Milk 500 ml
Sugar 1/2 cup (100 gram)
Mango 1 cup (300 gram)
Whipped cream 1 cup (250 ml)

Thank you. There are SO MANY Mango trees where I live ripe mangos are falling to the ground daily. I decided to make homemade mango ice cream, I searched UA-cam and your video showed at the top. Watched, learned, tomorrow I buy the ingredients and will make it!!
I hope you can get some kiwis, It is super delicious when blend together with mango in even amounts or to taste, I didn't add sugar but you may.I freeze in small containers, it is solid, I half defrost and enjoyed very much!So refreshing, now it is my favorite for hot weather.

@@psychicmediumleoshelton5027 You can do with little bit of orange juice like 1/2 cup or so depending how big amount of fruits you use,it brings out more flavor or little bit of water.
When I first heard from my friend about this I was very skeptical but now it is my top favorite for the hot summer.

Very inspiring, I ve just used evaporated milk and sweetner instead. With a little bit Xanthan power hopefully adds texture to it. The "paste" looks thinner, time will tell if I made it or not.
