    After done 10 mins standing back mobility, my discomfort back and hip from 10 go down to 8. 🎉🎉

    I love this video! I’m recovering from Achilles tendon surgery. Because I am moving my body differently than usual, last week I hurt my back. These exercises are great, and my back feels better now.

    Strained by back recently and this was exactly what I needed to help release the pressure and tension and relieve the pain. I'd day it went from a 9 to a 5. Thank you!

    I got up this morning feeling very creaky now I feel alot less started with a 10 feel like an 8 will include these exercise in my morning routine.

    Caroline- I joined as a 10 dollar a month Patreon member on July 19- I received emails for several days that let me me watch videos but after i downloaded the patreon app and went to my membership status it said I wasn’t currently a member or sponsoring anyone.
