Great Vlog Steve ! Courtney KING is #1 , Steve you come in at #2 !! I can see why you moved to St. George to get out of the Rat race . I am from Las Vegas, but have traveled to Utah a lot in fact i can say its my favorite place in the USA. Clean living , outdoor living and great scenery , what more could you want ! Oh and a fabulous place to raise a family ! Good Luck with the gym!
@Steve Cook you should watch Athlean-x video on helping bulged disks! Honestly changed my life! Basically: 1.decompress the spine by hanging, allows the disk to move back into place and gives it room to get off the nerve. 2. Lay down on belly and do a back extension stretch, which allows the cartilage to move back into place and aligns the disk. Ok i cant remember exactly because im stupid but something like that.
Sasanaigh is the Gaeilge(Irish language) for an English person. Sasana is England in Gaeilge. Gaeilge is closely related to a language originally spoken in Scotland...where Highlander is from. I hope the Irish Gymshark lad could have explained that!
Steve what are these gymshark shirts at the beginning? I’ve got the ones with the undershorts but they’re just so tight around my quads. These look perfect. Thanks in advance.
Sasanach is the Irish (Irish Gaelic) for English person. It came from the Saxons who invaded England who are known as Anglo Saxons. In Scottish Gaelic it means Saxon or lowlander. It is mistaken for an insult but in its true meaning it's is just Gaelic for English.
the voice over quality has improved, think it's because of the background noise removal, also helps to be in fitness culture without that many people around :P
Hello Steve, I got a question for you. If I were to eat in a 200kcal deficit but burn off 300kcal in cardio, does that leave me with a 500kcal deficit? Should I do that or just eat in a 500kcal deficit for best results
Slow down. Tie breath to movement. Make each movement mindful. Relying on a lot of momentum. Throwing a lot of weight around. Why so much weight when injured?
Not even a contest that was my machine In the video. I sold power sports and have owned all of them. The x3 out of the box is a much better machine than the Polaris which has a stop sale stop ride out again on its new 18 turbo.
I think saying it's not even a contest is a bit strong 😂 I think what it ultimately comes down to is what features you're willing to sacrifice for the upper hand in others, depending both on personal preference and what kind of riding you're gonna be doing. The RZR has been nothing but great to me but I'll still acknowledge that Can-Am has ended Polaris's standing as the sole UTV king
True they both have positives and negatives. I have just seen so many customers come in who are not lucky to get one of the good ones. The one thing I did like more about Polaris was how the 4 wheel drive worked compared to the visco lock junk on the x3. Now with the XRC and a true locker I have no complaints. Both machines are a lot of fun especially if your just getting into the sport.
Rustin Staheli exactly I completely agree. I’m not too familiar with St. George terrain (I do most of my riding in Lake Havasu) but based on what it looked like in this video, I think the Can-Am might be the way to go, given it’s so open and flat. But like you said, for someone just getting into it, both machines are gonna give you a hell of a lot of fun
Hope you get some relief with the back steve-o. From my own experience, once the back gets better I have a feeling your hips will open up more. Try doing 20 reps of these laying down extensions a few times a day. It made such a difference in my L5 disc recovery/hip tightness. www.stretching-exercises-guide.com/images/350x236xrepeated_extension_in_lying.jpg.pagespeed.ic.pYH05n1Osi.jpgYou can even do them against a wall - hands straight out touching wall, let your hips drop in. If you do give them a try and they help lemme know!
This kinda quality definitely deserves 1 million subs!
Nils Buurman I agree. I don't think I have watch one that is bad. Great chanel.
Best motivation videos in both fitness and life! Keep up the good work Steve! 👌

Wish I could go to your gym bro.
Where did you get that nike hoodie from?
Did you deliberately edit the video at the start so you couldn’t hear the words “smoking indo, sippin on gin and juice”? Dats the best part!
🤘🏼
Damn I want to do that!!!!! 😝
I'm just wondering how you were able to film from the sky in the desert?! Drone?
Jonathan Delorisses yes

Abi Engler he’s just using a barbell with a pad on it and a flat bench to support his back.

Slow down. Tie breath to movement. Make each movement mindful. Relying on a lot of momentum. Throwing a lot of weight around. Why so much weight when injured?
Steve, the address of that house is in the video.
Legend
I see you’ve changed your thumbnail about 50 million times lol
Anyone know the song?
😀❤️
Polaris RZR XP Turbo over the Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo all day long, trust me on this one Steve 🤘🏼 both great machines but the RZR has the edge
