Here's how Wellington could get away with it: He could write just PART of Maggie's name and make it look like he died while writing it but didn't finish.
But even so, it was established Dustin broke his neck from the fall, an injury that tends to cause instant death and if not, very large cases of paralysis to the point you can't move your arm. Let alone write with your non-dominant hand and in cursive to boot.
Okay, but how in the FUCK did he kill Dustin? They were on a balcony. It was said there were several witnesses to the crime, as people were looking at them. They would have had to seen R.W push Dustin off. On top of that, how did this prissy som'bitch even push an entire police officer off of a balcony? On top of that, why did nobody speak up about the obvious contradiction in the picture? It shows Wellington at Dustin's body, looking up. If he killed Dustin with the fall, how did he get down there to take the picture?
We can't forget how Richard only got convicted because he accidentally took Phoenix's phone instead of his own and didn't delete the con artist numbers
As for case 4, if De Killer never kidnapped Maya and Engarde requesting Wright (possibly from knowing he took down the legendary Von Karma), then Engarde would've gotten away wit hit. It was because Maya was kidnapped that made Wright question some things... I think.
True. Since Engarde never directly commited the murder, Phoenix could easily prove his innocence. Maya also likes the Nickel Samurai so they would def take his case regardless. I wonder tho, who's decision it is to hold Maya hostage...
It was actually the bear in the room. Even with the testimony and the card they would have had nothing. The bear is what changed everything. That's why Dekiller let everything go as it did. Also the problem was de killer being in his house. There were other places for him to be at.
The circus case, maybe, if they see that the monkey react to some specific words and was with Acro all the time, can make him suspicious. Just, how trained the monkey to react this way? Most probably, Acro, it was with him all the time and was Acro "pet". Has Acro, any grudge agaisnt Regina? Yes, his brother was in coma and he was paralised, indirectly by Regina. So, we have a suspect and a reason.
Well he would train money in private, he wouldn't do it in public. They would react like the incident with Leon, everyone would think it was an accident and that he had gone crazy
4:20 I personally would have been satisfied if Acro BOTHERED TO CHECK IF IT WAS REGINA who arrived at the scene by just LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW. Seriously, you'd think with how much preparation he's done in advance, he'd at least bother to confirm his target
@@thomasandladyfriend he's an acrobat who still keeps his upper body in shape, as suggested by the weight next to his bed and there's a giant night light right outside his window, shining right over the courtyard in the middle of which a box is placed. He could have easily balanced on the wheelchair to look out the window, and whoever entered the courtyard wouldn't have noticed someone looking over from the second (or third) floor for the couple of seconds needed to confirm someone's identity, being instead taken in by the box in the middle of the courtyard. This is supported by everyone in this case being ABSOLUTE MORONS WHO DIDN'T NOTICE A DANGLING BUST OVER THE NIGHT LIGHT (Moe and the victim), NOR WHERE THE "flying criminal" went off, or rather getting dragged back (MOE)
@@floricel_112 I forgot about that, it's been a while since I played big top. I think he thought that his plan was perfect. He never thought anyone would take Regina's place. Honestly it's just dumb, makes no sense just like the whole case.
floricel_112 The wheel chair stops him at the window. And a window isn't made that big normally. I cant remember the room itself but for your proposition to happen he needed to bend his stomach on a window that was at sitting level. Also as a guy who once tried that it hurts ur stomach and it means ur body weight is on the other side of the window. He is more likely to fall and die from fall rather see who it is. And most importantly u need to have balance on ur leg in the first place. With his disability that movement is not possible. Also the wheel of the wheel chair means he can never hug the wall to do any of this anyway. The wheel is always a bit forward from the the actual chair part.
it's actually stated on the case itself that acro's lower body being paralyzed doesn't allow him to peek at the window without risk of falling. there's a lot of plot holes in turnabout big top but that's not one of them.
I love this concept. How the killers could get away with their crimes with just a simple change in plans I definitely hope you do this with the other games including Apollo Justice, Spirit of Justice the Investigation games and the two Chronicles games

this is a bit minor but I also believe this could also be a way Engard could’ve gotten away with it De Killer: Alright Mr. Engarde, after I deal with Juan you want me to retrieve the bear, kidnap Maya Fey, and return to your mansion to pose as your butler Engarde: Yes and that should-Oh De Killer, one more thing, while your at my mansion could please take care of my cat De Killer: Of course Engard: Alright then thats everything
Acro never EVER needed to commit murder, on a child no less. His brother was nearly killed by the lion and if the way Regina was so dismissive and naive about death bothered him so much, why didn't he... idk, TALK TO HER??? There were ways to resolve that conflict, but CHILD MURDER was most certainly not the answer oh and also she grew up in a circus and was taught that notion by her father. Acro should've known this, somehow, someway??? not only that, but she was groomed by not one, not two, but THREE grown men who all wanted to date or marry her (max, ben, and bat/sean).

Personally, I don't see a scenario where Acro could get away with murder at all! But I also think training the monkey to kill Regina would be even stupider than what he ended up doing. Especially if it's at the Circus. He is responsible for training that monkey, and he knew that money would be vicious (monkeys are vicious creatures). He would get charged for manslaughter, at least! Even if he DIDN'T train the monkey to kill her and it just killed her anyway, the audience would KNOW that Acro did this INSTANTLY (because he is responsible for the monkey), and HE would be the defendant instead of Max. I knew he was enraged about his dead brother, but the only way for him to win was to talk to the Berry Family and NOT commit murder! [Hot Take: Bat deserved to die, anyway. He was a p3d0phile. I know Acro misses his brother... but like... Bat was a terrible person anyway. I'm on Regina's side with this.]

@@DoktorVicTim in that case, he could've written it kinda badly
It wouldn't work in the original version since there it was a mispelling of chinese characters. Even one character mispelt would've given it away.

Richard Wellington could have gotten away if he didn’t write Maggey’s name at all, or if he had hid the body.
The thing is if Wellington didn't write the name the glasses wouldn't have been assumed to be Maggey's and they would've probably fingerprinted them.
If acro wanted to get away easily, all he had to do was throw out the scarf and the note
