I'm afraid it's not that simple. The Fey Clan were feuding like CRAZY, and as long as the Fey Clan have enemies within themselves, Dahlia would've been brought back eventually. They HAD to beat their enemies to the punch.
Alternatively, instead framing Iris or LITERALLY ANYONE, Godot could've said, "She's too dangerous to be kept alive." I know the courtroom doesn't believe in Spirit Channeling, but they still believe in self defense.

I can't wait to see how Kristoph gets away with his crimes. Btw, sincs he's an attorney, you should consider having him as one of the members in the discussion, it would be interesting to see him think of ways he could've gotten away with it in hindsight.

In 4-1 he would've been fine if he had paid attention to the colors on the backs of the cards, since rhats the piece of evidence that opens up the case and definitively proves a card was swapped post murder
4-4 never would have happened if Kristoph got away and Phoenix went to jail, which I think is the only way Kristoph would have gotten away with it

in 4-1 Kristoph could've just asked the bloody card to be fingerprinted. If they find Wright's fingerprints and/or can't find Shadi Smith's fingerprints on it on it they can just dismiss the card as a forgery.
      in 4-4
Gavin: "Owning the same nail polish does not a murderer make.
I have been in solitary confinement for half a year. How could I poison her?
Her father died of the same poison... the meaning of which should be clear.
The prosecution's case holds. She poisoned her father, then attempted to poison herself."
      Justice: "Ok and"
Gavin: "That's the end of my testimony"
Justice: "Do you not want to accuse me of accusing you of poisoning Drew Misham"
Gavin: "Why would I do that? You haven't mentioned Drew."
      Justice: "Fuck"

@chrisriley2321 I've got a good one for the murderer of 6-4 SPOILERS
The best way Clussy/Geiru Toneido could have been smarter is simply talking with the victim. He'd tell her his side of the story and she'd tell him why she wanted to follow her father, and Taifu might have given the title of Uendo to Geiru instead.
But if she was forced to commit murder, rather than feeding the murder weapon to her dog, realizing he could have buried the evidence, she could have just left it near Uendo and knock him out and while he was down, cover it in his fingerprints. With her wearing gloves, she'd have left no fingerprints on the dough and thus could not be framed for the crime.

I mean, the other thing would probably tell Pearls the truth on the whole matter. If you think about it, she loves her mom, but Maya as well. If she found out her own mom is doing these horrible things, she probably wouldn't have attempted int he first place. Heck, that letter that Pearls had could of been used as evidence to get back on Morgan, either silencing her forever or put a restraining order to not be near her daughter again considering she was dangerous and manipulated her own daughter for her own selfish goals

This series seems to have halted, so I will do the rest to the best of my ability.
    *Obviously, there are spoilers below.*
    *Investigations:*
Jacques Portsman: Timing is everything; he should have waited. That, and paying attention to the evidence to avoid saying "two" pieces of evidence instead of three in his final testimony would have saved his skin as well.
Cammy Meele: Considering how she only killed the victim out of panic, she made a pretty good plan, even if it was sheer luck that put suspicion on the wrong person not once, but twice. I honestly can't find anything wrong with it.
Lance Amano: He was a dumbass, plain and simple. There was no saving him; there was so much wrong with his plan that it's rather hard to pinpoint exactly where he failed.
Calisto Yew: She did it pretty well tbh. And if she didn't, I don't remember enough of it to know.
Quercus Alba: Also really well done, and only bad luck was able to stop him.
    *Investigations 2:*
Horace Knightley: ...Words cannot explain how stupid this murder was. Trying to pin it on De Killer would have been his best bet.
Patricia Roland: She had the right idea of trying to make it seem like Dogen did it. But why didn't she get Frank Sahwit's collar fixed before the body was found so that it wouldn't have seemed possible for him to sneak out and do what he did? She should be able to know when that happens.
Dane Gustavia: Again, this one only boiled down to bad luck and ignorance.
Blaise Debeste: There were so many really good people to frame, and he chose _an amnesiac girl._ That was where he went wrong.
Simon Keyes: Nothing wrong with his plan. It was only Edgeworth and co. being very smart that foiled him. Also, he could plead justifiable homicide because the victim tried to shoot him.
    *Apollo Justice*
Kristoph Gavin (Case 1): When the ace was presented, he shouldn't have let it go as easily as he did. He could have easily argued that one out of court if he had tried harder.
Alita Tiala: She should have reported Pal Meraktis assaulting her to the police, obviously. And if she did kill him, she could have argued that it was self-defense.
Daryan Crescend: Trying to frame Lamiroir or one of Klavier's other bandmates instead of a _BLIND, SCRAWNY 14-YEAR-OLD_ would have made way more sense.
Kristoph (Case 4): I've got nothing here. He genuinely did execute that one perfectly and only got screwed over by Phoenix.
    *Dual Destinies*
Ted Tonate: He was pretty solid too. However, erasing all the blood instead of trying to implicate someone else would have ended better for him. It would have initially seemed like the victim died from injuries caused by debris from the explosions.
Florent L'Belle: ...Well, simply _being less of an unpleasant @$$hat_ would have helped. And since he was trying to get into the safe, he could've just waited until nighttime, when nobody would have been there. No murder, just theft; and a theft is much easier to get away with than a murder.
Aristotle Means: He should have stepped down as the defense attorney professor instead of resorting to murder. There are (sadly) more ways to indoctrinate children than being a teacher and expounding your beliefs upon them.
The Phantom: Not much to say either; like Kristoph, he got unlucky and that was it. Although, given what an utterly depraved "person" he was, I've always been left wondering why he didn't kill 11-year-old Athena.
    *Spirit of Justice*
Understanding (I can't remember how his name is spelled): He also had a pretty great plan; it was just a slip of the tongue that got him.
Roger Retinz: Why did _he_ do it? He could have easily let Trucy do the deed. And since Trucy is a minor _and_ one could easily argue that the murder was an accident, she probably wouldn't have gotten a very harsh sentence. His plot was pointless from the start; he needed to think of something better, like waiting until Trucy becomes an adult.
Beh'leeb Inmee: Nothing to say here. Self-defense.
Geiru Toneido: There were probably better ways to remove the Soba than to feed it to a dog. Like, just throw it out or something. Then Simon wouldn't have seen it and unwittingly delivered the final evidence to take her down.
Paul Atishon: He should have waited for a better opportunity. Or, more specifically, wait for Armie to move instead of trying to push her and freaking her out.
Ga'ran: If she knew about Amara's burn mark, why didn't she deliberately get a burn mark on her own chest to avoid being found out? Also, she outright stated that she could just rewrite the rules however she wanted, so why did she wait until being exposed as the murderer to do that?
