- My new wheels are finally here and wanted to put them on before my leveling kit was installed. This video is to show you can run a 20x12 or 22x12 at stock height without a leveling kit on a 4th and 5th gen ram.

Yeah they fit because you got the right offset. I wanted 33 or 35 on my leveled truck but my rims didn’t have enough offset so I have 305x55x20. 6:05
I think you need to reference the tire size, that ultimately is going to dictate the rub with a wheel that wide
Travis Bittner I did 305/45/22 basically a 33 that’s 12 wide too
👍Awesome. I've been wondering if i could go ahead and put 22's on my rebel until i can get a lift kit. The wheel i want only comes in a 22x14. You said yours were 22x12. Wonder if that 2 inches will make it rub. Beautiful truck though. Thanks for the video.
It will rub for sure but still drive able and manageable I have 24x14s on right now and daily it

In the video the truck was at stock height ? Just want to be sure before ordering wheels , I have a 2020 bighorn 2500 stock height , also if I was planning on running 33x12.5 would that be much more if a rub if any at all , thanks fir your time !
Yeah stock height in this video, depends on rim size and width but should be okay
What would happen if you didn't remove those pieces from the rotor

Did you go with 35s and -44 on a leveled pickup? I am curious for myself.
@ndfarmbros I went with 33's on my 22x12's but I think I could have snuck 35's under it. Maybe would just have to do a tad bit of trimming on the inner fender well
with 22x12s on -44 offset it wouldn’t hurt your paint?
Would this be about identical to running a 20x12 with a 35” tire. Compared to your 22x12 23” tire?
SoFloLow pretty close but not the same 33s to 35s. 2” more of tire same width wheel

Funny i just installed 22x10 -18os fuel contras red mill on my 19 blacked ram with nexen rodian hp 305/45/22 and rub the inner fender liner. Just heat gun tje plastic and violo.👍

What’s the offset of those wheels? I have a 2019 ram 2500 and I rub like a sob on the pinch welds with 22x12 -51offset.

Jason Minhinnick with this big of wheel yes, smaller wheels could clear 35s
Coffey's Garage you better check into that. Your tire diameter is the same no matter what the rim size is. A 35 on 20s is still a 35 on 22s.
