    Your Takeaways:
    1. Loose stools
    2. Later constipation
    3. Carb nightmares (never heard of this. Strange)
    4. Healing crisis. Things get worse before they get better. Yup!
    5. Weight gain but body slimming.
    6. Meat sweats. Vegans are always cold!
    7. Smoke and grease everywhere. True.
    8. Sinuses are clearer. Sense of smell is stronger. (Bad breath is a sign of inflammation(!))
    9. Sense of taste is better.
This crib sheet is just to summarize. Watch the whole video because she offers a lot of his information.

i wouldn't call them nightmares, but I have had dreams where I am eating something like cake, bread, pizza, etc. and then as soon as I am done I immediately remember "oh wait! I'm not supposed to eat carbs! I just ruined my diet!"
But those dreams only really happened in the first few weeks of the diet. After a month or maybe two, those dreams stop. I wasn't even really having carb cravings so I always chalked it up to dreams about a new thing in my life, similar to how I would dream about going to work when I start a new job.

Before I went carnivore, my stools were very loose and massive. Two to three times a day. After a few months of being conscious of what I eat, my bowl movements are less frequent, solid and quicker and cleaner. I weighted 229 lbs and now I’m at 180 lbs. it took about 5 months to lose the weight. It’s been a little over a year now. You can do it!

Same here smaller less frequent and solid I've been on it six months went from 250 down to 200 30 more to go to hit my target . Animal protein is more thoroughly digested and broken down in the human digestive track that's why your bowel movements become smaller . In the early days Space Flight nasa would give astronauts a steak and egg breakfast because on those early missions there was no provision to go to the bathroom.

I went on Carnivore three years ago. I had loose stools so bad I ended up being completely dehydrated. Ended up in the hospital because they thought my kidneys were failing from some blood work. In the hospital they pumped me up with 7 bags of medicated saline. The whole reason I went on carnivore was for my Stage 5 hypertension. After they had rehydrated me my BP was 100% normal. So the carnivore diet worked, but I wasn't eating enough salt and not drinking enough water. I am back on it again, post heart attack, and all my numbers are moving in the right direction. I have lost 70lbs! All fat. I eat ONE meal each say, usually a beautiful ribeye. Life is good on Carnivore. :)

On the "meat sweat" point, Doctor Gary Breka goes in depth on why if we do not sweat, means that we have a real metabolic issue, so if you experience heavy sweats after starting carnivore, is because your metabolism is returning to normal, even if you didn't know something was wrong. @@mushroombird9400 As part of making sure I got my electrolytes, I started taking Natural Vitality CALM Magnesium Citrate Supplement. The powder is a combination of Magnesium Carbonate and Citric Acid. Pour hot water on the powder and those 2 ingredients chemically combine to produce Magnesium Citrate. At first, there is a lot of white froth. But as the chemical reaction settles down, the liquid becomes clear as water. Then I add some instant coffee. For many folks, Magnesium CITRATE causes diarrhea. I took it for 3 days straight before it worked. There is no gas or pain that prune juice would cause. Okay after watching this I'm very glad that took me so long to get here. First vegetarian then I was vegan. I kept gaining weight. At my highest weight I was 240 on severe calorie restriction up with severe food allergies and had to start adding animal products back in because I was out of options. Came to Keto gradually lost 60 lb and now a ketovore headed for carnivore. It's like my body eased its way into doing this without my consent. Cholesterol triglycerides blood sugar and body fat all extremely lower. I had great results when I cut out carbs my doctor even asked what the heck I was doing because I haven't had normal cholesterol even at 17 years old as a dancer. As a side bonus my joint pains are going away and so is my Eczema.

I gotta laugh because I’m 80 and trying to establish myself a carnivore lifestyle and I was worrying A LOT!! Last year, I tried and was defeated by oxalate dumping. I was itching like crazy for weeks! Had never heard of oxalates much less dumping. 🤷🏽‍♀️ so I stopped eating spinach and almonds and sweet potatoes but tried to follow Sally Norton’s protocols. Kinda gave up temporarily. More doctors. More hospital and etc. a few weeks ago began carnivore again, this time not all at once. I’ve kicked more and more foods and drinks out of my diet. And I was worrying. Along comes your video with 10 negative…. I’m always looking for solutions🤷🏽‍♀️ so I watched. And then I got the giggles. Poop issues✔️. Scale issues✔️Smell issues✔️ Heat issues✔️. I think I hit them all✔️✔️✔️ (now I’m freezing). Anyway, very reassuring!! I love the simplicity. My blood glucose is going down. Most of all I LOVE the taste of just salted steak or hamburger and eggs. And my grocery list has gotten shorter and shorter!! Anyway, thank you!!😂😂😂

MY STORY. Start with, I'm 57 years old on and off of Keto for the past 5 years, mainly to get healthier. Finally got tired of falling off the wagon, I'd lose weight then cheat yada yada i failed miserably. On July of this year I switched to OMAD(one meal a day) Took a lot of will power, this is something every motivational video seems to lack. You have to do it for the right reasons but depends solely on yourself making the dissension to do this for YOURSELF! Back on track here, three days ago I switched to carnivore, first thing I've noticed is I eat 2000-2200 calories/ with an intake of proteins of 144g and fat of 175g, I started out weighing 258lbs and stand 6;1" no working out just a fat belly, so intakes will be different for everyone starting us a macro app to find your numbers. I can eat one meal a day without urges or hunger, its truly amazing. I drink coffee eat eggs and meat, nothing more. Carbs/sugars/sodas/sugar substitutes/fruits/veggies/EVERYTHING is gone out of my life. Looking for my life as a carnivore and all the health benefits from OMAD/Carnivore together. Peace out

Humans are really considered omnivores where we are able to eat both foods but we are definitely lean more to the carnivore side of the spectrum. I’m retired and often home so can deal with this. I don’t want anything to sway me off of this path. I was a runner and have destroyed my knees, hips, and lower back over the years. One knee was so bad that I had pain with every movement, especially in bed at night. I have already noticed that this seems to have cleared up. I can’t believe it! The other thing I’m looking forward to besides weight loss and joint improvement is clearing up skin issues. I think many aging adults will admit to being bothered by brown age spots, skin tags, and moles. I’m going to wait patiently for these to disappear. I think they will. I see nothing but overall life improvements from this lifestyle change. Even though mobility had become an issue in the last few years, I’m going to reward myself with a tour of Europe next year, Covid permitting, and with the new healthy person I will be by then! Pro culinary tip, when cooking ground beef you can add baking soda to the ground beef before you cook and it will help the beef not expell all the fat and remain juicy. Take ground beef out of fridge and add roughly 1tsp of baking soda per pound of meat and lightly mix, wait 15-20 minutes while ground beef absorbs baking soda and comes room temp. Heat cast iron pan at this time, cook & enjoy!

I'm working hard at this. But its helped my skin to smooth and glow. My lung problems are much less, my skin is beautiful and at 66...that's saying something :)

I began Carnivore diet roughly 3 years ago, Carnivore and fasting helped me loose alot of weight but helped with joint and all sorts of pain. When i first started i did not experience these symptomes, what i liked was being regular, once every 2 days and super clean not messy at all. For me I had Sweet nightmares, carbs not so much.
I was 330lbs and managed to get to 260lbs, life was great ! I am very big boned and 6'2" 260 i was getting lean. yeah i know... Then started thinking im out of the woods, started Keto and here and there with sweet treats (i am obsesed with icecream) This week weight myself and back up to 300lbs. I swore i would never end up at 300lbs ever in my life. So started Carnivore again yesterday. I really hope i can manage being asymptomatic again and not looking forward to any of these 10 takeaways!
For those thinking of slacking off Carnivore...why would you, this way of eating is miraculous.

I have noticed I’m not as cold as I used to be, which is great. Going on 3 weeks & wasn’t too hard for me because I was pretty much grain free & ate organic grass-fed meat, chicken & seafood. Didn’t do much sugar before and I intermittent fasted for 4 years prior. I’m trusting that my sleep will improve & bones will get stronger. I love being a part of the May challenge on Bella’s steak & butter gang. She & her coaches really put their heart & soul into this program! It has blown my mind how great it is. Thanks Bella.

I just started carnivore diet, it's been about 3 weeks so far. I'm finding soooo much of what you describe happening to me. Thanks for the video, it's somewhat comforting that some of what I'm going through is normal. I definitely feel my sense of smell and hearing has gotten better. I just joked with my wife a few days ago about it. I immediately lost 10 lbs on this diet, in 10 days...but then it's stopped now. I fully expect to loose much more, I've done other diets like keto...so I think I understand what to expect, but the immediate weight loss was interesting...I think as you mention, like, I was expelling water or something. For bowel movements, I know what you mean, mine has been sporadic from loose to rabbit poops to not pooping in a day but not constipated. I'm doing this as an elimination diet to see how it goes. I have psoriasis and am weary of type 2 diabetes as my father and his 7 brother all got type 2 diabetes as they got older. I have done a strict "sort of" keto diet before where I did only meat, veg and water...no nuts, grains, fruits, dairy...and kept potatoes out of the veg because of the starch. It was tough diet. I lost weight dramatically. Ultimately it was just hard to stay on. With carnivore, at least for now, I don't crave snacks or anything sugary. Like you say, my taste is changing I think. I had a small glass of wine tonight with dinner as a treat...and I couldn't stand it as it tasted like sugary syrup to me. So, interesting so far.

I really love all of the female carnivore influencers because you are real about the unmentionables of carnivore diet. My Medical Practitioner shit a brick yesterday. I went in for a hip problem (don't know what is wrong til I get results) I told her I have been on the Carnivore way of eating for months. Her eyes were big as saucers. We discussed my cholestrol and I told her I was afraid to take the lipator - side effects. Thank you for sharing the info on loose stools. Have had a couple accidents. Now I know that hot render fats need to be approached slowly and even avoided for a while and use them for cooking. I do leave meats to cool. I am so grateful that you share that your conditions got worse before they got better. My skin (ezcema, rosacea, arthritis ( gotten better), not really losing weight - may a few pounds, though I have lost some inches - new shorts fit confortably instead of flopping on bed to zip up), cannot eat too much salt or I will bloat. Wow, I feel better because I thought maybe this was not a great idea to do carnivore.

Air fryer clean up: dump any remains grease (except bacon drippings which I save), into a disposable container. Wipe Air Fryer bucket and basket with 1-2 paper towels, getting as much grease off as possible. Set bucket/ basket in sink and add about a tsp of Dawn liquid. Add hot water to fill with as hot of water as your faucet goes. Let sit while you wet a paper towel, then use it to wipe interior of AF cavity. Toss that towel, use a dish brush to go over all surfaces of bucket and basket of AF. Rinse well and sit upside down to dry. About 17 months with my Cosori AF, and no smoke and easy cleaning! My favorite appliance ever!

Since September 2022 I have been strict carnivore with exceptions here and there. It fixed the targeted issue for me which was symptoms from type 4 diabetes - PCOS.
But there were things I didn't expect to improve. For example, my feet always used to be cold and I would feel so cold when everyone would be fine. Now I feel so comfortable and nice with short sleeves even when others are feeling a bit chilly, even without cold showers.
Next it was the oil regulation. Now I can go without washing my hair for 4 days. It stays fresh! My oily facial T-zone almost disappeared as well. It cut 50% of my cosmetics/hygiene products!
Then, something unexpected happened. I started sweating for the first time in my life. Having messed up hormones since puberty, I never ever sweat. Never. But a few months into carni I had to start using deodorant for the first time ever lol. Guess that balanced out now. I feel overall amazing. This is how it will stay.

Great content! I’m not currently a carnivore, but I tried it twice in the past for a few weeks. I’m glad you touched on the stool topic, it’s important to know. It happened to me as well, even though I’ve been well adapted to fats due to being on keto for so long. So yeah, consuming hot meat, egg yolks with fat can result in an instant diarrhoea. Another point i want to make re. Butter, to those who might think that’s disgusting- try cold butter with sea salt crystals, it really is delicious.
Interesting what you said about carb nightmares 😅 I think it comes from being addicted to them. I used to have similar dreams when i stopped smoking, where I’d wake up so upset and disappointed that i had a cigarette only to realise it was just a nightmare. It also happened to me many times when i re-started keto diet, deciding to go strict low carb and no sugar, etc. i’d have dreams of eating mountains of sweets, chocolate, etc.
