It’s wild that magic of Karsus’ creation is not only enough to destroy an elder brain and 3 of the gods chosen, but a Netherbrain too. Karsus was an absolute unit.
One can understand why he was so confident.
worth noting that his spell would've worked, too, had he chosen ANY other god to usurp

Detonate in act 3(during Invasion)- cut off Link between minds, disoriantating Mindflayers.enough for tables to be turned

yes and no. i had the same ending when i comanded brain to destroy tadpoles. i supose brain didint changed all people at once to mindflayers
Wow, gale goes full blown jihad and the game ends in act 2. This is the most jarring game I’ve ever played 🤣🤣
Anyone knows if the ending changes when you are not playing as Gale and have him as companion instead?
The voicelines changed, but the endings didn't.
As for the one in act 3, I'm uncertain
Im confused. If you galeBomb act2 the game tells you the world is attacked by mind flayers.

yeah me too, i was just thinking that. Seems like a big plot hole to me. If gale exploded standing inside the crown platforms, then it would have made more sense.
I think the key is that they were SURPRISED in act 2, in act 3 they were ACTIVELY fighting the mind flayers. The confusion of the elder brains destruction was enough to turn the tide of the existing battle in the people's favor
if gale exploded in act 2 will it count as completing the game on tactician mode?

Blowing up in act 3 does count as an ending, act 2 does not

No, the explosion is so powerful that it eradicates all your save files.
Will either of these get you the golden dice if done on honor mode?
act 2 won't, but the act 3 explosion does count as an ending in honor mode yeah - its helpful if you don't want to risk doing the brain fight as it can be tricky
