I did not realize the ruins came into play untapped. I don't think it was until the very end of the tournament that I learned it enters untapped.

It didn't matter in this match but I'm positive it affected the plays I made in other games. Like, I think I was struggling with my mana against that mono green stompy deck because I thought it etb tapped.
This junk deck looks awesome I think I'll build it!
