that I feel very energetic. I also do yoga for an hour and then go for brisk walking for an hour. The combined effort has really helped me.. I love watching your videos. I am a doctor by profession and pass on your tips to my obese patients. Thanks a lot.

Hi Doctor Pal, my name is Gisna. I had my third baby last august and was gaining back my weight after delivery which i lost bcoz of strict diet due to gestational diabetes. In october i was 63 kg and also had acidity issues in my stomach. After watching ur videos i started doing time restricted feeding and have lost 5 kg in 5 months. Now i am 58 kg that too without any exercise. And also no issues with acidity after that.
    Thanks a lot doctor.

As getting ready to start the day we need to get ready for the night sleep, as it is also equally important is my take away, though I follow few of it, I'll consider it as regular practice from now. As I have been enjoying your videos I wanted to donate to your charity & did so, thanks for the opportunity.

Good 12 tips for better sleeping 1) i used to sleep 11.30pm stop watching mobile or tv at 10.30 daily. 2) took bath mild warm water at 9.30 ..and 3) took tea at 6pm ..that i will change to milk & nuts like almonds cashews ...4) not doing gentle walk and other tips ok ...but quality of sleep is poor due more water consuming after 6pm in fasting window so night 2 times going for rest room ...11.30pm to 5.30am daily routine... 6 hrs only .so quality is low ...i will try to adapt all 12 tips thanks dr ..

Good video sir. You are beaming with energy!! Very inspiring and want to become like that. BTW, I am going to start following these tips from tomorrow (today its already 10 pm :-)). I used to read a lot earlier and due to these OTT, I lost the habit. Will start again. I normally go to bed at 11 (takes 30 mins to sleep) and wake up between 6 and 6:30. I am planning a 10:30 to 5:30 starting tomorrow.

I strictly following as said, and it worked for me. Post head surgery, my weight shooted from 68 to 98 in just a month may be. I used to get hunger in short span of time. Otherwise my body losses all energy and falls where some one should come and lift me, and put double triple meals, then will be normal. This was my early state . I was struggling this from 6.5 yrs. I had no energy to do exersise. Couldn't control hunger. If skipped for 5 min, then surely end up with double meals.
Now I'm better due to eating early by 7pm, ( one Ragi ball at night) that's all. Then will have bf nxt morning at 8;30. This itself i did for more than 5-6 months. Now I can control hunger still not fully. But ok. Weight size was 117. Now 107 cm. Losing 0.5 cms done days felt so good. Now I can do exercise. Now will reduce weight 2x speed.
    Heartily Thank you Dr.Palaniappan

Dr Pal, am worried about my sleep habits. For about ten years I used to look after my mother who needed help at night taking her for nature's call. Hence I used to be awake say by 1 am which was her usual time and then when she returned, used to ask me to read some good literature from scriptures etc and I used to read and sleep say by 2 or 3 am when she slept. I lost my mother in 2010 and even after 13 years, I have the same habit of waking up by 1 am or 2 am etc and not getting sleep for say one or two or three hours. Yesterday I could never sleep too. However, this has not disturbed my daily routine substantially. For instance, when there is sleepy instinct in the afternoon, I just sleep for say one or two hours and is compensating ( I think). I am emailing my latest test results and request your help. I am fascinated by your videos.

Hi Sir! Amazing video. I have made a note of all the 12 tips you have mentioned. I usually go to sleep around 11 and wake up at 5.30 (at least during the weekdays to send my son to school on time). Recently what I actually started practicing is going off to sleep with almost 0 light which I found to be very very useful in falling asleep easily and this automatically eliminates the usage of phone/laptop etc. Thank you so much for this! We love your videos sir.

      Do some exercise
Decrease 1 hour from dinner time and follow for 6 weeks. Gradually, you can adjust to ideal eating time 10 am to 6 pm. Take healthy and fiber rich foods with minimum 1200 and maximum 1800 calories.

Hi Dr.Pal I have been following u for quite sometime and I am very happy to share that because of intermittent fasting I have lost 5 kgs in less than 4 months.. the issue is I am having head aches in the afternoons and also I am waking up very early in the morning say even before 4am.. previously I never used to have headaches and normally wake up was only at 6am.. is this because of this new schedule of intermittent fasting and my diet changes.. I have stopped eating sugars or eating outside food.. May I know the reason for this issue.. kindly help

Unfortunately, it is tough for night shift people but still doable. Try to do the same thing as much as possible and come up with a time that works for you
Ideal eating time is 10 am to 6 pm
