Owning a gym is only as good as the people who own it. Your passion and presentation will make your gym a huge success.

jason brown he hides that he uses roids selling his body as natural

    • @johnfraser5462

I have got an issue with this. So the original comment was about the passion, presentation and wishing him success with his gym. If you want to write comments about him using roids. Make a seperate comment as the original has nothing to do with His training. Don’t drag down positive comments with your hate. 🙏

Thank you everyone for the gym business advice. Believe it or not we actually do have a plan LOL.
While making money is always nice and important for a biz, we realized going into this that the gym is an an avenue for us to provide amazing content for people on UA-cam as well as app users. We have plans for clothing and supplement that will also utilize the space

Steve, I'm so glad you're focusing on helping people grow their legs. that should make your gym the best for overall size and muscle growth. And also, a gym is only as good as it's hip abductor machine, lol!

Consider opening some unrelated businesses to fitness while you still have the capital. You won't be able to continue this forever with your health issues (I'm starting to feel arthritis age 26 same boat). Invest in franchise restaurants, real estate, etc. The gym was just stupid, if you have to stop lifting your shirts, gym, supplements will all end just realize that, should've bought 5-6 decent properties for the price of that gym. Anyway it's not too late. Thank me later.

Try PRP or Prolotherapy for your meniscus injury. Kind of pricey but saves you from surgery and only takes like 8-12 weeks for it to heal. Did it for my SST during my senior season and healed perfect.

Have you looked at stem cell therapy for your knee and back issues? There's a clinic in Texas and one in Panama that has seen incredible results. Joe Rogan has a recent podcast on it if you want more info.

    • @IDiggPattyMayonnaise

For your back, hips, knees...have you ever tried an acupressure mat? I just got mine on Amazon and so far am happy with it. I got the brand Zen Guru, but there are tons of choices to choose from. They usually run about 40-60 dollars. The one I got comes with a travel bag. Super light to transport. Just a thought. Thanks for sharing.

    Hey Steve,
I am a dental student whose father is a dentist and TMJ specialist. With over 38 years of experience, he has shown empirically the physiological connection between occlusion ( your bite ) and posture being directly correlated and how malocclusion causes posture misalignment, which can cause pain and other issues to radiate throughout the body. I feel that your hips and knee problem could be a result of head placement (misalignmnet) and postural issues caused by your bite.
I can provide more information if you are curious to research into this subject.

Since you are not competing, get out of the gotta get bigger and stronger mindset for your lower body. Just work with a weight to maintain your leg size and focus on getting stronger up top. You’re just going to keep tearing up your knees and back. There is no shame in realizing a physical limitation. Your fans will still watch and enjoy your videos and future products.
