Well, you see, personally or in particular, I am not bored or bothered by the music that Coach Oliver uses in the routines and what I do is forget about the music and just pay attention and be aware of each movement that Mr. Oliver makes in any of the routines.So i recomend that do the same than me i mean if you want of course.
U can simply turn down the music and play something you like in the background. Personally I’ve never payed attention to the music lol, i’d be busy catching some breath 🤣
