Man, something about the calm quiet vibes of the way this video was made really fits the way a lot of us feel about hunting. A lot of hunting videos have hard loud fast paced rock riffs and guys yelling about the hunt and sometimes it almost seems disrespectful to the hunt. This was really nicely done man.
This is EXACTLY the type of style I'm going to try and make my videos into. Beautifully edited, multiple clips of the grouse in their natural environment and then the clips of you guys hunting. Lovely video! Like a small documentary. Perfection.
I've been watching the grouse population slowly increase in my area over the last 10 years, Finally I'm seeing them every time I'm out hunting deer so now it's time to harvest a few. Love hunting them. Great video and the pot pie looks great . Cheers.
me and my son are new hunters and love hunting grouse. this video gave me some useful tips at the beginning and an awesome looking recipe at the end. thank you!
Jesse, your content is hands down the most enjoyable on youtube. Your videography, in the field as well as indoors, is fantastic. That is no small feat. Can't wait to see what else you have for us in 2022. Keep up the great work and keep smiling!
Great segment! Great ideas from you. Enjoyed the truck cap camper! Nice to see you and your father hunting . Reminds me of the late seventies when me and my father hunted. So MUCH FUN!!! OXBOW, MOOSELEUK POURTAGE, in the seventies. Now it more north for me like CHURCHILL ST, Francis , over by JOHNS BRIDGE area is good too.
Thanks Merton! I’ve actually got another truck camper build I just filmed for the new truck I got. Hope to have it out soon. So many great spots in northern Maine! Hopefully the populations continue as they have been the last few years!
Great job guys, nice video. Growing up in Northern New England I spent many October days chasing Patridge and have such fond memories, I think I can still smell that damp fall air.
