Thank you @SarahBethYoga this was my fist time yoga session it didn't even feel like ten minutes. I may not have been able to stretch like the instructor but this was still very nice.
I’ve only just started to take up yoga, and I won’t lie it is quite difficult, mainly because I’m not flexible, but hopefully over time I’ll get better.
I literally went oh ok this one I got and she was like thread the needle and I went wait what nooo my neck got a workout from me looking up Everytime I thought I did something wrong or she changed position
she said morning yoga but here am i, doing it at half past midnight... i guess it's still technically morning lol! thank you for the short session, we gotta start somewhere :D
How came ya guys awake I had to do this cause of school but never mind ya guys be awake until 2 am in the morning and I’m just gotta sleep cause that’s why I’m living for to sleeep...
You may just be my saving grace. I am a full time, single mom and have been working from home for almost a year now. And I just did this routine on my first fifteen minute break. THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart.
As a stay at home mom with a start up home business, girl, you deserve those 10 minutes for yourself everyday. You are doing an amazing job and I know how difficult it can be. Take this time for yourself
^^ it really does make a difference. SAHM and work from home business woman! It's amazing to be able to do both but we need to pour in as much as we put out. This 15 mins really keeps me balanced. My body just feels better!
I performed this routine for 2 weeks every morning. To be totally honest it has been transformational and I've noticed significant improvements in both my physical and mental wellbeing. The most surprising was the boost to my sense of proprioception and the confidence that comes with it. Well played, SarahBethYoga, well played :) Thank You!!!
This is THE best yoga video I've ever come across on UA-cam! Thank you SO MUCH for 1) making the video only 10 minutes long, 2) going straight into the poses, 3) using poses that ACTUAL beginners can do right away, 4) doing poses that are easy enough to check on the screen while you're doing them to make sure you're getting it right.
Today i tried this for the first time and I realised that my body is so stiffed and inflexible it is unreal! Im going to try doing this every morning and see if it helps me feel less anxious and tired during the day 😇
This is absolutely the BEST beginners morning flow I have found so far! It stretches out all of the spots that get tight overnight. But it’s not too intense, so I’m able to literally roll out of bed and onto my mat and start my day with this. Thank you so much! ✨💖
This is this video I recommend most frequently to all my chiropractic patients who need something to start regaining their flexibility and body awareness. It's brief but effective. I like that Sarah Beth's voice is relaxing without sounding like she's trying to console a grumpy preschooler. Thanks Would you consider producing more ten minutes beginners videos so that I can have something to offer those patients who bore quickly, but really don't have the time to progress onto longer videos?
Hahaha grumpy preschooler ;) I am definitely starting to roll out more 10 minute videos as I personally am seeing the advantage of shorter practices lately. In the meantime, I made a lot of Yoga for Low Back Pain, Sciatica & Scoliosis videos when I was a chiropractic assistant! You can find them in my playlists :)
As a person who has rheumatoid arthritis I find these short videos really great and useful. I'm trying to build them in my daily schedule even when I can't find the time for longer exercises.
At last, true beginner routine. I feel away from my regular yoga routine, and forgot how much flexibility is needed for the full sun routine. THANK YOU for enabling me to get back in the flow.
I'm a virgin to yoga, time flew by quick. I feel more relaxed then I initially thought I would. Definitely making this a routine. Thank you for the post!
I have been doing this for almost 6 months every day. Honestly its helped me not only with my PTSD but with concentration and focus overall. My stress levels are all down. SarahBethYoga has seroiusly helped me improve my life. Thank you.
I love her directions! They’re so clear and understandable. :) Other instructors yoga terms and I have no idea what they mean so I have to constantly look at the screen, but this one was just perfect
I like this routine, but I also like when other instructors use the real names of yoga postures. I mean, yoga does NOT come from the US and its original names are NOT in English, we need to remember that ;)
I'm all about that, since I hit my 30 my mental health and physical health has declined so fast it's nuts. I'm in recovery and I need the solution that does not involve medicine
When I started this a few of weeks ago, my body wasn’t in flow. Now, I’ve been trying to do this everyday and can see the difference it’s made not only on my regained flexibility but also feeling a lot more calm after it. Thank you so much.
I agree with the last comment. Finally a true beginner yoga routine or, for someone who is super tight, sore after a rough workout, and just can't get into downward dog. I've NEVER seen a DD modification in all the years I've been trying to start doing yoga. Thank you for this video, I've found my morning yoga routine.
I'm a 50 year old man who's got COPD and has quit a 20 year addiction a few months back and this, morning and night is helping me start and end the day in good routine. Thanks M
Day 1: holy shit am I out of shape. Update: Day 7: one week of morning yoga every day in combination with daily workouts, down 6.8 lbs. Update: Sustained a knee injury from going too hard during workouts. Lost motivation and drank too much for 7 weeks. Round 2, Day 1: Downs 9 lbs. A little bit of good news after so much time off.
The actual challenge is eating clean and nothing but clean. This is the biggest thing for me as quitting certain foods is just as bad as quitting heroin I think. I mean it too
This! For me it was Day 2: Holy shit I’m still out of shape. I did detect a slight improvement though, I managed to walk myself back up out of the downward dog, I thought I was going to fall over 🤣Life goals 😁 I’ll let you know in a week 😉
I started with this exact video a year ago. I was out of shape bad. It didn't take that long to be able to tell a difference. I had a bit more strength, better balance, less stiffness and my mental health improved so much. I dropped the ball unfortunately a couple months later. I've only gone back to yoga a handful of times. Only because of lack of discipline, to be honest. The benefits of even 10 minutes a day are amazing in my experience. Today, I begin again. I hope I stick to it this time.
Feeling a stretch is good, but it shouldn't hurt. If the pose causes you pain, reach the point of stretching for you and hold it there. The longer you practice the better you will do.
I lost the ability of crying, you are lucky, cry, it makes you let the negative energy out, and i know I cant do a lot but if I can do anything or you wanna talk to someone, consider me as a sister, ok
Waking up in the mornings with chronic pain in my back. I have tried everything from better mattress, always keeping my back straight and even taking medication. This video has instantly given me relieve to those pains! Definitely worth the try.
Recently had heart surgery, and the doctors fucked it up so I was bed ridden for a good month, with another month of shuffling recovery. Then I caught a really bad case of covid and my body hasn't been the same since. Doing this exercise everyday has helped my withered muscles and lungs get back to normal functions without making me suffer through the rest of the day. Thank you!
I've been coming back to this video for months now, whenever I feel like I need it. I think it's time to invest in a yoga mat. Thank you for this video!
First time doing yoga and I like it. I had to keep looking a the screen to make sure I was doing it right and got a little behind. Maybe tomorrow I’ll be able to keep up.
thank you so much! i tried this and thought this would be difficult and I would just wait for this to end asap but it turned out to be quite invigorating in the morning and relaxing at the same time!
This is my favorite beginner's yoga routine! I had no idea yoga could make me feel so much better until I started here. I even downloaded it to take it to the beach!
I do this sequence most days bc it really helps my back. When I started I had to do the video at 0.75x speed and had difficulty holding the poses. Now I do it normal speed, comfortably, and usually end up doing another video as well. I appreciate this!
Jesus I'm really weak, my legs were shaking the whole time, thank you for this I feel so loose and not tense, I'll update in a year and tell you my progress!
Dear Sara, I recently started with Yoga as a full beginner and came across your videos. I personally wanted to THANK YOU for the amazing quality you put out there. I tried many other channels and sources but for my personal opinion, most of them talk too much or too loudly and I could just not feel comfortable with their input. Your channel on the other hand I really enjoy a lot and want to thank you a lot for introducing me, and many, many others, to the universe of Yoga :) Especially as a person who sits most of the day, breathes too shallow and is stressed/has anxiety a lot, your videos are helping me so much, actively working to feel more rooted, healthy and flexible. Definitely looking forward to keep on practising with your help and to become an advanced Yoga kid eventually :) MANY HUGS and THANKS!! Neny
This is the absolute best morning yoga, Sarah! I do it daily. Could you recommend one for the afternoon please. When your energy goes down and too much is going on around. Something Short to get your energy and normal breathing back???? Thank you!!!
Here's one for afternoon: ua-cam.com/video/XzoYoNXc7Vw/v-deo.html Here's one for flexibility: ua-cam.com/video/y-Z4thG1Pjs/v-deo.html Here's one for evening: ua-cam.com/video/Q1e1ps9t5rQ/v-deo.html Enjoy!
If this is too fast for y’all, change the playback speed to 0.75! It REALLY helped me. The breathing was way way way too fast and actually made me extremely anxious when I tried doing these routines on normal speed
Been pushing myself to exercise more. This helped me stretch those muscles. I didn't know how much my body needed to stretch till I did this. Man it felt so good.
Been doing this routine for two months for back and shoulder pain. I can almost do downward dog without my shoulders trembling from my chronic dislocations. Starting to feel strength I thought I would never get back.
Seriously the best warm-up ever. Couple this with one of Sarabeth’s other workouts and watch how your physical life can change. Definitely for everyone but perfect for the elderly. Thanks Sarahbeth!
*sigh* i’m never a yoga type person and i decided to do it today and i feel SO relaxed i can’t even describe it. best tutorial i’ve used for anything😴👏🏽
I’ve been meaning to like and comment on this video forever. My wife and I do this routine watching the video every morning for the past two years. It’s the perfect 10 minute yoga routine of all time. Thank you.❤
What I appreciate most is the brevity of the video, fitting a rejuvenating yoga practice into just 10 minutes. It's a realistic commitment for busy mornings, making it more likely for viewers to incorporate this routine into their daily lives.
I had back surgery six years ago, I have metal rods on the sides of my spine and nothing helps with my pain. I can’t bend my back or really twist. But those yoga exercises were great!! They didn’t cause too much strain on my back and really helped stretch it out!! Thank you for the video!!❤️
That was wonderful! It was only my second time doing yoga, so it’s still semi-new to me, but that felt so good I might do this every morning from now on!
I used to criticize yoga so much and never had done it until today. Thank you for making this video so simple and direct. It changed my way of thinking how much yoga can help. ❤
I've been doing this for 2 months now and it boosts my mood in the morning and helps me wake up. it is super relaxing and a great start to my day. THANK YOU!
Sarah I have been doing this every day usually when I get out of bed for more time than I can remember I'm 71 and I think this video is what has kept me mobile I have nuopathy in my feet and don't have a lot of feelings left and my leg's get very stiff I would like to thank you and ask please never take this video down I'd be lost without it.
I had been stuck at a computer for ages due to work commitments and was losing hope as a 25 y.o. with a bad lumbar and right hip. This morning is the first time in a while that I have had time to myself so decided to start doing something about it. This video is so relaxing and helped ease me in, tremendous help!
just left my job over stress. Wanted to try yoga so i didnt just sit doing art commissions all day and feel so good after this. Looking forward to this again tomorrow morning.
No shame, I cried a bit while in the middle of this routine. Thank you soo much for this. I follow along sometimes in the morning when I feel super stressed and tired.
Hey Sarah. I have been folloyou for about 4 5 years now, and with some consistency, I was able to get to a point where I was doing your 30 minute power yoga with full confidence and grace. About 2.5 months ago, I had my first baby via c section and it was life changing. Today was my first day trying to get back on mat and m glad I did. Can’t thank God enough that one fine day I did find you. I hope to get back to my previous level soon. Thanks a lot
Sarah Beth is the best yoga instructor ever for beginners. Due to physical health issues, I haven’t progressed beyond beginner in over a year, but I’m not sure I’d be walking on my own if I didn’t have this morning routine! And her voice is amazing, so soothing! Thank you, Sarah Beth!
I am brand new to yoga. I just did this video this morning trying to wake myself up and feel ready for the day. I really enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be doing it tomorrow again. ❤️
Day 0: Watching this on my couch to make sure there are no weird poses that are impossible for me to do, I'm also trying to decide whether I should start this next week. Day 0.5: Watching it a second time and I decided to do it. Day 1: It is harder to do than I expected.
This was the first ever yoga video that I followed along with, start to finish. I fell out of practice after, but recently picked it up again with more serious discipline, and I'm thinking of using this one as a warmup to some of the vinyasa practices I've seen on the channel. So relaxing, so good AND, says "beginner", is beginner. Finally.
I typically read my workouts/stretches. I don’t like a lot of workout videos because they come with so much fluff around the actual workouts and I often find myself interrupting the workout to skip through the videos and get to the next exercise. Luckily I found this video and was introduced to your channel. Thank you for creating yoga content without the fluff.
okay so i’ve had chronic pain for most of my life and thought i would never be capable of yoga but i hurt myself doing a squat heavy workout yesterday so i tried it today. i cried at how calm and relaxed my body felt for the first time in almost 20 years, and even my brain calmed down too. this will become a important part of my morning from now on. i can’t believe i haven’t tried till now. who knew yoga could make you so emotional ❤
Wow. How you explained everything was amazing. I didn't even have to look at the video you were just so articulate. And this video is exactly 10 minutes long. First time ever doing yoga, and you helped make it so effortless and simple. Will definitely be coming back to this channel.
Second day of doing these Yoga exercises. This is actually relaxing me and I'm never able to relax. Ever. Adding this to my every day routine now. Thank you!
I'm converting my boyfriend and sisters to yoga with this video :) I've been doing it every morning for 2 weeks in a row and they love it!! After the 10 minutes, we spend 5 minutes focusing on a pose and I tell them where they should feel something happening, which I've learned from listening to you in all your videos!! Thank you so much!! It is, indeed, perfect for beginners.
One of the only beginner yoga videos that actually feels like it’s for beginners. Thank you! After injuring myself several times on “beginner” videos, I think I found a good one. Many thanks! 💕💕
I've always wanted to do yoga to come in a better health. I'm dealing with hypothyroidism and struggling to bring back my energy levels. Just today,(October 16th) I found your video and gave it a start. Thank you for making it seem doable. I couldn't do some of the poses correctly but I'm sure with practice I'll be good at it. Will update my progress. after a month.
Thank u! I have been wanting to try yoga for years. I finally decided to do it on my own. What better time than during quarantine... I had watched and tried other work outs on here but to complicated for me lol. U, however, explain it and keep it simple. Thank u!

Thank you!
Sorry to hear you have been through all of that. Take care.
Flick through the video first before you start then you will have more of an idea so can relax into it and have the full benefit :)
It’s really tricky!
Take your time. Listen to your body. Over time you’ll be able to keep up. Don’t push yourself
The amount of people watching this in 2020 when it was made 3 years ago!

ya! they hit the promo button so it will come up for you. you can do that when you dont have new content to share
thank you so much! i tried this and thought this would be difficult and I would just wait for this to end asap but it turned out to be quite invigorating in the morning and relaxing at the same time!
I decided to do 10 mins yoga every morning
This is my first day🌺
Well done. Its great isnt, i made my own for this purpose sometimes you just have 10 minutes x
@@Lakorayoga I'm really grateful for your videos they are very helpful and calming💖
This was my first time doing yoga. I have been struggling with addiction lately and head yoga is good for everything.
I've never done yoga in my life but I decided I wanted to give it a try. That felt incredible, thank you so much!

Please do!
Hi! It's been a month, can you tell how it's going
its been a year lol
Dear Sara,
I recently started with Yoga as a full beginner and came across your videos.
Neny
Neny YES! The talking too much or too loud drives me crazy! I’m glad I’m not the only one! 😁💕
This is the absolute best morning yoga, Sarah! I do it daily. Could you recommend one for the afternoon please. When your energy goes down and too much is going on around. Something Short to get your energy and normal breathing back???? Thank you!!!
Here's one for afternoon: ua-cam.com/video/XzoYoNXc7Vw/v-deo.html
Here's one for flexibility: ua-cam.com/video/y-Z4thG1Pjs/v-deo.html
Here's one for evening: ua-cam.com/video/Q1e1ps9t5rQ/v-deo.html
Enjoy!
I love this gentle, calm routine.
Hi Wendy Bachman, hope your good and safe can you join my yoga music with your yoga . And support me . have a nice day ahead
I honestly didnt feel the 10 mins go by. In my first class. Thank you
😂😂😂😂
i noticed that practicing a 10 minute yoga can make people feel thankful, relaxed and energetic ❤ thank you!!
Been doing this routine for two months for back and shoulder pain. I can almost do downward dog without my shoulders trembling from my chronic dislocations. Starting to feel strength I thought I would never get back.
the narrator: and that's it for our morning routine
me: *looks at clock that reads 8:04 pm* it's morning somewhere in the world
Omfg beautiful🤣
Thank you for this comment
What the hell it's 8:04 pm right now
Its 8.45pm when i read yr comment 🤣
wait same
This is my go to yoga video for years now... just thought I'd finally show some love in the comments! This video has truly changed my life :)
Thank you for being here 🙏💙
Nowadays world knows the value of yoga, ancient history & culture of India is so beautiful 😊
Yeah...
It actually started in Africa. Egypt specifically
@@themandinkafamily actually there might be breathing exercises or similar things elsewhere but it was patanjali who specifically wrote yogasutra
@@mahanubhavs9980 u r right👍
The Mandinka Family no, it started with Adhiyogi, the founder of Yoga, in India.
Thank you.❤
My arms were SCREAMING. Happy to find something perfect to wake my body up in the morning!
I loved all the stretches!! I wish it was at a slower pace though. Aside from that it was great!
I’ll make note of that. Thanks!
What I appreciate most is the brevity of the video, fitting a rejuvenating yoga practice into just 10 minutes. It's a realistic commitment for busy mornings, making it more likely for viewers to incorporate this routine into their daily lives.
Thank you so much🙏💙
I had back surgery six years ago, I have metal rods on the sides of my spine and nothing helps with my pain.
I don't know If someone is reading this, but if you are: You are amazing and beautiful! I believe in you!
I got to much sweat after trying these.. Thanks for this video author... More subscribers...
I used to criticize yoga so much and never had done it until today. Thank you for making this video so simple and direct. It changed my way of thinking how much yoga can help. ❤
I do this every morning at 8 to stretch out my body when I wake up and it honestly helps me feel energized and ready to start my day (:
I've been doing this for 2 months now and it boosts my mood in the morning and helps me wake up. it is super relaxing and a great start to my day. THANK YOU!
Really?
I'll try it too!
@@rishikashresth6679 yes it really works
Sarah I have been doing this every day usually when I get out of bed for more time than I can remember I'm 71 and I think this video is what has kept me mobile I have nuopathy in my feet and don't have a lot of feelings left and my leg's get very stiff I would like to thank you and ask please never take this video down I'd be lost without it.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey 🙏💙🙏
I had been stuck at a computer for ages due to work commitments and was losing hope as a 25 y.o. with a bad lumbar and right hip. This morning is the first time in a while that I have had time to myself so decided to start doing something about it. This video is so relaxing and helped ease me in, tremendous help!
just left my job over stress. Wanted to try yoga so i didnt just sit doing art commissions all day and feel so good after this. Looking forward to this again tomorrow morning.
I also left my job too cos of stress and will start doing this everyday to start my day right for a peaceful new beginning
No shame, I cried a bit while in the middle of this routine. Thank you soo much for this. I follow along sometimes in the morning when I feel super stressed and tired.
So glad you enjoyed it, Ethan!
Beginner level is absolutely fine though, you are still benefitting 👍 😊
I am brand new to yoga. I just did this video this morning trying to wake myself up and feel ready for the day. I really enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be doing it tomorrow again. ❤️
IT DIDN'T EVEN FEEL LIKE 10 MINUTES..I WAS SO INDULGED IN IT AND ENJOYED IT SO MUCHHHH😊
I've done this routine almost every morning for the past year. It has helped SO much with my overall stress and mindfulness. Thank you for this :)
Day 0: Watching this on my couch to make sure there are no weird poses that are impossible for me to do, I'm also trying to decide whether I should start this next week.
Day 0.5: Watching it a second time and I decided to do it.
Day 1: It is harder to do than I expected.
I'm watching it 1st too, to make sure it's something I can do - good luck!! 😊
Girlllll I didn't realize I'm so outta shape. Two days strong doing yoga. It's really motivating to me to get my life together
Same 😄
Going to share with my brothers and sisters. I enjoyed it. Never dreamed of doing yoga until the national lockdown here in NZ.
Danny Ngatai same! This quarantine lockdown has me so anxious and depressed I needed something to get me out the funk
@@battywitch4096 thusfar we're super organized. It been the best family time we've had for years. I'm enjoying making dinner and watching movies.
Me too
In india of course
I haven't exercised in a while so my body feels really tired, so I tried this and my body feels better. Thank you!
Finally.
🙏💙
I've been doing Yoga for years. I really like this routine as it's quick, it stretches me out, and gets my day started~
I got sumn thatll stretch you out
I am also going to do this routine as long as it takes and if it takes long i will NOT give up because as they say "practice makes perfect".
YES! And try alternating in videos from my Beginner Yoga Playlist for some variety too! ua-cam.com/play/PL24F24DED6802A567.html
Awesome. I feel great doing these poses. Thanks for sharing.

Will definitely be coming back to this channel.
this is the first time i’ve ever done yoga, and i’ve literally never felt so calm and relaxed. thank you, definitely adding this to my morning routine
Second day of doing these Yoga exercises. This is actually relaxing me and I'm never able to relax. Ever. Adding this to my every day routine now. Thank you!
This has been my go to video for a while now, when i just need a good morning stretch to unwind. Thank you!
I'm converting my boyfriend and sisters to yoga with this video :)
I've been doing it every morning for 2 weeks in a row and they love it!! After the 10 minutes, we spend 5 minutes focusing on a pose and I tell them where they should feel something happening, which I've learned from listening to you in all your videos!! Thank you so much!! It is, indeed, perfect for beginners.
Aww I love that so much!
Really fun that you mention that. I actually got my brother to try it, and he LOVED it!
One of the only beginner yoga videos that actually feels like it’s for beginners. Thank you! After injuring myself several times on “beginner” videos, I think I found a good one. Many thanks! 💕💕
Today is my 2 week mark. Doing every single day. I absolutely love yoga! I look forward to it every day. It's my fave time of the day!
Have u noticed benefits?
Same!
there is so much peace while doing this class.I love ur mild voice that suits for this vibe
I did this really high it felt crazy cool
Great job! For variety and more videos like this, check out more videos in my Beginner Yoga Playlist: bit.ly/sbyBeginners 😄

I was pretty high but before watching this i decided to read the comments and now im gonna have another big bong hit before doing it thank you guys
Thank u! I have been wanting to try yoga for years. I finally decided to do it on my own. What better time than during quarantine... I had watched and tried other work outs on here but to complicated for me lol. U, however, explain it and keep it simple. Thank u!
FINALLY!!! A yoga video for people that are on level -1, like me. Thank you!
