Superb Carrot Cake
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
▫️4 cups all-purpose flour
▫️4 tsp baking powder
▫️2 tsp baking soda
▫️1 tsp salt
▫️4 tsp cinnamon powder
▫️1 tsp ginger powder
▫️1 tsp nutmeg powder
▫️1 tsp cloves powder
Wet Ingredients:
▫️1 1/3 cup white sugar
▫️1 cup brown sugar
▫️4 tsp vanilla extract
▫️1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
▫️8 large eggs
Cake Stuff:
▫️4 cups shredded carrots
▫️2 cup drain crushed pineapple
▫️1 cup of desiccated coconut
Bake at 180C for 35-45 minutes or toothpick comes out clean.
➡️ You can always adjust the amount of sugar in your carrot cake batter. 😊 I just used less since my cream cheese frosting is sweet.
