Man, Chris is the best bodybuilder I've ever seen, not only his shape that is perfect and very superior to all his opponents (but Dino that is also amazing), but the fact that he is a very humble guy like Dino, and helps his opponents giving real tips and being so cool and up!!! My friends always ask me y i watch cbum videos , not that u will have body like him , i always reply it's not about body it's about motivation that this guy gives and also i get to watch his routine which is helpful lost 28 kgs over span of 1 year gained muscles . I’ve been going gym now for 15 years always felt good going gym , but since I’ve watch cbum it’s got me in a whole different mind frame ,im going gym now with a real purpose , making big gains aswell , making sure I get a good amount of protein , doing creatine , generally eating better .
