YES!!!! Welcome back!!! I found your channel long time ago when I was researching the street triple, we don't have those roads where I live and my skill is NOWHERE near what I see you do on the bends, but I fell in love with the bike and ended up dreaming and drooling about the bike until I was able to get credit for a pre face lift 2022 RS (2023 In my country) all thanks to your videos, so thank you!!! Anyways, time for a Yoshi pipe on that 2018???
Turn in is much slower if you are used riding the KTM. KTM’s are just much more nimble / agile. On higher speeds though the STR is more stable. Still love the sound of the triple… 🙏 would love to have both (my 890R) and a street Triple RS in my garage… now to convince the wife… 😊 keep up these posts and indeed let us enjoy a great aftermarket exhaust 👍
Yeah I must say, the KTM was super sharp and nimble, but just didnt have the top end of the STRS. Im still undecided about the Rosso 3's as well. Will see if I change them out or not, but want to ride with them for a bit and then decide.
Looks like a very nice one. It would be great if Triumph still offered that analog style tachometer as one of the choices on the later generation Street Triple RS displays. I figure the non-user friendly tachs on the newer ones are either an intentional safety feature, with the idea that it is so annoying to look at that you want to look more at the road ahead. Or, the boss's daughter designed it and they couldn't refuse her even though she never rode a motorcycle in her life.
Ya to be honest the 675 Tachometer is really nice. The later model Street Triple R's come with the same tachometer as the 675 but they still have modes and ABS etc. Quite nice, but, then you dont get the premium suspension etc. The dash on my 2020 ST RS was not that great, I really didnt like it, I much prefer this generation of digital dash. Thanks for watching!
The 790 feels a bit sharper than the street triple intially but the street triple is much more stable in the corners than the 790. Very different engines though, id suggest test riding both and seeing which one suits your style better. Hope that helps! :)
Came here for the bike, stayed for the view!
Thanks for watching! 😁
Congratulations on the new bike. See you soon for a breakfast run. Need to get out more on the MT07.
Congrats with the new wheels, may you have many happy miles!
Approved. Welcome back to sanity.
🤠
Congrats! Amazing bike
Thanks! 😎
Cool channel! Subscribed 😎👍

Awesome thats so cool to hear! Im glad I could help! 🥳 Haha ya will need to get an exhaust as soon as possible! Stock is just too quiet!
South African living in San Francisco - I've got the 2021 model! Epic bike. Try a Yoshimura pipe on that beast if you want to hear it howl.
Awesome thanks for watching! Haha ya the Yoshi sounds amazing! I had it on my 2020 ST RS 😎
One of the best bikes money can buy in my opinion, corners unlike anything else. I love mine to bits haha. Enjoy it man!
Congratulations!!🥳🥳
Thanks man!
