      Can you explain how this works in a good way haha. I'm a little confused

    • @tyslough4178
      @tyslough4178 День тому

      @@orbyns Yeah it's a "negative connotation" we put onto the homeowner but in reality, it's not negative for us at all, it's great for us because they're getting in the queue. Saying this just makes getting the job to completed and paid more concrete, or stickier to no cancellation. Helps you gauge how interested they are. It being a part of the close allows you to also either one, close them and get the business or two, find out that they are more underlying concerns that you need to address and overcome. You should always be closing but this is a great that truly helps the closing process begin. Hope this helped. Good luck out there.

Just build more value explain to him the benefits of clean windows explain how happy he will be. It will make him happy clean windows are amazing. Pretty good stuff with your skill set though you can be extracting a lot more value in Michigan. You have a great service and to make sure you can pay you and your guys what your worth you need to charge more. Same game just start higher with your price before you price drop. Build more perceived value that’s why they buy. The convenience is everything. What you’ll find is the cheapest customers are the worst customers and there’s plenty of people out there willing to pay top dollar for your luxury service. I’ve sold in Michigan as well this looks like Novi I would say avg in that are should be about $349 a home which means start with $449 or $499 in the door pitch

    I just say, "Hey, my name is John, I'm starting up a window cleaning business here in town. Are you in need of the service?" If they say yes, I schedule. If they say no, i walk to the next house. Haha
    Cover a whole neighborhood on a Sunday, and wash them all the following week. Keep a record of all clients,
    schedule them again in the fall or the following year.

      I imagine they are using a DI water fed pole system. They scrub a bit and flood the windows with deionized water. No ladder, no squeegee, no detailing. It's how they rock so many houses in a day.

    That lady was a total lay down. All you had to do was be quiet and she would have bought. Remember, let the homeowner talk. It looked like you were interrupting her and seeing her ‘buying answers’ as objections. Talk less.

      Holy shit. Second guy just told you he wanted inside windows cleaned and wasn’t worried about price. It seemed as if you didn’t listen to him at all. That’s an upsell, not a discount, plus stuff added.

    Good salesmanship but why lie?? If they were to happen to talk with each other the would see the transportation fee discount was different and why you gave them the discount. Like you get a discount because you have a blue shirt on??!! 🤨

    • @Graisonmflemming
      @Graisonmflemming  7 місяців тому +3

      The discount is a joke… as you see it makes the person laugh to drop their guard. And the transportation fee changes because of price and overhead. It’s business.
