Not totally convinced about that djp. She certainly has some bright moments along the way, but there's not enough consistency for me. Even Piers Morgans has one or two decent moments, but also suffers from lack of consistency.
She's inconsistent but she's been excellent recently at pinning down these MPs and asking challenging questions.

If we look at the results; more people in poverty, longer NHS waiting lists, raw sewage in rivers and beaches, higher mortgages, etc. etc. Surely after so many years in power and repeated declarations that the Plan is working, then we have to conclude that the Tory Plan was indeed to achieve these results.

Time to evict the Crazy Gang. Most of the public have now sussed that everything they do is only about their party, their members and more importantly, their donors.
This whole Rwanda idea is dead from the start, even if you ignore the ethical dimension... It relies on the to be deterred people to actually know how immigration will be handled when they reach the place they are aiming for. And especially those people who offer to smuggle them will certainly not inform them about any of that. What they will do is take their money, bring them there and promise them anything they want to hear.
Most Western people don't even understand how most of our bureaucracy actually works, how would someone fleeing a life threatening situation or such poor living conditions have the means to even know about the actual procedures... I'm not talking about all of them but the majority will find out about Rwanda when they're in the UK or when they're there...

Record numbers of boat crossings shows that they've got the numbers down and Rwanda bill is a deterrent that is working. By the same token, Conservative support is at record levels across the country and we are on course for a sweeping landslide victory at the next election.

Neither Tory nor Labor will ever stop immigration. The UK needs immigrants, it's as simple as that. Also no deterrent will ever stop illegal immigration, except if you convert the UK into North Korea. It's a simple supply and demand issue. The UK have massive vacancies, so people migrate into the UK, legal and illegal. The only plan that would work is to make legal immigration more easy. Really ironic, because before the UK was in the EU and European seasonal worker came to the UK to fill the vacancies, seasonal workers also just leave. Now after Brexit, migrant just stay in the UK.
