Your vlogs lately have been giving me the feel of a video game. The way you come in talking, and how the camera moves, it's EXACTLY like you're speaking to us in a first person. Honestly, that's the way it should feel when anyone communicates with the camera. It's so good that it gives me the chills. lol

I have a back injury at the moment but my aim in 2018 is to get A LOAD more supple and start doing more mobility exercises and stretches to help prevent further injury in the future. Thanks for supplying us with this video and shows that mobility is EXTREMELY important and it's not something that people include into their workouts. I used to attend yoga and pilates adding that into my 💪

Btw, for issues with your dog, I really recommend watching some videos from Cesar Millan. The guy is awesome with dog training. I've never had a problem with my dog until I got a Beagle who was super territorial especially when chewing bones. She's bitten a lot of people because of it.

I have ugly toes as well Steve. Given that you don't have vitamin deficiencies, you can get your feet to look better with weekly pedicures. It's a pain in the beginning but you'll see an instant improvement and with time you'll have beautiful feet. It has to be a decent place though.

Steve, you can go to the doctor and they'll prescribe an oral medicine that you have to take for 3 months. After 6 months, total, your toe nails will be clear. During that process you'll have to do blood work to make sure the medicine isn't negatively affecting your liver. It worked for me.

    • @chrispayne750

Bryden Bray - I'm afraid there are likely not many members of his gym at all to film. He was probably filming there in the gym during the afternoon on this video already. Remember that his gym is in St. George Utah, which is not a good place for a new gym, plus his gym membership is too expensive for most people to afford as he offers built in extras with diet and training advice with the membership.

  • @mathilda6763

I would not tug on the thing you want them to drop.
That just teaches the dog that you take thing away from them even if they communicate that they don't want you to. The dog learn that you don't react on their body language so they escalate to a growl. you further ignore that and, depending on the personality of the dog, they escalate to a warning bite or and then a full bite. You don't want this to happen. You don't want you dog to feel the need to use their teeth to protect themself or their stuff. Especially when there are kids around.
Even a small dog can bite and hurt a child very badly.
What you want is that you dog knows, if they give something up for you, it has a positive result for them. Dropping the thing must be more rewarding than ignoring your command and keeping it.
Try building up a drop command that works without you or other people touching the snout (Especially not children).
You can do that by first trading the item for a treat or toy the dog is allowed to chew on and which has a higher value that the item they are chewing on. Use with something of low value to train first and then higher the bar by giving the dog higher value stuff to chew and make them drop it. After that you can slowly start reducing the the treats or build behaviour chains on that.
Dogs (like humans) are opportunists. they learn what feels more rewarding to them by trial and error and then they show the behaviour that's most rewarding to them more that other behaviour.
The reward can be either adding some positive reward like a food or toy/play or you can take away a negative stimulus (like yelling, pain in general, isolation...). No matter what they need to feel better for giving you the toy than for keeping it.
I personally think training with a positive reward mostly is less stressful for me and the dog and it makes it easier to form a trustful relationship with the animal.

Ido portal is a beast when comes to mobility. Check him out! Jake Hutton is the man too! Lucky you have him as a business partner! Unfortunately the “fitness” industry is known for having horrible mobility which is funny because we somehow think being “fit” doesn’t involve being able to move dynamically but that’s the whole reason the human species survived in the 1st place! Mobility and cardio health need to be more of a focus.
