Burnt Basque Cheese Cake

Ingredients
1. Cream cheese(room temperature) = 600g
2. Wiping heavy cream = 300g(1 cup + 3 tbsp)
3. Eggs = 4
4. Caster sugar = 225g(1 cup)
5. Vanilla extract = 1 tsp
6. All purpose flour(میدہ) = 42g (1/3 cup)
7. Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Pre heated oven(180 degrees) 30 minutes.
- First of all beat the cream cheese and add sugar
- Then one by one add eggs and slowly beat them
- Add a pinch of salt
- Add wiping cream
- Add all purpose flour and mix them
- In the cake tin put baking paper
- Apply the oil on the baking paper
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes
- Let the cake rest for 1 hour at room temperature
- Put the cling film on the cake and put it overnight in the fridge
For the topping sprinkle some sugar
