    • @CJCOffRoad
      @CJCOffRoad  3 роки тому +1

      In theory, but in practice you’d have to cut the studs to make it happen. It’s complicated explain, but has to do with the correct spacer width not accommodating a proper bolt on style setup.

      What really matters is the actual load rating in pounds of your specific tire. If that meets your needs then you're good to go!

    What all are you doing to fit a 37 on 2021/22 ram 2500?

    • @CJCOffRoad
      @CJCOffRoad  2 роки тому

      To fit 37s on a Ram truck you need a leveled truck. We recommend a +18 to +27 offset wheel that is no wider than 9.5,” as well as some mild trimming of the plastic fender liner!

      @@CJCOffRoad thank you for the reply! I have a 3" leveling kit and will be sure to order new wheels then also. I was hoping to keep my stock wheels on the 22 2500 because it's the night edition with nice black wheels

    2020 ram 2500 - will 704 Method wheels 17x8.5 8x6.5. 0/4.75” clear with just plastic trimming? Thanks in advance!!!

    • @CJCOffRoad

      They will with a 35” tire but not with a 37. To fit 37s on a Ram you need a 8.5-9” wide wheel with +18 to +25 offset.

      No this information is for 2500 and 3500 Ram trucks only. 1500s sit a low lower.

    What will this do to my mpg's?

    • @CJCOffRoad
      @CJCOffRoad  4 роки тому +1

      Any tire larger and more aggressive than factory will drop MPG, especially around town. On the highway these diesel trucks do just fine on 37's and don't see a big hit to economy.

    Looking at installing 37” x12.5 BFG KM3s and Black Rhino Primm wheels, 17X9, 0 offset and 5” backspacing on my factory 2019 Ram Power Wagon. Can I get away with minimal trimming? Thank you

    • @CJCOffRoad
      @CJCOffRoad  4 роки тому

      You’ll be able to fit them but with moderate trimming of the metal pinch weld and plastic. You ideally need +18 to +25 offset with a 9” wide wheel like the video states. Especially if you plan to use the truck Offroad

      Dually specs are a while different deal! If you're running super singles up front, we'd recommend a -12 offset wheel that's 9" wide if you want to push things out a bit.

      Not if you adjust it using AlphaOBD or an AEV Pro Cal.
