Saying this just makes getting the job to completed and paid more concrete, or stickier to no cancellation. Helps you gauge how interested they are. It being a part of the close allows you to also either one, close them and get the business or two, find out that they are more underlying concerns that you need to address and overcome. You should always be closing but this is a great that truly helps the closing process begin. Hope this helped. Good luck out there.
