Its funny....I think its depends on where you work.
When I was working in the army medical service, Monday was the worst day as that when we always got the highest workload. Also the day I would attempt to take off. Friday was best as few would come in to report sick. Same as Ini
But when I was working in tech which was more professionally enjoyable, monday wasnt that bad it got projects moving again.
I was not expecting a funny video to tell me to love myself, but thank you.
While slightly off topic, I can see weds being equally or possibly worse. Its the middle of the week, any rest from the weekend gone while still two daysish to the weekend break

if Mondays would be a part of the weekend (no work) then the same would happen but there would be 4 work days insted and Tuesday will become hated so it is impossible for the week to be good unless Mondays would have shorter work time

So the argument was that the barrier between the weekend and the rest of the week had become less distinct, meaning that Monday, or its equivalent, is almost every day of the week.
A solid argument for disproving the distinction of Monday as the worst day of the week because all justifications for it being the worst have lost all modern significance.
I know, right? Now, the general consensus we get is no longer, "Monday Blues". It is now, "Why is the weekend only 2 days?"
