    I’ve only just started to take up yoga, and I won’t lie it is quite difficult, mainly because I’m not flexible, but hopefully over time I’ll get better.

    You may just be my saving grace. I am a full time, single mom and have been working from home for almost a year now. And I just did this routine on my first fifteen minute break. THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart.

      ^^ it really does make a difference. SAHM and work from home business woman! It's amazing to be able to do both but we need to pour in as much as we put out. This 15 mins really keeps me balanced. My body just feels better!

    I performed this routine for 2 weeks every morning. To be totally honest it has been transformational and I've noticed significant improvements in both my physical and mental wellbeing.     This is THE best yoga video I've ever come across on UA-cam! Thank you SO MUCH for 1) making the video only 10 minutes long, 2) going straight into the poses, 3) using poses that ACTUAL beginners can do right away, 4) doing poses that are easy enough to check on the screen while you're doing them to make sure you're getting it right.

    This is absolutely the BEST beginners morning flow I have found so far! It stretches out all of the spots that get tight overnight. But it’s not too intense, so I’m able to literally roll out of bed and onto my mat and start my day with this. Thank you so much! ✨💖

    This is this video I recommend most frequently to all my chiropractic patients who need something to start regaining their flexibility and body awareness. It's brief but effective. I like that Sarah Beth's voice is relaxing without sounding like she's trying to console a grumpy preschooler. Thanks Would you consider producing more ten minutes beginners videos so that I can have something to offer those patients who bore quickly, but really don't have the time to progress onto longer videos?

      Hahaha grumpy preschooler ;) I am definitely starting to roll out more 10 minute videos as I personally am seeing the advantage of shorter practices lately. In the meantime, I made a lot of Yoga for Low Back Pain, Sciatica & Scoliosis videos when I was a chiropractic assistant! You can find them in my playlists :)

      As a person who has rheumatoid arthritis I find these short videos really great and useful. I'm trying to build them in my daily schedule even when I can't find the time for longer exercises.

    At last, true beginner routine. I feel away from my regular yoga routine, and forgot how much flexibility is needed for the full sun routine. THANK YOU for enabling me to get back in the flow.

    I love her directions! They’re so clear and understandable. :) Other instructors yoga terms and I have no idea what they mean so I have to constantly look at the screen, but this one was just perfect

      I like this routine, but I also like when other instructors use the real names of yoga postures. I mean, yoga does NOT come from the US and its original names are NOT in English, we need to remember that ;)

      I'm all about that, since I hit my 30 my mental health and physical health has declined so fast it's nuts. I'm in recovery and I need the solution that does not involve medicine

    I agree with the last comment. Finally a true beginner yoga routine or, for someone who is super tight, sore after a rough workout, and just can't get into downward dog. I've NEVER seen a DD modification in all the years I've been trying to start doing yoga. Thank you for this video, I've found my morning yoga routine.

    Day 1: holy shit am I out of shape.
    Update:
    Day 7: one week of morning yoga every day in combination with daily workouts, down 6.8 lbs.
    Update: Sustained a knee injury from going too hard during workouts. Lost motivation and drank too much for 7 weeks.
    Round 2, Day 1: Downs 9 lbs. A little bit of good news after so much time off.

      The actual challenge is eating clean and nothing but clean. This is the biggest thing for me as quitting certain foods is just as bad as quitting heroin I think. I mean it too

      This! For me it was Day 2: Holy shit I’m still out of shape. I did detect a slight improvement though, I managed to walk myself back up out of the downward dog, I thought I was going to fall over 🤣Life goals 😁 I’ll let you know in a week 😉

      I started with this exact video a year ago. I was out of shape bad. It didn't take that long to be able to tell a difference. I had a bit more strength, better balance, less stiffness and my mental health improved so much. I dropped the ball unfortunately a couple months later. I've only gone back to yoga a handful of times. Only because of lack of discipline, to be honest. The benefits of even 10 minutes a day are amazing in my experience. Today, I begin again. I hope I stick to it this time.

      Feeling a stretch is good, but it shouldn't hurt. If the pose causes you pain, reach the point of stretching for you and hold it there. The longer you practice the better you will do.

    Waking up in the mornings with chronic pain in my back. I have tried everything from better mattress, always keeping my back straight and even taking medication. This video has instantly given me relieve to those pains! Definitely worth the try.

    Recently had heart surgery, and the doctors fucked it up so I was bed ridden for a good month, with another month of shuffling recovery. Then I caught a really bad case of covid and my body hasn't been the same since.
    Doing this exercise everyday has helped my withered muscles and lungs get back to normal functions without making me suffer through the rest of the day. Thank you!

    I do this sequence most days bc it really helps my back. When I started I had to do the video at 0.75x speed and had difficulty holding the poses. Now I do it normal speed, comfortably, and usually end up doing another video as well. I appreciate this!

    I recently started with Yoga as a full beginner and came across your videos. I personally wanted to THANK YOU for the amazing quality you put out there. I tried many other channels and sources but for my personal opinion, most of them talk too much or too loudly and I could just not feel comfortable with their input. Your channel on the other hand I really enjoy a lot and want to thank you a lot for introducing me, and many, many others, to the universe of Yoga :) Especially as a person who sits most of the day, breathes too shallow and is stressed/has anxiety a lot, your videos are helping me so much, actively working to feel more rooted, healthy and flexible.     If this is too fast for y’all, change the playback speed to 0.75! It REALLY helped me. The breathing was way way way too fast and actually made me extremely anxious when I tried doing these routines on normal speed

    Been pushing myself to exercise more. This helped me stretch those muscles. I didn't know how much my body needed to stretch till I did this. Man it felt so good.

    Been doing this routine for two months for back and shoulder pain. I can almost do downward dog without my shoulders trembling from my chronic dislocations. Starting to feel strength I thought I would never get back.

    I had back surgery six years ago, I have metal rods on the sides of my spine and nothing helps with my pain. I can’t bend my back or really twist. But those yoga exercises were great!! They didn’t cause too much strain on my back and really helped stretch it out!! Thank you for the video!!❤️

    Sarah I have been doing this every day usually when I get out of bed for more time than I can remember I'm 71 and I think this video is what has kept me mobile I have nuopathy in my feet and don't have a lot of feelings left and my leg's get very stiff I would like to thank you and ask please never take this video down I'd be lost without it.

    I had been stuck at a computer for ages due to work commitments and was losing hope as a 25 y.o. with a bad lumbar and right hip.     Hey Sarah. I have been folloyou for about 4 5 years now, and with some consistency, I was able to get to a point where I was doing your 30 minute power yoga with full confidence and grace. About 2.5 months ago, I had my first baby via c section and it was life changing. Today was my first day trying to get back on mat and m glad I did. Can’t thank God enough that one fine day I did find you. I hope to get back to my previous level soon. Thanks a lot

    Day 0.5: Watching it a second time and I decided to do it.
    Day 1: It is harder to do than I expected.

    This was the first ever yoga video that I followed along with, start to finish. I fell out of practice after, but recently picked it up again with more serious discipline, and I'm thinking of using this one as a warmup to some of the vinyasa practices I've seen on the channel. So relaxing, so good AND, says "beginner", is beginner. Finally.

    I typically read my workouts/stretches. I don’t like a lot of workout videos because they come with so much fluff around the actual workouts and I often find myself interrupting the workout to skip through the videos and get to the next exercise. Luckily I found this video and was introduced to your channel. Thank you for creating yoga content without the fluff.

    okay so i’ve had chronic pain for most of my life and thought i would never be capable of yoga but i hurt myself doing a squat heavy workout yesterday so i tried it today. i cried at how calm and relaxed my body felt for the first time in almost 20 years, and even my brain calmed down too. this will become a important part of my morning from now on. i can’t believe i haven’t tried till now. who knew yoga could make you so emotional ❤

    I'm converting my boyfriend and sisters to yoga with this video :)
    I've been doing it every morning for 2 weeks in a row and they love it!! After the 10 minutes, we spend 5 minutes focusing on a pose and I tell them where they should feel something happening, which I've learned from listening to you in all your videos!! Thank you so much!! It is, indeed, perfect for beginners.

    I've always wanted to do yoga to come in a better health. I'm dealing with hypothyroidism and struggling to bring back my energy levels. Just today,(October 16th) I found your video and gave it a start. Thank you for making it seem doable. I couldn't do some of the poses correctly but I'm sure with practice I'll be good at it. Will update my progress. after a month.
