1. Very aware of group dynamics and have skill with influencing them 2. Good at getting things accomplished for the larger system 3. Struggle to define their own beliefs, values, identity and preferences 4. No need for permission to manage your environment 5. Desire for leadership
This was so clear and helpful. More confirmation that I am not an ExxJ. I never feel as if I have any type of control over a group, efficiency-wise or harmony-wise. As an inferior Fe user, I may get an inkling there's disharmony in the group, but I am at a loss as to how to fix it, and fear making it worse. I think my Fe might be okay in one-on-one situations (perhaps).
ENTJ here, I initially mistyped myself as an INTJ but that was at an extremely low point in my life. When I was a lot healthier, a lot more supported, I realized just hope much I care about others and that I don't really live for myself as much as I thought I did. I also later realized not much was really wrong with me. Funny enough I watched a Jordan Peterson video in which he mentioned that extroverts are better equipped for life scenarios because of that aspect. It really connected deeply with me. All these things helped tremendously and I'm a lot happier. I'm not the happiest currently and some recent life events have put me in that mood but I'm trying to move through. I also have discovered that I'm 4w3. Thank you for your video!
Good thing you cover this kind of topic where there is a category in the types through being an EJ for example not through being a thinker or a feeler/sensor or intuitive alone because they are too stereotyping.
Thanks for the video. People who are Fe and Te doms has been a bit difficult for me to understand. Because of mbti I have learnt to understand the motivations better for these types, and I do appreciate what they do more and more, and understand the e**j’s in my life more. I have no wish becoming a leader - I feel I am a bit to sensitive. I am so thankful that other people will step up and take that hard job💛
The more ExxJ content you come out with the more I realize you and Denzel accurately typed me ESFJ. Even if my enneagram 9 tones some of it down haha. Thank you and keep up the content.
This was probably one of the best videos I’ve watched for mbti. I’m professionally typed as an estj and I didn’t want to believe it due to the fact that there are so many negative comments about ESTJ, and in general I’m actually very liked. So I thought I was mistyped. But now I can see I’m not. This was a very good explanation. The truth is if things are going well and someone is managing it well, I don’t interrupt. I let it be. But if things become chaotic…I speak up and just take the lead.
This video made me realize I am an EJ. I try to, "Shepard" or, "police" the disharmonious activity in my home environment. I guess I always have, because even my grade school teachers would tell me, "you just worry about you" rather frequently.
Fe and Te are pretty different. This is more Fe. If you run into Te like ESTJ and ENTJ you often find some that can destroy the vibe of the group in order to get things done. It is also where you can find your Karens.
Keep in mind the maturity and life experience of the person. A well developed ESTJ/ENTJ won't snap when things aren't done well. They're going to know from their past experiences that there are kinder or more mature ways of stepping up.
Great video! I am an ENFJ and I definitely struggle to define my values at times but not because I am unaware of them, rather they are complex. I think EJs with Ni probably have an easier time with sense of self than EJs with tertiary Ne but I could be wrong. I do want to see more videos about how EJs compare to each other because I never thought I as an ENFJ would have similar traits to an ESTJ for example but really all EJs seem to be very focused and dedicated. In regard to leadership, everyone confirmed EJ I have met are just natural leaders without being pushy usually (ExTJs can appear overbearing). ENFJs often naturally rise to leadership in a humble way.
Hi, I tested as an estj at Investigator mbti. But estj don’t tolerates whining, but I tolerate whining and I like whiners, so I cannot be an estj. What is my estj?
Okay i definetly am an ExxJ. I'm 20 years old and a chef trainee and for me it is super hard to be in that position, since I'm really passionate about my work and i see everything going wrong at our restaurant. Sadly our leader is pretty weak and unable to actually make people do what has to be done (and how they have to do it) or actually resolve the Conflict(elephants) in the room. However since i am a trainee i don't get to say anything about or change anything and that kinda costs alot of energy for me. In the long term I will need to work in a team with a good Leader who makes things work or alone.

Check, check and check with all the signs you mentioned. I've always known I'm a true E-J. Very informative and affirming video!
- ESFJ
Facts upon facts lol I'm the big mouth who speaks up and steps up. My supervisor is pushing me up the ranks.
Very good points. Oh man not to bring bias but enfj seem to trigger me and the reason for my last comment. I’m good with her mostly.
Spot on!!
Thank you Joyce for this video. This is a confirmation I'm not an ENTJ, contrary to OPS typing

This vid confirmed that I'm ENTJ but I still think I'm more INTJ even tho I feel that Se>Fi
I’m trying to work out which EJ my mum is
Hey, Joyce! Super random question, but do you know/have an idea of your Socionics type?
It's IEI, with perhaps a chance of EII
Great video

What is my estj?
I think you can still be a certain type without relating to everything it says about the type. But idk
I think the description was referring to complainers/whiners who NEVER contribute.
6. You have ridiculous amounts of money
Please can you turn on translation .
Sure! What languages would you like it translated in?
I will say in advance, the translations may not be that accurate because I use a lot of MBTI terminology! But I can still set it up. 🙂
Now this confused me more. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
