Door knocking is how I got my start in Roofing sales. Only door knocked homes with obvious damage.
Who is the girl though?! I'm in love lol
Let’s go door knock together 10❌
“Roof is fine” 😂 the homeowner doesn’t realize we are there to help them.
Or they don’t feel like spending a stupid amount of money on some door knockers
@@jimlahey6938 I think these guys are out selling after a storm and they help with the claims process.
No, you’re there to sell them a roof. Stop kidding yourself.
@@jeffhewitt2181 Hi Jeff, are you in need of a new roof?
@@Sheepdog6451 lmao
💪
While I respect these people and their dedication to their work, some of the pushy techniques they use are abusive to the customer. First of all, if they are said no, they should understand the meaning of “no”. It is irritating when they keep telling you that you need something when you do not need it and go back to your own business.
Egh maybe after the second no but typically most homeowners are pretty ignorant to the state of the roof and I mean that in the most respectful way. Insurance covers even small hail damage for a reason and if a homeowner says no out of ignorance to the process it’s the job of the roof salesperson to educate the homeowner. That education helps keep the homeowner from getting slapped with “negligence” of damages end up arising months to even a year or more after a storm. At that point the homeowner is responsible for all costs and repairs. I use to be that homeowner who always would say no immediately. After being a project manager/general contractor in this field those immediate no homeowners are my favorite to try and talk to…
@@ironcannabis if I need you I will call you. No is no.
@@memoperez7842 9 out of 10 times with that response you end paying 20+k out of pocket and you’ve basically been wasting your money away paying for an insurance policy premium you never use. Insurance is a huge scam most of the time robbing the policy holder. Good luck on your endeavors…
@@memoperez7842It's best to catch the issues early, even just an inspection so you're not deemed negligent by insurance.
@@memoperez7842lol just be quiet and enjoy your moldy attic next year.
This only works in certain areas.
Not true, i have worked on many roofs that were in neighborhoods considered below average.
@@xTbKjoe I didn’t say it was about rich or poor… it’s about geographic culture. You cannot do this is Seattle.
@@esquire9445 my bad, perception can be tricky sometimes lol
@@xTbKjoe lol ya, it’s all good.

The classic most average sales people trying to recreate wolf of Wall Street. Real Sales people Sell, not play pretend at the office.
How do i get roof sales without knocking on doors lol
I don’t think you can honestly, I’m 21 and just got into sales. And I was told you can advance and grow but to start you have to start off knocking on doors and making sales. And as you go there’s room for you to level up. Idk stoked to do it! I’m in the onboarding process rn though
@@SaintsSF90 hey I’m 21 as well, I’ve been inside marketing and sales for close to 4 years now… I started with affiliate marketing, and now that I’ve discover skillsets I really like the idea of selling roofs as they pay high. Good luck
Her pitch sucked lol. They sent you out with a rookie.
Have some dignity. Don’t door knock.
Some people just don't want to be homeless
I know multiple millionaires who got started knocking doors. Respect the hustle
Bro u realize if they don't door know they won't make money, and it's not about dignity, door knocking is very helpful to the seller and buyer because it can build the sellers confidence and ability to sell witch is very important, and what happens if there roof crashes in on them cuz they don't notice a problem, so door knocking will help
