- For Maya's safety, would their plan be different? Would no sacrifices be made, if otherwise, who'd be sacrificed this time? The answer lies here.

This Ace Attorney Objection.lol skit cost me 7h to make.
Spoilers for Trials and Tribulations by the way.

0:00 - Godot Met with Phoenix
1:00 - Their Private Conversation
4:03 - Executing their Plan
10:52 - After the Plan
"Those aching 'what ifs.' The thirst to change the past" Jeez, that's both really well said and extremely meta at the same time.
That is quite the crazy Meta line he said indeed
LIKE SOME WHAT IFS ARE ACTUALLY INTERESTING
@@kinokomuffin I know what you mean. I remember making up a what if on if the last Metroid survived the final battle against Mother Brain and a friend of mine did a video on the idea.
Bridge of the turnabout but Godot is not an idiot.
or in this case, letting their emotions control literally their entire body
And half as much of a shakespearean avenger
Fair@@Garroken
"lets talk in private"
*goes outside, the LEAST private place*
GOED TO THE DAMNED STREETS
Tbh the mistakes in the sounds is funny, i possibly cant imagine godot with a voice like that lmao
Wait, that sound was there?
I just realized that now whoops
You mean godot sounding female? well he actually did do that once while imitating Desirée DeLite.
Oh, if only he wasn't consumed by his hatred for blaming Phoenix for Mia's death. I hope in the canon timeline his sentence wasn't too harsh. I'm sure we'd all love to see him again.
I wouldn't
I'm glad he's now serving his life in prison.
@Yugee a delulu goat, honestly, I don't mind Godot fans but I honestly can't stand him
Wow all this would not have happened, if he just literally asked for help
Seriously, if Godot didn’t keep hiding the fact that deep down he blamed himself for Mia’s death, things would've been a whole lot different
This is a really well made what if, it feels like a realistic ramification of the story, it feels original.👍
This all wouldn't been possible if the developers didn't write their characters THAT well
@@Garroken No kidding, the original script is very shallow in some parts, even I could do better.
Godot: let’s talk…in private
*goes to global studios*
Great video! Dahlia expresing a little bit of humanity but still being Dahlia, Iris being done with Dahlia and Godot not being vengeful idiot were all great characterization that still feel in character. And I always like seeing more of Dahlia and Iris. Great job!
"I swapped the original letter by Morgan Fey with daily house chores and primary school books to read when bored"
Should’ve used the Phoenix DLC costume that’s him his earlier days as a lawyer.
Why even use 3d phoenix to begin with
@@kingsupreme1532 probably because there’s no 2d sprite for outside trials besides the AJ one (which doesn’t really fit bridge to the turnabout because that’s basically the peak of his legal career)
There is no DLC Phoenix CC for OL.
Geez, imagine having someone plan your revival just for you to get twarted and being murdered by your sister.
2:00 So i destroyed the hidden note and replaced it with something like "I love you, don't be like me - Morgan Fey" in order to stop Pearl follow that silly plan.
WAIT YOU'RE RIGHT-
I Also love seeing Iris with a BACKBONE for a change too :)
Underrated as hell. I love this!!!
thank you
I know, right? This version makes me feel bad for Dahlia,as we are reminded that she was stuck with an abusive father who didn't give her love...Had me wonder what if Dahlia was raised by Sister Bikini instead...Will she be at worst not as good Iris, but definitely a decent person? What about if Iris were to be raised by their father? Will she be like Dahlia?
@@weeyangtoh6049 I think Dahlia would be like Iris if she grew up with sister Bikini. Not personality wise, I think she would be more cold and withdrawn as a person (or maybe not, we don't know how was Dahlia like as a child or how much she was affected personality wise by growing up with her father) But Iris recieved love by Bikini and in turn learnt how to love herself, so I think this would happen to Dahlia as well. It's really sad to think about that the monster Dahlia is could be decent human being if she grew up in a different place.
I loved every second of this!
Great to hear my video gave value
Too fucking easy, this was way too fucking easy. Love this "what if", glad to see Dahlia come back to this world just to get roasted and sent back to the netherworld.
Pretty decent, dude. Yeah, it wasn't proofread, but it's a nice deleted scene. I like it
3:13
I imagine Godot kicks phoenix in the balls
Or pets *pistol-whipped* with Phoenix's *SIG-9 Mk. 26 (SIG Sauer P226 9x19mm) handgun).*
“So, how did it went?”
Lol. But no this was really good.
This has to be one of the best 'what ifs' ever!
I love how you used the dahlia/fakeiris sprites for iris
6:11 look into my eyes
The poison:...
Iris: but.. i cant?
Whell also Pearl be like "Why my arms ache" Because of all that struggle.
Godot being intelligent: lock Misty Fey in solitary confinement. Have her channel Dahlia under lockdown. Pearls will be unable to channel Dahlia. Why even go to the temple at all?
If pearl can't channel Dahlia NOW, then she'll do it again the next day, then the next, anything to follow her Mother's last wish. And locking her for THAT amount of time would put her health in danger
@@Garroken ...Except Godot got to the letter first... He could have taken it so Pearl would have never seen it... He could then use the letter as evidence that Morgan was out to do more crime and ban her from having family visit her.
Pearl never gets the instruction, not from the letter, not from her mother.
Okay, this is SERIOUSLY UNDERRATED
Thanks, did those dramatic 'pick me' scenes helped you reach that conclusion?
@@Garroken kinda, but also not really
I like that Dahlia pretended to be sympathetic when we all know that she’s very much like her mother.
wow this was amazing!! it feels bittersweet that if things turned out this way, we could've avoided misty's death and godot's arrest ;-;
Beautifully done
Thanks, the last trilogy case gave me a creative itch. And when you've got an itch, you'd do all you could to scratch it.
why is nobody mentioning how Phoenix is the only 3D person in the game lol
8:46 adorable
Oh yeah, this is what Diego Armando would do if he wasn't Godot
0:00
OBJECTION!
That's not Gumshoe. He didn't call us "pal" 😂
11:20 was so funny and out of nowhere!
i'm still laughing
Ok but Phoenix shouldn't know about Iris and Dahlia being 2 people before even going to Hazakura temple
I don't recall Dahlia's father being abusive. I don't appreciate that cliche of "Fathers abusive/bad"
He isn’t. Dahlia is a manipulative narcissist who is capable of making herself look like a victim and making others look worst. Unfortunately Iris is someone who doesn’t have good judgement in character and easily believes everything Dahlia tells her. It’s not hard to believe that she could be lying about her dad.
I can see bits of dahlias hair in the pearl edit lol
Sometimes i wonder.
Diego armando. Who looks to peoples mpith when theyre talking when theyre not deaf.
This is extremely sweet.
Nice thumbnail and vid, mr lawyer dude
Why were they in the turnabout Samaria location? And where’s old bag ? 😂
Iris deserves better
My biggest problem with Bridge to Turnabout is that it hinges on Godot being an idiot. There were so many ways to stop this other than killing Misty. Ofherwise amazing case, but I'm Farewell, My Turnabout 4lyfe
irl but oh wait, we have to lorebomb the audience oh well
"My problem with this case is that it hinges on the culprit killing the victim"
@@elijahbagaman276 they could have found a way where Godot kills her bc he really had no choice, or didn't understand it was Misty, or any other reason other then the very convuluted one given in the game.
@@andrewscruggs5906 Yeah, and Manfred could have not shot someone over a penalty, and Matt could have not killed someone for his reputation, etc. And making Godot have no choice takes away his agency in the story.
@@andrewscruggs5906You forget that he has a lot of survivor’s guilt so it’s not him being an idiot. It’s just him trying to salvage whatever wounded pride he could mustered.
This is amazing!
THIS IS GREAT
Even though it makes, I'm not a fan of the fact that not just A final boss, but also the final boss of a TRILOGY is this dumb in cannon. Like, I know that a fully planned out trilogy is imposible as Shu Takumi was working with a small budget and small staff and was also not planning on making a sequel, but I am really curious what this trilogy and it's final boss would look like if Shu had the budget and manpower that Takeshi Yamazaki had when he was creating the modern games.
All you said was under the assumption that the AA isn't originally supposed to be a Trilogy, yeah?
I kinda agree that the final case is easily preventable by JUST A SIMPLE ACTION. I don't think the 'Final Boss' is dumb because of the developer's financial limitations.
When the three of your games became a hit, you have lotta bucks. Much enough budget to create a higher quality. The story of the final boss and how it would act is only impacted by the developers imagination, really. I dont understand how money can help him with it.
@@Garroken Shu was under the impression that the 1st game wouldn't sell well, which the 1st game ends so conclusively. I suggest reading some interviews if you don't believe me. Also Godot could have just given the note to the cops and not let Pearl get her hands on it. Even if it wouldn't result in Morgen being given a harsher sentence, it would at the very least prevent the death of Misty and the incaserations of Godot and Iris.
@@spouwnerring Yeah. But apparently Godot wants to make up for Mia's death. Fueled by this, he left the note (instead of ripping it to shreds) and tried to protect Maya physically, probably cuz it's more 'knightly' than the alternate solution.
Even all this, how the 'final boss' acts still depends on Shu's mind, not the money and power. So this is merely an error
@@Garroken ok, but imagin if the entire trilogy was planned in advance before the 1st game entered production. Wouldn't you think that we would have gotten trilogy final boss that would not have done super stupid?
@@spouwnerring possibly, the 1st game would also give hints that Godot would reawaken in the 3rd game. Wanna see how Shu would foreshadow that
Godot would never use "mr" To phoenix
who ripped out maya's vocal coords?
i hated Dahlia so much
10:11 i didn't know godot was koichi
4:19 But, she couldn't, it was Maya's mother who did it
Wait... Where's Misty?
Didn't she channelled Dahlia and sacrified her life for Maya?
(In original history)
Just chilling. She ain't part of Phoenix's plan unless GODOT is insistent of unnecessarily dragging random ppl to this plan
@@GarrokenMisty chose to sacrifice herself to save her daughter. She has the sword for a reason- if she can’t protect Maya, she can make sure someone else will. That’s what I gleaned from when Godot said that she showed him the blade in the cane.
i like cars
I like people who don't like me back
Why is Phoenix so much lower quality?
It's his 3ds look
Low effort video. Did not even use the Phoenix Sprite with the old haircut and suit.
The old 2d phoenix (feenie) sprite were already on the presets. I had to go to a discord server, then scroll hundreds of messenges to find that exact 3d model
wouldnt count that as 'low effort'
