    First day. I’m starting with a 24 hour fast , water only, and planning my meals. Eggs sounds so good. I’m really excited. I thought that this would depress me because I’m giving up things I love. I’m sugar addicted. But I’ve reached a very high weight, and I want my life back. I’ll let you know how I’m doing.

    @SteakandButterGal
    I started with your older videos and jumped all in 100% from the start. I drunk all the cooked fat off my foods. I ate fatty beef ribs and chuck steaks with eggs every morning. I had zero sugar starting the second day, no coffee, then coffee, then went back to no coffee. I used very little salt on my food; like you, I felt better without it. I had no problems with the fats, it was like second nature for me. The first day my blood sugar dipped and I mistakingly thought that wasn't ok so I ignorantly added a touch of maple syrup to my cottage cheese. I've used zero sugar and zero sweetners since that second day. I never crave sweets. My blood sugar has been a problem for years, but I am now controlling it with carnivore. My body hurt on a daily basis before carnivor. I now have zero pain, zero stiffness, and zero migraines . I felt tired and had to take naps before carnivor. There were times when I had to pull off the road to take a nap so I could continue driving home after work. Now, I have loads of energy and don't feel tired until bed time. I also sleep much better but I go to bed super early now and get up very early. My tsh came down 5 points on carnivor alone, no other changes. I drop body fat every day but continue to gain muscle mass. In the first 3 weeks alone I lost 6% body fat. I've since lost a total of 10% body fat. I used to have no appetite and could fast forever but still stayed fat. Now, I have a great appetite. I eat more than I ever have, and I drop weight and/or fat daily. I wake up and jump up energized and pain free at 5 am ready to eat. I love my mornings now!! Carnivor has been the greatest thing I've done for my body and it all started with your videos. My biggest gain has been losing the chronic pain I had and dropping weight. I'm praying that my weight loss journey continues. Thank you.

Heavy fatigue for a few days , but it’s been lightning up now. I gotta say I have no problems eating more meat. It felt natural to lean into carnivore.
      We will see how it goes over the next month. I feel like it’s basically keto With height protein and no veggies.

    My mother used to cook like this when we were growing up in the 50's and 60's. Most people did, I still do. Cow heel stew, ox tail. All the cheap cuts of meat but we got all the goodness out of it. My lips used to stick together with all the fat etc. Far tastier than KFC and McDonalds AND A LOT CHEAPER.. ALL schools should have cookery classes. When I was 13 at my senior school I was asked if I wanted to attend cookery or metalwork classes, no competition, cookery means food and girls....

    This is so interesting. I just found out about this today through some friends. I've been watching your videos all day lol. I got to thinking about it and interestingly enough. Most of our ancestors soaps and candles were made from animal fats and fire place ash. I always wondered how poor people would always have candles and soap in their house if they only ate meat and mostly vegetables. I was questioning how did they get the extra fat to supply their family with enough materials especially through the harsh winters. This is so bazar, I was always taught this world was backwards and upside down. This included everything from politics, religion, philosophy. Things like that. I find it so interesting how much information has come to me through the study of spirituality alone. I've suffered with health issues my whole life and have been a good person. Never done crime, time, or even killed an animal, went to church for several years of my life all in the name of God. Yet my body is so thrashed, I hurt all the time. No number of spiritual practices has ever helped my anxiety and depression. I've looked into Hinduism, Buddhism, Catholicism, everything and have done years of meditating and chanting and learning cultural prayers. Nothing has really helped so far. I will try anything at this point to help my husband and I. I told God a long time ago, I want the truth of this world. I don't care how it looks, sounds, or where I have to go in order to find this information. Thanks so much for spreading your journey because our journey is a lot alike.

    Started with a 72 hour water fast, so my key detox was already in place. The transition thus far was great except I chose bacon for breakfast. If you are fasting this is brutal. I felt nauseous. My meals were fine, zero problem with the fat and protein. The next day another huge mistake. I hadn’t had any coffee now in 4 days. I went right back to my four shot espresso. Did absolutely fine with the fat and protein. But was anxious for the entire day and night. Please do not repeat my horrible mistakes! Wisk the eggs in slowly under low heat. It will be creamy instead of lumpy for egg drop soup

    Hi, do you have the Korean steamed eggs recipe? I was carnivore for over a year....I got a little bored of the repetitive nature, saying that it worked very well and I am thinking about go back on it... I have one tip, OXO cubes are instant bone broth full of nutrients, I you like a tea or coffee its a great alterative. 1 cube in a mug.... yum.. Also for a burst of fishy flavour you need to get hold of Gentleman's relish, a super concentrated anchovy paste, they also do mackerel and salmon..

    Thanks for the lovely music from both of you, and the recipes! I managed to get flanken short ribs only once. Now I can't find a store or butcher that has them. One butcher said it is dangerous to cut them? I also haven't found pork belly. Sigh. I just had one of your airfryer steaks! Finally bought an airfryer a couple of days ago:)

    The poached eggs in my country are called Яйца по панагюрски and we eat them in sour milk a specialty of my country with red pepper, black pepper, and white cheese the one that is salty. I am not sure if this passes for the carnivore diet

    I found 50 minutes to be wayyy too long for the pork belly. It came out tasteless and swimming in the fat it lost. Called the store and they said 10 minutes on each side and that was it.

    Soft-boiled eggs 😁🥰 In Perfect Way Hello.👋🥰 I'm sure you will be delighted with how easy it is to prepare soft-boiled eggs in this way. All what you need to do is combine equal amounts of water and vinegar in a bowl. That is, 1 portion of vinegar + 1 portion of water at room temperature. Remove the eggs from their shells and place them raw directly into water and vinegar. And wait patiently for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the water and when the water comes to a boil. Remove the boiling water from the heat. And immediately take the prepared eggs that have been waiting for 10 minutes. And put the eggs in the hot water. One after the other. One by one into this hot water. Then wait until the egg whites are nice and white, 3-4 minutes. Do not cook!!!!!. And you have already prepared perfectly soft-boiled eggs.😁😘🤩 Bon appetit 🥰

    Today and the few days prior I ate three eggs with butter in the morning and one burger patty with salt and butter late afternoon/early evening. And I am not hungry....just craving stuff. The topic of hunger versus cravings needs to be talked about until we are blue in the face. Because mot humans have NEVER experienced hunger. People who fast for three days up to a week and more NEVER really feel hungry....they will crave good tasty crap.

    I'm finding this diet so difficult as I have a chronic pain condition (I'm attempting to heal myself with the help of the carnivore diet) my problem is I can't eat egg or milk, cream and butter as these foods increase my pain and really hurt me. It doesn't leave many great options just for a little versatility

    Question: what do you replace butter with when allergic to dairy? No lactose sugars but mostly can’t have casien or whey protein bc it causes really bad stomach issues asthma tongue swelling and hives and everything bad -allergies like some ppl get with bees My hubby just can’t and even has an epipen for it. So would lard replace it?
    Thank you 🙏
