Mango malai kulfi

Ingredients
*************
1. Mango chunks = 2 cups
2. Milk =1 litres
3. Condensed milk = 1/2 cup
4. Thick cream = 1 cup
5. Mango custard = 2 tablespoons
Instructions
--------------
- in a pan add milk and cook for 15 minutes
- in a bowl add 2 tbsp custard powder and 4 tbsp milk cooled at room temperature then give it a mix
- after 15 minutes add custard powder then give a mix and cook for 10 minutes
- then add condensed milk
- add thick cream and give a mix
- add mango chunk and cook for 10 minutes
- cool at room temperature
- blend the mixture
- add in kulfi mould or any ice cream mould and add a shashlik stick
- freeze over night or for 8 hours
- take a butter paper and aluminium foil of rectangular shape
- give it a shape of a cone
- rub the mould and take it out
Enjoy with sprinkled pistachio or coconut
