You are correct about westerners eating too much food. I am guilty of that myself. When I visit Vietnam, I eat a lot less, a Bahn mi for breakfast, a pho Bo or Banh Xeo for lunch and a noodle dish with meat for dinner. My diabetes is much less of a problem with much less and fresh healthy foods. My wife and I love Danang but we are trying out Nha Trang next time. Back to Hanoi as well. We love the old quarter there.
Good to learn about Van's channel. The food and the beach and mountains in Da Nang look fantastic.
I don’t want to get into polictics or ego issues, but naturally van is doing great for Vietnam and herself as well ,

We tried the My Quang Tho , My Quang and Nem Lui pork at Da Nang...to be frank , they are rather " acquired taste"....
Not sure maybe we went to wrong place..
The only local food we can truly eat without any reservation is Cau Lau... its like a vietnamese rendition of Dry Udon with sliced Pork loin which we had at Hoi An.
We decided to stick with " The Regulars" such as Banh Xeo, Goi Cuon, Bun Cha Gio or Pho and Com Ga

And in Vietnam have a funny proverb “ chán cơm thèm phở” . I don't wanna translate because all most vietnamese know what does it mean. but to be honest i like the name "what the pho " because i love noodle and my favorite food is pho ! 😍

I like Mi Quang.
I liked the video. But the title is a bit deceiving. "Best Vietnamese Food In Da Nang, Vietnam?" where you have one meal in a place where you dont even share the location of it. Don't really talk about food in Da Nang that much and it's more of an interview with Van Vu.
