@@kisse1520 Most of those aren’t from gymnasts, they are just people that are flippers. So all they learn is tumbling (self taught). They dont have actual instruction/advice from other folks.

Most of them is like "swing your arms and jump on your hands" or "take a spotter and do a backhandspring". I think I will get it this way because I got my back limber.

I have been trying to do a backhand spring on the ground for 2 years now. I have always been so scared of jump back. This video has helped me so much and now I can even do a round off backhand spring!! Thank you for being such an inspiration.

I am already a cheerleader, but unfortunately i can’t get onto this higher level bc I don’t have my back handspring yet, but if I were older and I didnt have it, I would be able to be on that team.. and all I really wanted to to was stunting but im trying my hardest to get it now!! I think I just don’t have enough back and shoulder flexibility, because I just go back and find my arms in front of my ears again... It also hurts my wrists and lower arms because I land with a lot of weight and can’t pop off🤔 do you have any tips?
Yea, thats mostly your shoulder flexibility, I suggest maybe searching up lots of different shoulder flexibility exercises you can do and also when you try it, try to think about pushing them back and make them be in your view. For you wrists either you can try to buy sports tape and put it around your wrists if you just have sore wrists but if its just because your wrists aren't that strong, you should search up wrist/forearm strengthening videos and do those and also just practice a bit of the jumping into a handstand. I have done a backhand spring before but I broke my foot like a gear ago and had to build confidence and this tutorial helped so much!
Out of all the TikTok video and videos on UA-cam I have never learned how to do a back handspring but since I came across this video I got my back handspring thanks so much for helping me get my back handspring I will be practicing everyday
This is one of the best tutorials I've seen and the way you approach it at the beginning is a great way of getting over the fear of going backwards

This was actually really helpful. Most people talk about getting a spotter but I couldn't manage to find one and when I did, I always failed when the spotter told me I could do it on my own and this helped me get it without a spot and worked so well. Thanks!

Omfg this helped me so much other videos just showed the beginning on a back handspring and the end. They just say get a spotter or some pillows and just go backwards. I was struggling to find a video that showed me how to eventually jump backwards u helped me with my mental blocks thx 👍🏽
