I do sarwang asana twice a day ... it gives your instant energy and you feel fresh the entire day... I am under practice of sirsasanaa because i can overweight that is why bit hard for me :)
Piece of cake, had to do this in PE here in the UK in the 1960's, been able to do it since, what's the big deal and I'm 58. Do a basic plank for a few weeks to get the core strength required in the core and it's easy.

When we are walking on out tip toes, juste before taking off one of our leg, is our back supposed to be straight ? I watched some youtube video, some people have their back really straight and they have their hips almost on the top of their head (aligned). When I watched your video, you have straight back while walking on your tip toes. Mine is not like yours, and there is no way I can not have a straight back while walking. At the final pose, I am perfect, everything is straight, but not while walking. Do you have an idea why I have a rounded back while walking, why I can not have straight back ? Which one is correct ? Thank you for your answer.
Iyengar trained people, of which I once was, only have one approach to the subject which must be qualified and used with careful delineation as to the aims of your practice, lest you go astray. Most real sadhus do not apply pressure at the top of the head as Iyengar commonly taught it. Many other instructions and approaches like this seen in traditional hatha are nowhere to be found in "Iyengar Yoga".
